Enterprise application integration makes data sharing easier, efficient and provides flexibility for organizations to seize opportunities and respond to stakeholder needs. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Tanjungpura University is an organization that wants to apply information technology effectively to support its business processes. Currently the application at FMIPA is built with different platforms and databases so that it cannot be integrated to share data between parts of the organization. FMIPA intends to build a service-oriented technology architecture to support the realization of organizational goals. SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) can be used as a framework for enterprise application integration. SOA adoption is often not as expected because organizations do not plan their processes comprehensively. It is necessary to measure the maturity level of the organization's SOA adoption so that the current state of the organization's SOA and future expectations can be found. ISO/IEC 16680 (OSIMM) is a method for measuring the SOA maturity level with 7 levels of maturity and 7 dimensions. To expedite the SOA adoption process in FMIPA, SOA maturity level was measured using ISO/IEC 16680. Based on measurements of the seven dimensions of SOA at ISO/IEC 16680, it was found that the current level of SOA adoption maturity (As-Is) at FMIPA Untan was at the level one (Silo), while the expected maturity level (To-Be) is level four (Service). Gap analysis then carried out related to the gap in maturity levels, and is followed by making recommendations dan roadmap for SOA adoption.

Abstrak -Smartphone merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sangat cepat berkembang, berbagai macam fungsi serta fitur canggih disematkan didalamnya. Para produsen Smartphone juga terus berlomba-lomba untuk memproduksi berbagai macam tipe dan jenis Smartphone setiap tahunnya. Hal ini sering membuat masyarakat kebingungan saat ingin membeli Smartphone dipasaran, karena selain banyaknya ragam Smartphone dari berbagai merk, juga disebabkan ada beberapa jenis Smartphone yang memiliki fitur dan fungsi yang sama hanya berbeda merk. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web ini, para pengguna yang khususnya ingin membeli Smartphone akan mendapatkan rekomendasi berupa perangkingan merk Smartphone berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan pengguna. Penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam sistem ini menghasilkan proses perhitungan nilai akhir dengan sangat baik sehingga hasil akhir nilai dapat ditampilkan dari merk Smartphone dengan nilai tertinggi (paling sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna) sampai dengan merk Smartphone dengan nilai terendah (tidak sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna).Katakunci: peringkat, SAW, smartphone, SPKAbstract - Smartphones is one of technology that is very fast developing, various functions and sophisticated features embedded in it. The Smartphone manufacturers also continue to compete to produce various types of Smartphones every year. This makes people confused when they want to buy a Smartphone in the market, because in addition to the many kinds of Smartphones from various brands, also caused by several types of Smartphones that have the same features and functions, only different brands. With this web-based Decision Support System, users who specifically want to buy a Smartphone will get a recommendation a Smartphone brand ranking based on the criteria the user wants. The application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in this system results in a very good final value calculation process, so that the final value can be displayed from the Smartphone brand with the highest value (most appropriate based on user criteria) up to the Smartphone brand with the lowest value (not according to user criteria).Keywords: DSS, ranking, SAW, smartphones

The supervisor and thesis examiner for a student is very important because it acts as a guide, facilitator, and provides motivation. Determination of supervisors and examiners at the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) is still being carried out through internal department meetings. This is less effective and efficient considering the large number of students who submit final assignments, the titles of students' final assignments are very diverse, as well as supervisors and examiners with different competencies. The final result of the system can show the ranking order of the supervisor and thesis examiners with the Weighted Product method, besides that this system will also provide information on the number of students being mentored, students being tested and the number of students who have been supervised by the lecturer concerned. The system can also print the minutes of the thesis implementation which are divided into proposal seminars, result seminars and undergraduate sessions which automatically include the names of the supervisors and examiners. With the construction of this system, it is hoped that it can help make it easier for the department to determine the supervisor and examiner of the final project and facilitate the administrative process of the final project in the Information Systems Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tanjungpura University.

The development of information technology causes companies to be driven to improve their services to consumers, so consumers can easily get information about available products and deal with companies. In an effort to improve its services CV. Abdi Teknologi Mandiri decided to create an on-line system (web-based) for one of its business names namely Pulsa Kita which is engaged in the sale of electric pulses with a Multi-level Marketing system. This information system focuses on the concept of DBMS (Database Management System). This system makes it easy for members to find out the latest information on the company's products, especially the Pulsa Kita program, register new members, make subsidy transactions provided by the company, withdraw subsidies, and view the list of members who are at the level below it. In addition to providing convenience for consumers / members, this system also provides convenience for company employees, especially those designated to handle this system, to be able to process and obtain information from registered member data, make copies of data, change the appearance of the system, and configure subsidy system.

