Abstract

This study aims to determine the success rate of penalty kicks using the inner leg and instep. Theresearch method used is experimentation, with a design using the One Group Pretest Post Test design.The population is students of SMAN 1 Padalarang, futsal extracurricular members totaling 20 people.Sampling uses total sampling, so the sample is 20 people. The instrument used a penalty test with theinstep and inner leg. There are significant results from the initial test results of penalty kicks using the instep 70% of students are in the category of less once while the other 30% of students are in the less category, the final test of penalty kicks using the instep of 70% of students is in the less category while30% of other students are in the sufficient category can be seen there is an increase in penalty kicksusing insteps

Abstract

This study aims to reveal field data by explaining what was revealed in the field, analyzing and concluding research results. This research uses descriptive research with the process of collecting and compiling data, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data. The population in this study were students in class 5 A with a total of 28 people and 5B 2 at SD Negeri 260 Griya Bumi Antapani Bandung City with a total of 53 students. In this study the sampling technique that the author used was purposive sampling, the sample used was 260 Griya Bumi Antapani Public Elementary School, Bandung City. Abstract

This study aims to describe the anthropometric component profile and aerobic capacity of male and female wrestlers in the West Bandung Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample used accidental sampling as many as 15 people consisting of 10 men and 5 women. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting tests and measurements of anthropometry and VO2max through the bleep test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in anthropometric measurements between male and female wrestlers (sig> 0.05), in the measurement of body mass index (BMI) results for male and female wrestlers, which were much lower than the ideal standard, in the VO2max measurement results for all samples ( 15 people) mostly (75%) were in the average category and only (27%) were in a good category. The last picture is that there is no significant correlation between Body Mass Index and aerobic capacity of male and female wrestlers

Abstract

This research was conducted because the level of basic techniques skill of volleyball game students who did not know volleyball extracurricular at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung was not yet known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of basic techniques skills in volleyball game extracurricular volleyball students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the method used in this study is a survey method. The population used is the volleyball extracurricular students at amounting to 20 people. Data collection techniques using the top passing test using AAHPER face wall volleyball test, bottom passing test using the Brumbach forearms pass volleyball test, smash test using the stanley spike test, service accuracy test using the AAHPER serving accuracy test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive survey test. The results of the study can show that, as many as 3 students or (15%) are in the "very good" category, 1 student or (5%) are in the "good" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "moderate" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "less" category and 0 students or (0%) are in the "very less" category. Whereas based on the average value, which is 79.2; the basic technical skills of volleyball ball extracurricular students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung are "medium".

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas tinggi dan rendahnya antusiasme mahasiswa ukm aquatic di setiap angkatan dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingginya antusiasme mahasiswa ukm aquatic angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan kuantitatif pendekatan survei dengan sampel anggota ukm aquatic angkatan 2017 dengan jumlah 20 orang orang dan penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui teknik angket antusiasme mahasiswa menggunakan google form dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme mahasiswa ukm aquatic angkatan 2017 dengan indikator evaluasi ketika ukm 23% pengetahuan teknik renang 23% dari kedua aspek tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa antusiasme mahasiswa di ukm aquatic angkatan 2017 cenderung kepada aspek- aspek evaluasi ketika ukm dan pengetahuan teknik renang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana  menerapkan metode pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada matakuliah keterampilan aquatic 1 yang dapat meningkatkan  keterampilan renang gaya bebas dan pembentukan nilai tahapan gerak dalam  renang gaya bebas dan apakah metode PBL dapat membentuk pemahaman nilai tahapan belajar gerak setelah dilakukan tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan  data menggunakan performance skill test untuk data kuantitatif peningkatan hasil belajar atau hasil keterampilan gerak dan menggunakan observasi, catatan  lapangan, dokumentasi untuk data kualitatif pembentukan tahapan belajar  gerak. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode eksperimen. Populasi mahaiswa PJKR STKIP Pasundan Cimahi Angkatan 2022 yang berjumlah 630 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Cluster Random Sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mendapat skor 81-100 setelah tes akhir mengalami kenaikan dari 10 mahasiswa (12%) menjadi 20 mahasiswa (24%), skor 61-80 mengalami kenaikan yaitu 25 mahasiswa  (30%) menjadi 28 mahasiswa (34%), skor 41-60 jumlahnya tetap, skor 21-40 mengalami  penurunan dari 18 mahasiswa (22%) menjadi 12 mahasiswa (15%), skor 0-20  mengalami  penurunan dari 9 mahasiswa (11%) menjadi 2 mahasiswa (2 %), melalui penerapan  metode PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil keterampilan gerak dan dapat membentuk tahapan belajar gerak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar bermain futsal peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Sekolah Menengah Atas Pasundan 3 Bandung, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan tes dan pengukuran , Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa yang aktif di ekstrakulikuler futsal SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa, Sampling teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, dan sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan siswa aktif ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa untuk dijadikan bahan pengambilan data., Instrumen Penilaian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah tes passing, Analisis data menggunakan spss 25 dan microsoft excel, Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, tingkat keterampilan dasar bermain futsal yaitu teknik passing futsal siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal di Sekolah Menengah Atas Pasundan 3 bandung berada pada kategori baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil presentase penelitian, Sebanyak 3 orang sampel mempunyai keterampilan passing futsal yang sangat baik, sebanyak 21 orang sampel mempunyai keterampilan passing futsal yang baik 1 orang sampel mempunyai keterampilan futsal yang cukup.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of responsibility of rowing athletes in achieving learning achievements. This study uses a quantitative survey method. The population in this study were 28 athletes rowing TBR Cimahi City. The sampling technique in this study was to use total sampling technique. The sample in this study were all 28 athletes rowing TBR Cimahi City. The instrument used is a responsibility questionnaire. The results of research on the Responsibility of Rowing Athletes in Achieving Learning Achievements. There was 1 respondent in the very good category, as many as 9 respondents in the good category, there were 9 respondents in the moderate category, then there were 7 respondents in the unfavorable category, and there were 2 respondents in the very unfavorable category. that the average percentage of responsibility of TBR rowing athletes Cimahi City is 82%. So the conclusion of this study is that the level of Responsibility of Rowing Athletes in Achieving Learning Achievement is included in the very high category.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of traditional games on the character of elementary school students. This study employed a quantitative experimental research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were the fifth-grade students of SDN Gunung Geulis. The sample consisted of 10 individuals. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling. The instrument was an assessment instrument for elementary school student character. The research results demonstrate a significant improvement in the pretest and posttest scores, with a t-value of 4.011 and significance value of 0.03 0.05. Thus, it concludes that there was a significant influence of traditional games on the character of elementary school students. The traditional game model can be employed by teachers to enhance the character of elementary school students.
