Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance at SKh N 02 Serang City; 2) Knowing the relationship of school culture with the teaching performance of teachers in SKh N 02 Serang City; 3) Knowing the relationship between academic supervision and culture in schools in SKh N 02 Serang City; 4) Knowing the relationship between academic supervision and school culture together with the teaching performance of teachers in SKh N 02 Serang City. Research with quantitative methods, the analysis technique used is simple and multiple correlation, simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The population as well as the research sample are SKh N 02 Serang teachers, totaling 40 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire on academic supervision, school culture and teacher teaching performance. The results of the study obtained a significant influence between academic supervision and school culture on the teaching performance of teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepencapaian supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah di SMP Islam Kota Serang, 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepencapaian disiplin guru di SMP Islam Kota Serang, 3) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepencapaian peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di SMP Islam Kota Serang, 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, 5) untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, 6) untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Jenis metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 43 orang dari 6 sekolah yang ada di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengaruh supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan. Dengan nilai thitung ˃ ttabel 4,44 ˃ 2,020. 2) pengaruh dsiplin guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai thitung ˃ ttabel 6,68 ˃ 2,020. 3) pengaruh supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai thitung ˃ ttabel 7,27 ˃ 2,020. Selanjutnya nilai Fhitung dikonsultasikan dengan Ftabel yaitu 7,743 ˃ 2,364 dengan signifikan 5% atau 0,05 yang artinya dapat dinyatakan bahwa korelasi ganda tersebut bersifat signifikan. Kemudian dilihat dari tabel interpretasi bahwa nilai tersebut mempunyai korelasi yang kuat

Abstract

Learning does not just exist and happens in front of our eyes and under the gaze of student’s who wait with anxious hopes, can not, miss understanding, not no, not difficult to accompany the lesson. To destroy the feeling, of course, in the planning of learning teachers should pay attention to the learning system that will bandage all the actions of the process of teaching and learning activities. This is important, because if in the execution of teaching and learning process out and away from the system, then whatever is expected and pursued by teachers in learning activities will only reap failures and suffering and this is the beginning of catastrophe in the world of education. Abstract

The main problem in this research is how Boarding School Management of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang. This study aims to find and describe the content of policies, planning, management, problems, supporting factors, results achieved, and how to resolve the problems in the Implementation of Boarding School in MAN 2 Serang. This study used qualitative descriptive method approach, which is related to data collection, which aims to describe the condition and situation in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, documentation, and triangulation. Boarding School is an integrated educational institution between general education and 'pesantren' education as supporting of teaching learning activity in Madrasah. The aim of implementing more advance and comprehensive education, holistic, the world of science can be achieved and religious knowledge can be mastered. Boarding School management system in MAN 2 Serang is a 'semi-pesantren' system, where all students are required to live in Boarding.

Abstract

This study purpose of describing the importance of the principal's ability to understand the values develop in the life of the community around the school and be aware of the dynamics of moral development of society in general in order to achieve Indonesia's 2030 vision. This study uses a literature study method and through observation of the lives of people around schools at Banten Province, Indonesia. Findings this study is the majority of principals did not understand optimally about the values of life that grow and develop in the community around the school they managed and did not realize the dynamics of the development of moral society in general. Research Implications is all principals in Indonesia should be more severe in understanding the values of life that develop in the community around the school and be more aware of the dynamics of community moral development in general, which has an impact on the sustainability of education programs in schools that he led. Practical Implications is If the principal does not do these two things (Leadership of Moral and  Value), then Indonesia's 2030 Vision that we aspire to is challenging to

Abstract

The results of a preliminary study show that on average the head of madrasah has less academic ability, lacks self-motivation, is less assertive in being a leader, is less able to influence and invite his subordinates to improve work ethic. This phenomenon is caused by the lack of competency, procedural, lack of transparency, many nuances, and internal and external factors of madrasah principals. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. Miles and Huberman who argued that activities in qualitative data analysis were carried out interactively and carried out continuously until completion, so that the data was saturated. Activities carried out are data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that the leadership role of the headmaster at MA Mathla'ul Anwar and MA Syekh Manshur is very important in improving the quality of education, because the head of the madrasah is a determining element in the direction of madrasah success and acts as a manager, leader, supervisor, educator, administrator, innovator, motivator.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis mengenai perbedaan manajemen full day school dengan manajemen boarding school dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik peserta didik. Hipotesis penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Terdapat perbedaan manajemen full day school dengan boarding school. 2) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi akademik peserta didik full day school dengan prestasi akademik peserta didik boarding school.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik MAN 1 kota Serang dan MAN 2 Kota Serang. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 70 peseta didik dengan teknik sampling non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket manajemen full day school, manajemen boarding school, dan prestasi akademik peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Sample T-Test. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat perbedaan manajemen full day school dengan manajemen boarding school dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata full day school 108,08 dan boarding school 108,44. 2) Terdapat perbedaan prestasi akademik peserta didik full day school dengan prestasi akademik peserta didik boarding school dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata raport peserta didik full day school sebesar 84,1 dan peserta didik boarding school sebesar 85,4. Hasil analisis dengan uji t full day school sebesar 12,1 dan boarding school sebesar 1,67. Ini menandakan prestasi akademik peserta didik boarding school lebih besar dari prestasi akademik peserta didik full day school

Abstract

This study aims to understand the application of strategic management and dynamics in three Islamic boarding schools in Banten. This research method is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, field notes, and member verification. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods with deductive and inductive analysis techniques. The results showed that the strategic management carried out by these three Islamic boarding schools were as follows; prepare a system that can provide an exemplary role for all levels within the Islamic boarding school and all stakeholders in the Islamic boarding school; provide equal roles and responsibilities to human resources in Islamic boarding schools; organize student activities optimally; prepare a system that can provide an example for all levels within the Islamic boarding school environment and all stakeholders within the Islamic boarding school environment; provide equal roles and responsibilities to human resources in the cottage.

Abstract

 This study aims to find out how to overcome the problem of Madrasah Principal Leadership Management and Continuous Professional Development (PKB) in Improving the Quality of Teacher Performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The object of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Annizhomiyyah, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathla'ul Anwar and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Az Zahra, Labuan District, Pendeglang Regency. The results of the management of madrasah leadership in improving the quality of teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Annizhomiyah Jaha Labuan are 1) maximizing the learning process even during the covid-19 pandemic; 2) supervision is still carried out and the ability of all teachers to conduct online learning is mapped; 3) overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of teachers in the online learning process; 4) most teachers take part in online training and webinars through zoom meetings; and 5) all teachers were PKG conducted and the weaknesses of the PKG results were taken seriously by the teachers. Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara objektif implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut dilakukan studi kasus di STKIP Babunnajah Pandeglang Banten dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menjawab tiga pertanyaan penelitian. Selain dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan objektif tentang implementasi TQM di STKIP Babunnajah Pandeglang Banten sebagai temuan penelitian, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa TQM dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dalam kondisi tertentu. Untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menggunakan TQM, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi.
