Abstract

Mater Dei School provides education from an early age to high school, currently Mater Dei school is in great demand by students because of its superior achievements, especially in the academic field. At the junior high school level, Mater dei has a total of 496 students. This study aims to determine, namely: 1) How is the level of student satisfaction with the quality of services provided by SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City, 2) What factors need to be improved by SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City in order to improve service quality, 3) Knowing how the proposed improvements are prioritized for improving the quality of services at SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City. The study took data of 100 respondents, then performed serqual calculations to determine the value of GAP, the results of the GAP were used as input data for Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which then identified 6 attributes that must be considered and need to be considered by management to improve service quality. The next step is to calculate the Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the results of the analysis, the value was 79.125%. This means that the level of student satisfaction with SMP Mater Dei services is in the Satisfied category. Furthermore, the 6 attributes in question need to be recommended to managers to improve their services so that the service satisfaction value becomes 100%.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah pendidikan anak bangsa yang cenderung menekankan masalah kecerdasan intelektual tanpa melihat faktor kebiasaan belajar, kecerdasan emosi dan peran orang tua yang sebenarnya penting menunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam meraih prestasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan kecerdasan emosi serta perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap penguasaan konsep matematika. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yang berjumlah 456 siswa dari tiga SMP Swasta di Kecamatan Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep matematika dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh kebiasaan belajar, kecerdasan emosi, dan perhatian orang tua dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 49,376 + 0,324 X1 + 0,311 X2 + 0,448 X3. Secara parsial pula penguasaan konsep matematika dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan belajar. Penguasaan konsep matematika dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosi dan penguasaan konsep matematika dipengaruhi oleh perhatian orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian adalah perhatian orang tua memberikan kontribusi dominan pada penguasaan konsep matematika dari pada kebiasaan belajar dan kecerdasan emosi. Maka disarankan orang tua untuk memberikan banyak perhatian kepada anaknya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design teaching materials for Problem-based Calculus with the help of Grapmatica software in the Polar Coordinate System, Savings and Ball material, these teaching materials are implemented through valid, practical and effective learning modules. The methodology used in this study combines Plomp model research design with Gravemeijer & Cobb models. The stages of design research in this study were the preliminary research phase, the preparation of the experiment, the prototype development phase, the implementation of the experiment, the restrosfective analysis, and the assessment phase. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive statistics and descriptive techniques, which describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of learning flow design through problem-based learning modules. Data collection instruments used: tests, observation sheets, interview sheets, questionnaires and field notes. The research subjects were 6th semester students of Mathematics Study Program FMIPA Univ. Pamulang who attended the Advanced Calculus lecture.The results of the validity data analysis show that the learning flow design is implemented through modules; Problem based learning that is produced has met the valid criteria. Said to be valid because it meets the characteristics of validity both in terms of content and construct. The contents of the learning design through the learning flow that are implemented in the learning module are guided by principles and are problem based. The context of the problems contained in the learning design is adapted to the context of student life and can bring students to do the mathematical process. The process of mathematics is one of the main focuses of this learning design, in order to train students to construct their own knowledge based on initial knowledge or experience. The learning flow design implemented through the learning module is practical because it is easy to use and understand, the allocation of time determined is efficient, interesting and contributes to learning in the Polar Coordinate System, Savings and Spheres. The learning flow design implemented through the learning module has also been effective because the use of this learning design has a potential impact on students' reasoning abilities on the topic of Polar, Savings and Ball Coordinate Systems. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning design of the topic of the Polar Coordinate System, Savings and Ball using Problem Based Calculus teaching materials with the help of grapmatica software on the material coordinate system of the lid, tubes and balls has been produced can be declared valid, practical and effective

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontruksi pengetahuan teorema pythagoras dalam pemecahan masalah serta tingkat pencapaian kompetensi dengan pembelajaran model ICARE. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 siswa MTs Al-Khairiyah Mampang Prapatan serta diambil 3 siswa dalam mendeskripsikan kontruksi pengetahuan dalam pemecahan masalah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah test uraian pemecahan masalah, wawancara semi terstruktur.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran ICARE sangat efektif dalam mencapai ketuntasan kompetensi materi pythagoras dengan 66,7%. Responden 1 mampu mengkontruksi pengetahuan dalam proses pemecahan masalah dengan tahapan aksi, proses, objek dan skema. Responden 2 mampu mengkontruksi pengetahuan sampai tahapan objek. Sementara responden 3 hanya melalui tahapan aksi.

Abstract

Peramalan merupakan hal sangat penting dalam dunia usaha untuk mengetahui kelajutan diwaktu mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pola data penjualan produk suplemen Green World pada e-marketplace dari Januari 2016 - Juli 2017, untuk mengetahui metode peramalan kuantitatif apakah yang paling sesuai untuk meramalkan jumlah penjualan produk suplemen Green World pada e-marketplace dari Januari 2016 sampai Juli 2017, dan untuk mengetahui peramalan penjualan produk suplemen Green World pada e-marketplace untuk 15 bulan mendatang dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif terbaik. Metode penelitian yaitu metode survei. Hasil penelitian yaitu pola data penjualan tren naik. Analisis penjualan keseluruhan penjualan pada e-marketplace lebih sesuai dengan metode peramalan Penghalusan Eksponensial Ganda (Double Exponentian Smoothing) yang memiliki nilai MSE terkecil (50,0011) dibandingkan dengan metode peramalan lainnya. Hasil peramalan penjualan produk suplemen Green World pada e-marketplace dari Januari 2016 sampai Juli 2017 cukup bervariasi. Peramalan penjualan pada tokopedia dan bukalapak mengalami peningkatan dimana hasil ramalan tertinggi terdapat pada periode 15 dengan penjualan 31 produk di tokopedia dan 28 produk di bukalapak. Ramalan penjualan di blibli menunjukkan angka yang tetap dari periode 1 hingga 15 yaitu 17 produk. Hasil ramalan penjualan secara keseluruhan pada e-marketplace mengalami peningkatan dimana hasil ramalan tertinggi terdapat pada periode 15 dengan penjualan 81 produk.Kata kunci: Eksponensial Ganda, pola data

