Abstract

ABSTRACT One company engaged in the development of agribusiness is CV. Armid Jaya. In practice CV. Armid Jaya also been overwhelmed. This study aims to analyse the stock control system in CV. Armid Jaya.A descriptive reseacrh was conducted using the EOQ method, focusing on the analysis of rice stock. It is a case study conducted at CV. Armid Jaya.The result reveal several things related to the use of EOQ method. Firstly, the total stock reached 569.508.354 rupiahs in 2015, 577.357.674 rupiah in 2016, and 688.490.499 rupiah in 2017. Secondly, the data about economic purchasing were 6.428 ton (in 2015),5.342 (in 2016), and 5.854 ton (in 2017); Thirdly, with the EOQ method, the company could save as much as 214.343.065 rupiahs in 2015,210.301.084 in 2016 and 270.269.068 in 2017. Futhermore, reserve stock reached 1,083 tons in 2015, 1,083 tonsin 2016 and 1,165 tons in 2017. Finally, the data about maximum grain stock were 2,983 tons (in 2015), 3,000 tons (in 2016), and 3,147 tons (in 2017). Key Words: Stock, Grain, EOQ ABSTRAK Masalah persediaan gabah yang tidak efisien dapat membuat CV. Armid Jaya perusahaan kewalahan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis dan mengetahui sistem pengendalian persediaan pada CV. Armid Jaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis persediaan beras dengan studi kasus pada CV. Armid Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode EOQ terdapat beberapa hal terkait yaitu (1) total biaya persediaan yang ditanggung pada tahun 2015 Rp. 569.508.354, tahun 2016 sebesar Rp.577.357.674 dan tahun 2017 sebesar Rp. 688.490.499; (2) jumlah pembelian ekonomis pada tahun 2015 adalah 6.428 ton, tahun 2016 adalah 5.342 ton dan pada tahun 2017 yaitu sebesar 5.854 ton;(3) dengan menggunakan metode EOQ, tahun 2015 perusahaan dapat menghemat Rp.  214.343.065, pada tahun 2016, dapat menghemat Rp. 210.301.084 dan pada tahun 2017 perusahaan dapat menghemat  Rp. 270.269.068;(4) persediaan pengaman tahun 2015 sebesar  1,083 ton, tahun 2016 sebesar 1,083 ton dan pada tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 1,165,ton;(5) Persediaan gabah maksimum di tahun 2015 sebesar 2,983 ton, tahun 2016 adalah 3,000 ton dan tahun 2017 adalah 3,147 ton. Kata Kunci: Persediaan, Gabah, EOQ

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal factors of red rice farmers in Compong Village, the external factors of red rice farmers in Compong Village, and the marketing strategies of red rice farmers in Compong Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The sampling technique is based on specific considerations, namely that the determination of informants is not based on guidelines or population representation, but on the depth of information required. The results of the research show 1) SWOT analysis on the marketing of red rice in Compong village, Pitu Riase subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang district, is that the strength of the high nutritional content of red rice and a suitable location for farming can be an added value for the product. Weaknesses The low level of public awareness about health can influence consumer interest. Opportunity: There is Huge market potential around Sidenreng Rappang Regency and big cities in South Sulawesi. Threats: Tight competition with similar red rice products from other regions. 2) The marketing strategy in Compong village is an ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy that can be taken by utilizing internal strengths to overcome external threats. One emerging external threat is competition from red rice products in the surrounding area. To overcome this threat, Compong Village can maintain its product excellence by improving the quality of red rice products and expanding its marketing network by collaborating with organic food producers.
