Abstract

The impact of the expandingeconomy cause the decrease community incomesespecially the income of farmer income, from the price of rubber, palm oil, crops which were getting lower in price. The growing need for life requires the community to be able to fulfill their daily needs even with minimum fulfillment. Our concern for the future generation of children will inspire us to conduct direct observations of people in Bukit Langkap village kec Karang Jaya Kab. Musi Jaya Kab. Rawas Utara. The goal is to produce Knowledge Transformation Method is by training approach to improve children competency in junior high schooland general education in Bukit Langkap Village. Identifyingthe needs sueh asthe edulpment which use in training we get it by rent. The main target is senior and junior high sehool students the study principle by direct seminars with a practical approcch from the training result will be done a produce knowledge transform method by trahing /practice approach in using computer comprehension such as hase introduce of computer, can programe the word, exsel, and powerpoin, and we hope will estabiish the sustainability relationship even thoug the research has beeb completed.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Education and Culture Office of the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this study using a questionnaire and observation. Testing the first hypothesis, namely Variable Competence (X1) on Motivation (Z) "shows that t count produces a coefficient of 16.347. With a sample size of 58 found df = 58 (58-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical value of t table is 1.672. with these results it can be said that competence has a significant effect on motivation because tcount (16.347)> t table (1.672). The second hypothesis testing is that it can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on motivation because tcount (10.038)> t table (1.672). Third Hypothesis testing can be said that competence has a significant effect on employee performance because tcount (10.412)> t table ( 1.672). The fourth hypothesis testing can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance because tcount (14.897)> t table (1.672). " and testing the fifth hypothesis, it is found that the value of fcount obtained is 152.197> F table = 3.16 and the simultaneous significant level of sig F is 0.000b. This shows that competence and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Dosen di PTS Kota Lubuklinggau.Dengan responden sebanyak 34 orang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Dosen di PTS Kota Lubuklinggau.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi sederhana, koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji regresi berganda, uji determinasi dan uji f. Pengujian hipotesis pertama yaitu variabel Kualifikasi Akademik (X1) terhadap Kinerja Dosen (Y) menunjukan t hitung menghasilkan koefisien sebesar 11,012. Dengan jumlah sampel 34 ditemukan df = 34 (34-2) pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05 nilai kritis t tabel sebesar 1,693. Dengan hasil ini dapat dikatakan bahwa Kualifikasi Akademik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Dosen karena thitung (11,012) > t tabel (1,693).Pengujian hipotesis yang kedua yaitu variabel Kompetensi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Dosen (Y) menunjukan t hitung menghasilkan koefisien sebesar 12,222. Dengan jumlah sampel 34 ditemukan df = 34 (34-2) pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05 nilai kritis t tabel sebesar 1,693. Dengan hasil ini dapat dikatakan bahwa Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Dosen karena thitung (12,222) > t tabel (1,693). Dan pengujian hipotesis ketiga didapat bahwa nilai fhitung yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 77,780 > Ftabel = 3,30 dan tingkat signifikan secara serentak sig F adalah 0,000b. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Kualifikasi Akademik (X1) dan Kompetensi (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Dosen (Y) .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Dosen harus ada Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi sehingga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen

Abstract

The problem in this study is the effect of communication on work productivity in moderating employee commitment at Bank Sumsel Babel Lubuklinggau Branch. This study uses observation data collection methods, distributing questionnaires, and conducting documentation to find data. This study shows that communication has a significant effect on work productivity in moderating employee commitment. The results of this study indicate that communication partially has an influence on work productivity with an R square value of 0.389 or 38.9% and employee commitment as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship between communication and work productivity with an R square value of 0.456 or 45.6%. It can be concluded that communication affects work productivity at Bank Sumsel Babel Lubuklinggau Branch, further after being moderated by employee commitment, resulted in a significant increase in work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to learn about Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance at the Tugumulyo District Office in Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The results of the study using multiple regression results the coefficient of determination (R2) of 47.7% means, leadership and supervision have an effect of 47.7%, while 52.3% is needed by other variables. Fcount = 12,300> F table = 3.32. Value, the Fcount value is greater than the Fable value. Conclusion, there is a significant leadership between Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance in the Tugumulyo District Office in the Musi Rawas Office. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the highest percentage of respondents' answers from the level of service quality as measured by the level of reality and expectations of the community according to the dimensions of Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Assurance (TERRA) of each service in the environment of Lubuklinggau municipal government. Based on the results of the calculation of the frequency of service quality variables on the reality and expectations of the community, all dimensions of service quality are show that on the average community answers satisfied while viewed from the expectations of the average community the answer is very important. The results of the Chi-Square calculation of service quality variables Towards the reality and expectations of the community seen from the Tangible, Reliability and Responsiveness of the Chi-Square calculation results of all Offices / Agencies there is no difference in Tangible dimensions to the reality and expectations of the community, it's just that the Office of National Unity and Politics of Lubuklinggau has differences in the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability and Responsiveness to the realities and expectations of society as well as seen from Emphaty and Assurance: the results of the Chi-Square calculation of all Offices / Agencies, there is no difference in the dimensions of Emphaty and Assurance to the reality and expectations of society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Career Anchor on Job Satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method of determining the location in this study deliberately has a high popularity. Sampling used a survey method where a population of 50 employees was used as a sample. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Testing data analysis using the help of the SPSS version 23 application in 2020. The results of this study show that the Career Anchor variable (X) on performance shows a tcount = 6.205 greater than the ttable = 2.010 with a significant level = 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, Career Anchor influences and plays a role in job satisfaction at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City. Keywords: Career Anchor, Job Satisfaction