Abstract

The purpose of community service carried out by the Pamulang University lecturer Team is to provide discussion assistance in answering questions about scholastic potential test to class XII high school students in preparing themselves to take part in the joint selection of state universities (SBMPTN) 2020. Partners in this community service are tutoring and private matrices in Pamulang, South Tangerang, Banten. The subject of community service is students in the public high school class XII who wish to enter state higher education through the SBMPTN 2020 test. The main problem faced by partners is that up to now Bimbel learning media has always been face to face and have never done online learning media, this because technologically Bimbel and private matrix not yet support in providing these services. The solution offered is to do online learning by online meeting application. The direct benefit of this dedication activity is an additional knowledge, skills in solving potential scholastic questions so that students can prepare for the joint selection of 2020 state universities with the method of solving problems quickly and easily. The derivate benefits are expected to be able to make students pass the SBMPTN 2020. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practice of completing the 2020 SBMPTN exam questions. The training is held for two weeks, namely in Monday to Friday, 11 -15  May 2020, and 18-22 May 2020. The method of activities used are practices, questions and answers and discussions. The analysis technique is done by observing aspects of student’s cognition and skills in conquering the subject matter.

Abstract

Beberapa restoran cepat saji mulai menerapkan budaya “Beberes Sendiri”, yaitu suatu kegiatan untuk merapikan meja dari pembungkus makanan untuk selanjutnya dibuang ke tempat sampah yang disediakan oleh restoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pada program “Beberes Sendiri” serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel independen yang diadaptasi dari berbagai sumber yaitu Kesadaran Lingkungan, Sarana dan Kampanye Program, serta satu variabel dependen yaitu Tingkat Penerimaan. Terdapat 168 responden yang digunakan sebagai sampel dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif, kuat dan signifikan antara faktor kesadaran lingkungan dengan tingkat penerimaan. Terdapat pengaruh positif, lemah serta tidak signifikan antara faktor sarana dengan tingkat penerimaan, terdapat pengaruh positif, menengah serta signifikan antara faktor kampanye program dengan tingkat penerimaan. Dan ketiga variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen secara signifikan sebesar 50,7%.

Abstract

This  research  was  conducted to achieve improving the quality of service to members, for this reason, a service quality analysis method is needed. Here the methods needed are Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of customer satisfaction with service quality by the CUBG Tp Cooperative. Pamulang, to find out what aspects are supporting the improvement of service quality and to provide recommendations for improvements or revisions that are prioritized to improve service quality at the CUBG Tp Cooperative. Pamulang. This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis using Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of this study are the level of satisfaction of cooperative members using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method with a percentage of 86.05%. Based on the calculation of Servqual Analysis of 5 dimensions, namely Tangibility (physical evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Awareness / responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee) and Empathy (Empathy) represented by 25 attributes obtained if members of the CUBG Cooperative TP.Pamulang have been satisfied with the Servqual provided by the CUBG Cooperative Tp.Pamulang, this is shown in the average gap between expectations and reality of 0.05

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus globally continues to grow. The impact felt by Indonesia in addition to the many positive cases, economic, social and educational system problems. The learning process that has been carried out face-to-face has become undisturbed, so that the learning process changes its function to online learning. The purpose of this research is to obtain information on how to describe the implementation process of learning for students of the Pamulang University Mathematics Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic as an effort for Higher Education to stop and break the chain of spreading covid-19. The research subjects were students of the Mathematics Study Program. Data processing was carried out by interviewing through cloud meetings and questionnaire response sheets using the google format. Interviews and questionnaire sheets were conducted with questions that were compiled and developed with related literature. Miles & Huberman's interactive analysis techniques were used in this study. This study obtained the results, namely, (1) students already have basic learning facilities such as leptops, computers, android-based mobile phones and internet networks; (2) The learning process has not been maximally carried out yet; (3) Lack of supervision from both lecturers and parents during the lecture or learning process; (4) The online learning process has the advantage of flexibility in time, encourages and trains students to study independently.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jiwa edupreneurship yang dimiliki siswa tingkat Madrasah berdasarkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu Madrasah di Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes KPMM bentuk uraian sebanyak 3 soal dan wawancara terstruktur untuk mengetahui jiwa edupreneurship. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 26,7 % mempunyai tingkat KPMM tinggi, 33,3% mempunyai tingkat KPMM sedang, sementara 40% berada pada tingkat KPMM rendah. Kelompok siswa dengan tingkat KPMM tinggi dan sedang menunjukan indikator jiwa edupreneurship. Adapun indikator tersebut adalah ketekukan, pengambilan keputusan dengan baik, kreatifitas serta rasa percaya diri. Sementara kelompok siswa dengan KPMM yang rendah belum menunjukan indikator jiwa edupreneurship.Kata kunci: Matematika, Pemecahan Masalah Matematis, Edupreneurship
