Abstract

The main problem of this research is the weakness of Pesantren education funding uncertain sources of financing and standards, non-transparent financial management, and weak supervision. Waqf is one of the Islamic Shari'a which has high economic potential. there is still a gap between the potential and reality the presence of waqf has not been felt as economic benefits for mostly today's Islamic communities, including Pesantren. The conceptual framework of this research uses the concept of Elchanan Cohn, 1979; Thomas Jones, 1985; Nanang Fattah. 2012; Dedi Supriadi, 2010; Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf; Government Regulation Number 18 of 2019 concerning Pesantren; Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2021 concerning Funding for the Implementation of Pesantren; and Government Regulation No. 19 of 2007 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) The synthesis of expert opinions, laws, and government regulations, that the costs in education include direct costs and indirect costs with three financing criteria, namely investment, operational, and personal financing.The results of this study indicate that: First, waqf-based pesantren education financing is used for investment financing aspects, while operational and personal financing still needs to be developed. Second, the implementation of the waqf-based pesantren education financing program is still founded to be influencing factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors. Third, the financing of waqf-based pesantren education has an good impact on the quality of pesantren education.

Abstract

MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango are educational institutions that focus on character development and have programs that can shape the character of their students. The results showed that: First, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Second, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Character Education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Third, interpersonal communication and teacher pedagogic competence together have a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Fourth, Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Achievement. Fifth, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on Learning Achievement at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone. Sixth, interpersonal communication and teacher pedagogical competence together have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Izzah dan Al-Hanif merupakan sekolah yang menjadikan program Al-Qur’an sebagai program unggulan. Dalam proses penerapannya menemukan kendala dalam aspek profesionalisme guru. Atas dasar itu, lembaga melakukan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an, dan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SDIT Al-Izzah Serang dan SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon sebanyak 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualititaf dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, men-display, verifikasi, memaparkan dan mengambil simpulan.  Hasil peneletian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an di SDIT Al-Izzah dan Al-Hanif sudah baik dalam aspek landasan ilmu kependidikan, penyusunan program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan program pengajaran, penilaian hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, administrasi sekolah, layanan dan bimbingan konseling, self-concept, self-esteem yang baik, keyakinan guru terhadap kefektifan kemampuannya sendiri dalam membangkitkan gairah siswa dan sikap penerimaan terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain, berkepribadian baik dan kesejahteraan guru. Sementara itu, Program peningkatan profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an SDIT Al-Izzah adalah pembinaan izzati, pembinaan tahsin, simaan, sertifikasi guru, mukhoyyam Al-Qur’an, supervisi, kelompok kerja guru, studi banding, seminar dan bina pribadi Islami. Sementara itu, program peningkatan profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an SDIT Al-Hanif adalah tashih, tahsin, sertifikasi guru, coach, supervisi, pembinaan tilawah, pembinaan koordinator, seminar dan kajian selasa siang.

Abstract

Some of the elderly feel themselves as marginalized in social life, because of a decline in physical and mental abilities. So not a few who experience depression because of their weak faith. Therefore, intensive religious training is needed for them. One of the institutions for the religious development of the elderly is a boarding school which specifically fosters the elderly. This study aims to analyze the elderly education program at the Daarul Fikri Integrated Islamic Boarding School  , Cikarang Bekasi, West Java about the basic values of the elderly pesantren; The purpose of the pesantren for the elderly; Characteristics of elderly Islamic boarding school students; Elderly boarding school program; Elderly islamic boarding school materials; Elderly boarding school method; Impact and evaluation of learning on religious understanding of the elderly. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the analysis method goes through several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: 1) The basic values of the elderly pesantren are support for the elderly to be able to live independently; 2) Islamic boarding schools for the elderly were established to accommodate the elderly who want to deepen their religious knowledge and seek inner peace; 3) Elderly students have special characteristics; 4) The elderly pesantren program is only held for one week for each generation; 5) The teaching materials in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly are the Qur'an, Islamic studies (Tawhid, Tafsir, Fiqh, akhlaq (islamic morality), tashihul worship, riyadloh / sports / natural meditation, worship guidance, dhikr, and morals. 6) The learning methods used in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly are discussions and lectures; 7) Elderly pesantren alumni feel an increase in religious insight and are diligent in establishing friendships. While the evaluation is focused on the implementation of the Islamic boarding school for the elderly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan apa saja pembelajaran yang mempunyai pengecualian. Adapun penulisan arikel ini menggunakan teknik (Field research). Pembelajaran yang mempunyai pengecualian juga bisa disebut sebagai pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pembelajaran pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) adalah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan strategi, metode/teknik, evaluasi serta berbagai media pembelajaran yang secara variatif telah ditentukan sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Abstract

Building an academic culture is not an easy thing to do, it requires socialization and supervision of all ongoing academic activities, so that a habit is built among the academic community to obey and comply with the academic rules that have been set. The purpose of this study is the implementation of academic culture and scientific attitudes of students in order to improve the quality of higher education. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Institute of Education (IPI) Garut and Garut University (UNIGA) as the research locus. By using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The stages of data analysis were carried out by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the academic culture of students at IPI Garut includes a culture of literacy, research, seminars and publications. Then the scientific attitude of IPI Garut students can be seen from classroom discussions. The academic culture of students on the UNIGA campus includes seminars, workshops, publications, etc. The scientific attitude of UNIGA students includes critical thinking, curiosity, discussion, writing and other activities. However, all of these things have not been fully implemented properly.
