Abstract

The statistical methods usedtoanalyze the effect ofindependent variables onthedependent variableis theprodutmomentcorrelationtechnique, the coefficientof determination, and at test. Data usedin this studyisdirectlyfrom theobjectof research. Hypothesis testingwillbe doneby usinga significance levelof 0.05(α =0.05) or theconfidence levelof 0.95. Resultsof the study showthat thepremium incomeandprofitonAJBBumiputera 1912BandungBranchSetiabudhiexperiencingfluctuatinggrowth. Based on the analysis, the hypothesisinthis study receivedthepremium incomeaffectprofitabilityofcompanieswithstrong category0,622. Coefficient of determinationofthe regressionequationis equal to0,438. It meanspremiumpendpatanvariable(X) hascontributed toincome(Y) of 43,8%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meotde penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pusat Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kamuning dengan jumlah 62 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) dilihat dari thitung>ttabel yaitu 2.918>1.670, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dilihat pula dari thitung>ttabel yaitu 3.160>1,670 dan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) ditunjukkan Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 7.907>3.15. Dari semua hasil baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang besar untuk perekonomian negara Indonesia, akan tetapi UMKM masih memiliki kelemahan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi pada UMKM di desa Cimara diketahui bahwa mayoritas UMKM belum memiliki kemasan yang berkualitas serta tidak memiliki SPP-IRT, permasalahan tersebut diduga karena masih kurangnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang berkualitas dan SPP-IRT. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta prosedur pengurusan SPP-IRT. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Desa Cimara, Kecamatan Pasawahan Kabupaten Kuningan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2020. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah. Jumlah peserta yang hadir 25 orang. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini peserta mendapatkan informasi mengenai strategi pengemasan produk yang baik serta informasi mengenai tahapan dan persyaratan mendapatkan SPP-IRT. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya adalah melakukan pendataan UMKM yang memiliki potensi bisnis yang baik, selanjutnya melakukan pendampingan secara intensif mengenai perbaikan kemasan serta melaksanakan pengurusan SPP-IRT secara kolektif di desa Cimara dengan melakukan kerja sama antara pihak UMKM, aparat desa Cimara, Akademisi serta Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuningan.

Abstract

Human resources are the main production factors in implementing organizational innovation, so organizations need to encourage employees to have innovative behavior at work. Innovative behavior is not something that is genetically inherited, but something that can be learned and applied to employees in the organization. This research explores the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge sharing on innovative behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were lecturers at 3 universities in the city of Cirebon. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Analysis of research data using multiple regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and knowledge sharing have a positive and significant influence on innovative behavior. In this study the knowledge sharing variable has a more dominant contribution compared to the transformational leadership variable to manage employee innovative behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development strategy of the Human Resources (HR) Indonesia's creative industries in the ASEAN Economic Community in 2016. The method used is a method of qualitative research, source of research data used documents, books and Internet data. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used were document. Data analysis techniques used through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and decision-making. Human resource development strategy of creative industry in Indonesia can be conducted by: 1) increasing the quality and quantity of creative educational institutions and 2) increasing the capacity of creative labor. Improving the quality and quantity of creative educational institutions marked by the increasing number of creative educational institutions, improving the quality of education of creative educational institutions as well as the increase of graduates from educational institutions were absorbed in the world of creative work. Increasing the capacity of creative labor is characterized by increasing creative labor force that has a globally-recognized certification as well as their system of labor protection for workers in the creative industry sector. Keywords: Human Resources, Industrial, Creative, AEC   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) industri kreatif Indonesia dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN pada tahun 2016.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber data penelitian menggunakan dokumen, buku dan data internet. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan keputusan. Strategi pengembangan SDM Industri kreatif di Indonesia dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara : 1) peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas lembaga pendidikan kreatif serta 2) peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kerja kreatif.  Peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas lembaga pendidikan kreatif ditandai dengan bertambahnya jumlah lembaga pendidikan kreatif, meningkatnya mutu pendidikan lembaga pendidikan kreatif serta meningkatnya lulusan dari lembaga pendidikan kreatif yang terserap didunia kerja. Peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kerja kreatif ditandai dengan meningkatnya tenaga kerja kreatif yang memiliki sertifikasi yang diakui secara global serta adanya adanya sistem perlindungan tenaga kerja bagi tenaga kerja di sektor Industri kreatif. Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to describe the training needs analysis, implementation and evaluation of training programs batik on Rural Community and Rural Kanci Kanci Kulon Kabupetan Cirebon. The method used is descriptive research methods. This study was conducted in Building Social Facility PT. Cirebon Electric Power. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that the analysis of the training activities carried out by using the method of discussion. Training method used was a lecture and demonstration. Results showed that the evaluation of the quality of training activities batik is nice. The average value of participants of the training activities of batik is nice. Suggestions of this study is that the implementers of activities can improve time management training implementation and follow-up training program batik.Keywords : Training, Batik, CirebonAbstrak – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan serta evaluasi kegiatan program pelatihan batik pada Masyarakat Desa Kanci dan Desa Kanci Kulon Kabupetan Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Fasilitas Sosial PT. Cirebon Electric Power. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa analisis kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah  metode ceramah dan demontrasi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukan bahwa kualitas penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan batik adalah bagus. Rata-rata nilai peserta kegiatan pelatihan batik adalah bagus. Saran penelitian ini yaitu agar pelaksana kegiatan dapat memperbaiki manajemen waktu pelaksanaan pelatihan serta adanya tindak lanjut program pelatihan batik.Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Batik, Cirebon

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge creation terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan dimediasi oleh variabel perilaku inovatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengrajin batik  di Kabupaten Cirebon. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling purposive dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara knowledge creation terhadap perilaku inovatif, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara knowledge creation terhadap keunggulan bersaing, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara perilaku inovatif terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mengkaji keterkaitan antara perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja serta implikasinya terhadap keunggulaan bersaing

Abstract

and transactional leadership on innovative behavior with psychological empowerment as the moderator variable. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Cirebon City with a total population of 203 people. The sampling measurement technique used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so the number of samples in this study was determined to be 67 respondents. The sampling technique uses the incidental sampling approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The transactional leadership variable did not have a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The psychological empowerment variable has a significant effect on increasing innovative behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the training and competence effect of PT. Batik Trusmi Cirebon’s employee performance; the research used quantitative research method. The total of 69 employees of PT. Batik Cirebon was used as population samples in this study, frequency distribution and multiple regression are used as statistical analysis. Based on the hypothesis test results, it is known that F_calculate > F_ (table) is 93.879> 2.17, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the training and competence to the employee performance. Based on the result of the correlation coefficient is known that the value of R is 0.860, which implies a very strong degree of closeness between training and performance competence. Based on the coefficient of determination known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.732, which means equal to 73.2% of training and competence affect on employee performance and the rest of 26.7% influenced by the other factors that are not examined in this study.
