Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan semangat  nasionalisme di Indonesia butuh proses yang sangat panjang, karena pada masa itu tingkat kesatuan dan persatuan dalam membela tanah air Indonesia belum terbangun selama masa penjajahan berlangsung di Indonesia. Pergerakan rasa nasionalisme di abad 20 sudah mulai berkembang di Negara Asia dan Afrika dengan berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal sehingga dengan hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak pada bangsa Indonesia. Dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada abad 21 ini diperlukannya startegi terutama dalam budaya lokal dan dunia pendidikan sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses penerapan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya.

Abstract

The development of technology-based teaching media in history aims to improve the quality of education by utilizing technology and enhancing historical awareness. The utilization of the Pandeglang Local History learning media holds excellent appeal for incorporating local history into the learning process. The innovative use of the Local History application further elucidates how technology can enhance historical awareness in the context of local history education. This study aims to develop teaching media based on local content to enhance students' historical awareness through technological advancements. The research approach employed in this study is Research and Development (R&D), explicitly using the 4D research development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results demonstrated that using local history teaching media, as assessed through the Likert scale validation test, increased high school students' historical awareness. These findings are based on the results of the validation test, which included the design validation test of the Local History application, revealing a score of 100. Subsequently, the application teaching media test yielded a score of 100. Finally, the effectiveness of the Local History application was evaluated, resulting in a score of 100, demonstrating the success of the application's development

Abstract

The development of teaching materials in technology-based history learning aims to improve the quality of education through the use of technology and increase historical awareness. The use of Local History learning media has an appeal for use in learning local history. Innovation in the use of the Local History application elaborates on the use of technology in learning local history in increasing students' historical awareness. The aim of this research is to develop teaching materials based on local content to increase students' historical awareness through the use of technological development. This study utilized research and development methods. By using a 4D model development research approach (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results showed that the use of Local History teaching materials using the Likert scale validation test could increase high school students' historical awareness. This is based on the results of the validation test which consists of the Local History application design validation test which shows a result of 100. Then the application teaching material test shows a result of 100. And finally the test of the Local History application on the effectiveness level of application development which shows a result of 100.
