Self-medication is a community effort to self-medicate. But in practice, self-medication can be a source of error treatment (medication error) due to limited public knowledge of the drug and its use. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is a problem solving technique based on knowledge gained by past experience. Application of CBR is not new but has been widely applied in solving solution or process data by using the previous case. Meanwhile, the nearest neighbor algorithm is an approach to search for cases by calculating the closeness between the new cases with the old case, which is based on matching the weights of a number of existing features. This study aims to apply CBR for the determination of drugs by people for himself (self-medication), through the selection of cases indications or symptoms, specific conditions and experience allergies, drug name, nutritious substances, usability, use, side effects and drug interactions. Abstract - Designing Web-Based Field Workers Attendance Information System on PT. Infrastruktur Digiguard Sekuriti Jakarta.In this modern era everything is done automatically using a computer. In conventional systems it takes hours to recap data, with a computerized system the process of recap data is in just minutes or seconds. Because a computerized system is more accurate, efficient and safe, it is necessary to have a computerized system in every field including the Attendance System. PT. Infrastruktur Digiguard Sekuriti is one of the companies engaged in infrastructure. Their attendance system of the field workers are still manual so that they are quite risky to errors in the absentee process. The attendance system of field workers who are still manual is also less efficient in terms of time because manual attendance recap takes long time to do.

Utilization of Internet technology can play an important role in the effort to perform any transaction. Especially in the process of Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) which has been mostly done by manual system, or when already utilizing the latest information technology but did not happen the process of information feedback, eg the notification via email about the information already received input data from the form and how how to pay online. Today's technology is Internet technology that has the privilege to know information in other parts of the world without being impeded by the distance, time and place. With these considerations, it is necessary to solve all obstacles, especially in the case of the implementation of new students' admissions at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT). This research was conducted to maximize the utilization of web-based information technology by using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method so that the new student e-enrollment system at SDIT Nahwa Nur can be more effective and efficient.Key Word: web, waterfall, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Enforcement of rules and order in schools is one of the important things in order to build the character of discipline in students. One way for schools to enforce regulations is to implement a point system. Where every violation committed by students will be recorded and penalized in the form of points in accordance with the category of violation. Students who already have certain points will get action, either in the form of parents' summons, warning letters, or even expelled from school. But sometimes the authorities record student points for having incomplete, miscalculated, or even missing data, thus hampering the handling of violations when students are at a higher grade level. Therefore we need a web-based system that is integrated with the database to manage student violation point data. This system enables accurate and efficient data storage. The method used in the operation of the application is the waterfall, using data and procedures from the school.

The role of the School Extracurricular (EKSKUL) in a junior high school, high school, vocational high school/equivalent has an important function in improving the quality of school environment, proper selection in determining the Chair of the EKSKUL is very necessary in order to be able to protect and become role models for students in the environment. school. The absence of a fixed application of specific criteria, and the absence of voter understanding in choosing the extracurricular chair according to the criteria, make this study more helpful in applying the criteria using the profile matching method. It is hoped that it can help the existing schools at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah in facilitating the selection of the chairman of EKSKUL. The criteria that have been determined are Behavioral Aspects, Responsibility Aspects, Communication Aspects. The assessment was carried out by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire by the respondents, where Scale 5 = Very Good, Scale 4 = Good, Scale 3 = Doubtful, Scale 2 = Disagree, Scale 1 = Strongly Disagree. The results were processed using the profile matching method, and based on the results obtained, the top-ranking was Dhiyah Fathiyyah with a final score of 4.86. So it can be concluded that there is an influence in determining the selection of extracurricular chairman using the profile matching method according to the existing criteria.
