Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara komprehensif tentang pendidikan kejuruan yang efektif berdasarkan pada aspek proses pembelajaran, pengajaran dan budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Serang, Banten. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Kejuruan efektif, yaitu: (1) sekolah telah menekankan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif, menyenangkan, menggunakan pembelajaran multimedia interaktif, strategi pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Pengelolaan kelas, bengkel dan laboratorium telah efektif karena telah digunakan dengan baik dalam implementasi, terutama praktik. Strategi pembelajaran yang biasanya digunakan adalah kooperatif, kontekstual, studi kasus, diskusi, pembelajaran realistis dan berbasis masalah. (2) Budaya yang ada di sekolah telah efektif dalam menerapkan pembelajaran teoritis dan praktis. Budaya kerja seperti di Dunia Industri telah dilakukan. Proyek di luar lembaga yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah adalah guru dan siswa untuk menyelesaikan proyek. Budaya kerja positif Dunia Industri di sekolah akan menghasilkan pembelajaran teori dan praktis yang efektif dan lulusan yang berkualitas dan siap untuk bekerja di industri . ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine comprehensively about effective vocational education based on aspects of the learning process, teaching and school culture. The study used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The location of the study at State Vocational High School 2 Serang, Banten. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis which is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the Vocational Schools were effective, namely: (1) the school had emphasized active, creative, innovative, fun learning, using interactive multimedia learning, varied learning strategies. The management of classes, workshops and laboratories has been effective because it has been used properly in implementation, especially practice. Learning strategies that are usually used are cooperative, contextual, case studies, discussions, realistic and problem-based learning. (2)The existing culture in the school has been effective in implementing theoretical and practical learning.Work culture like in the Industrial World has been carried out. Projects outside the agency that are carried out by the school are teachers and students to complete the project.The positive work culture of the Industrial World in schools will result in effective theoretical and practical learning and graduates who are qualified and ready to work in the industry.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD; (2) knowing the feasibility level of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD used in the subjects of electronic control system; and (3) knowing the level of effectiveness of learning media. The research method used is Reaearch and Development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE with the following stages of research: analyze, design, development, implementation, evalution. The results of the study are: (1) the development of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD according to the design and equipped with a jobsheet and manual book, (2) the feasibility of learning media by media experts get an average score (X) of 3,31 “Good/decent”, the assessment of material experts received an average score (X) of 3,42 that is “very good/well deserved” and the user ratings are getting a score of 3,44 that is “very good/very decent”, and (3) the effectiveness of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD get result score of 0,72 which is catagorized as “very high”.Â