Abstract— The use of technology and information systems is an obligation that must be applied by every agency or organization to simplify and optimize operational implementation. Many agencies are actively using information systems so that the agency's performance can run well, systematically, and controlled, which will impact the credibility of their agency. A good information system can be created because of good planning. Strategic planning of information systems allows producing a good information system. This is because the output produced is in the form of strategic plans and documents that methodically describe the needs of information systems. Torsina Private Vocational School is a vocational school that seeks to implement information systems in every operation to improve schools' services. Therefore, strategic planning is needed in the development of IS/IT at Torsina Private Vocational Schools so that the implementation of information systems becomes more controlled and on target. IS/IT strategic planning in this study uses the Ward and Peppard model, while the analytical tools used are Critical Success Factors (CSF's), SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, and McFarlans Strategic Grid. The existence of an analytical tool is used to support the Ward and Peppard model to determine the internal and external environmental conditions of the organization. The results of this study are strategic planning of information systems at Torsina Private Vocational Schools in the form of business strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, and an information system portfolio that is mapped based on the level of importance.

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan oleh Jurusan Sistem Informasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pegawai dan keterampilan, serta mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Singkawang dalam pengelolaan aset yang dimiliki. Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan aset-aset pada Dishub Kota Singkawang lebih terstruktur, terkomputerisasi, sistematis, dan terintegrasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah pelatihan terstruktur, dalam artian sebelum pelatihan terlebih dahulu dilakukan survey untuk menggali permasalahan, kemudian dilanjutkan mencari solusi atas masalah dengan membangun sistem, koordinasi persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan 2 kali, yaitu sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai Dishub dalam mengelola aset, semakin tingginya kesadaran pegawai akan pentingnya pengelolaan aset, serta terbantunya Dishub dengan adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan aset yang dibuat oleh tim PKM. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari evaluasi yang diberikan, peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pegawai meningkat dari 34,8% menjadi 92,4%.

Inventarisasi yang baik, sistematis, dan terstruktur atas barang yang ada pada suatu kantor atau lembaga merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan, karena dengan adanya inventarisasi barang yang sistematis akan mengakibatkan proses kerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem inventarisasi barang pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Sintang saat ini perlu untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan perangkat lunak berbasis website guna memudahkan dalam perencanaan, pengadaan, penyaluran, dan pemusnahan/penghapusan atas barang-barang yang ada di Disdukcapil Sintang. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan Bootsrap serta database MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall menggunakan model Hefner. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Disdukcapil dalam melakukan inventarisasi barang milik kantor pemerintah sehingga menjadi lebih terstruktur dan sistematis untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja pegawai Disdukcapil Sintang.

Pada era Pandemi Covid19 para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk dapat memenfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dalam menunjang aktifitas usahanya agar dapat terus bertahan. Pemasaran merupakan aktifitas usaha yang penting untuk didukung dengan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi. Pemasaran Digital merupakan sebuah bentuk pemasaran produk atau jasa yang menggunakan berbagai bentuk teknologi digital seperti media sosial dan aplikasi khusus bisnis untuk menjangkau konsumen. Salah satu aplikasi yang mendukung pemasaran digital adalah Google My Business, merupakan platform yang dikeluarkan oleh Google, bertujuan untuk membantu para pelaku usaha untuk membuat profil usahanya secara online sehingga mudah ditemukan oleh calon konsumen. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk mengedukasi para pelaku usaha mengenai strategi pemasaran digital sekaligus mempraktekkan penggunaan Google My Business kepada pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah baik secara luring maupun secara daring. Kegiatan PKM menggandeng Mitra yakni Ampera Production Kubu Raya serta dilakukan dalam dua bentuk dimana kegiatan pertama adalah Seminar Pemasaran Digital yang membahas mengenai berbagai bentuk dan strategi pemasaran digital, sedangkan kegiatan kedua merupakan praktek langsung bagi para pelaku usaha untuk membuat profil bisnisnya dengan menggunakan Google My Business sehingga dapat dicari lewat mesin pencari Google. Pelatihan Google My Business juga dilengkapi dengan modul sehingga para peserta dapat lebih mudah memahami tahapan pembuatan akun bisnisnya.

Rumah Rumah Zakat perwakilan Kota Pontianak merupakan lembaga filantropi yang mengelola zakat, infak, sedekah, serta sebagai lembaga yang akan menyalurkan dan menjembatani kebaikan dari sebagian warga kepada warga lainnya. Wabah Virus Covid-19 untuk wilayah pontianak terus meningkat yang berdampak pada kesehatan, namun juga berdampak terhadap perekonomian. Dalam upaya mengurangi dampak penyebaran virus Covid-19 tidak hanya dapat dilakukan secara pribadi namun pentingnya kolaborasi dan solidaritas yang harus dilakukan bersama. Jurusan Sistem informasi Fakultas MIPA Universitas Tanjungpura berkolaborasi bersama Rumah Zakat untuk Bersatu melawan wabah Covid-19. Salah satu hal yang dilakukan adalah melalui penyerahan bantuan sembako melalui Rumah Zakat. Serta pembagian leaflet yang memberikan informasi kemandirian menjaga kesehatan, dimana didalamnya memuat informasi bagaimana menanam sayur di ruang sempit, bagaimana cuci tangan, dan bagaimana mengurangi penyebaran virus Covid-19 dengan protocol kesehatan penggunaan masker yang baik. Di harapkan bantuan ini bisa memberikan peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat akan pentingnya gerakan masyarakat untuk menjaga kesehatan secara mandiri serta meringankan kehidupan masyarakat yang saat ini sedang dalam menghadapi musibah yaitu mewabahnya Covid-19.
