Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has also weakened the national and international economies. Various industrial sectors, including the culinary business, experienced disruptions such as supply of raw materials, demand for products, shortages of labor, and business obscurity. This study aims to analyze the impact of the pandemic on the culinary business in Padang city and the strategies needed to adapt to this new normal era. The research used a descriptive qualitative method, using a SWOT analysis. The results show that culinary business should implement product and service diversification strategy The culinary business must be able to gain consumer trust with products that are safe, healthy and hygienic, implement health protocols, maximize online marketing, fulfill take away and delivery orders, make product diversification or innovation in the form of healthy and frozen food, and improve product quality. output of this study is to identify the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the culinary business in the city of Padang and determine a suitable strategy to adapt to the new normal. In the long term, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of business strategies for dealing with emergency situations and full of uncertainty. ABSTRAK Selain berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan, pandemi Covid-19 juga melemahkan perekonomian nasional dan internasional. Berbagai sektor industri, termasuk bisnis kuliner, mengalami gangguan seperti pasokan bahan baku, permintaan produk, kekurangan tenaga kerja, dan ketidakjelasan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak pandemi terhadap bisnis kuliner di kota Padang dan strategi yang dibutuhkan untuk beradaptasi di era new normal ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan analisa SWOT untuk mengetahui berbagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh bisnis kuliner di masa pandemi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh bisnis kuliner adalah diversifikasi produk dan jasa. Bisnis kuliner harus bisa mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen dengan produk yang aman, sehat dan higienis, menerapkan protokol kesehatan, memaksimalkan pemasaran online, memenuhi permintaan take away dan delivery order, membuat diversifikasi atau inovasi produk berupa makanan sehat dan frozen food, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Target luaran penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh bisnis kuliner di kota Padang dan menentukan strategi yang cocok diterapkan untuk beradaptasi di masa new normal. Dalam jangka panjang, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam hal pengembangan strategi bisnis untuk menghadapi situasi darurat dan penuh ketidakpastian.

Abstract

This study aims to identify tourism potential that carries the concept of sharia to be applied in Pesisir Selatan Regency and the strategy for developing sharia tourism in accordance with the current pandemic situation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strategy that can be used to develop sharia tourism in Pesisir Selatan Regency is an aggressive strategy. Analysis of internal and external factors shows the potential for sharia tourism in Pesisir Selatan Regency is in grow and build position. The alternative strategy is market penetration, market development, and tourism product development. The development of sharia tourism in a pandemic condition must follow several guidelines, such as implementing strict health protocols in tourist areas, frequently clean the service area with disinfectant, prioritize take away service and delivery orders, utilizing non-cash transactions to minimize the risk of virus transmission, process and package products hygienically and provide of foods that can increase the body's immunity.Tourism industry stakeholders need to create various incentives to encourage tourism demand, such as offering discount flights or hotels and accommodation at tourist attractions. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi wisata yang mengusung konsep syariah untuk diterapkan di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dan strategi pengembangan wisata syariah tersebut sesuai dengan situasi pandemi saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisa SWOT menunjukkan strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan wisata syariah di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan adalah strategi agresif yaitu memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan untuk merebut dan memanfaatkan peluang sebesar-besarnya. Analisa faktor internal dan eksternal, potensi wisata syariah di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan berada dalam posisi tumbuh dan membangun (grow and built). Alternatif strategi yang tepat adalah melakukan penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk wisata. Pengembangan wisata syariah di tengah pandemi harus mengikuti beberapa panduan, seperti menerapkan protokol kesehatan ketat di area wisata dan tempat berkumpul. Sering membersihkan area servis dengan desinfektan untuk memenangkan kepercayaan wisatawan, mengutamakan take away service dan delivery order. Memanfaatkan transaksi non tunai untuk memperkecil resiko penularan virus. Pengemasan produk secara higienis. Beralih ke menu makanan yang dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Para pemangku kepentingan industri pariwisata perlu membuat berbagai insentif untuk mendorong permintaan pariwisata, seperti memberi penawaran diskon pesawat atau hotel dan akomodasi di tempat wisata.

Abstract

Abstract: UMKM as the backbone of national investment must receive greater and easier attention. One weakness found in many UMKM is that business management is not good and efficient. This research is designed to support management concepts that can be created as a strategy to improve management. UKM process snacks in developing their business. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative aspects of UMKM business management such as HR management, marketing management, financial management and production management, analysis through SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), so that it can be used as needed, opportunities and challenges issued by the UMKM. Based on the analysis conducted by SWOT, a strategy that can be carried out by UMKM to support its business is obtained. The results of the study concluded in terms of HR management, UMKM must maintain an adequate workforce with adequate skills, and maintain good relationships with customers. In terms of production management, UMKM must maintain good and hygienic product packaging with attractive designs that pay attention to the smooth production process. In terms of marketing management, UMKM must maintain an affordable product price for all groups. This can be used and improved to increase market segments, and also UMKM must increase and enhance marketing that has been established with outsiders. In terms of financial management, UMKM must conduct financial management and supervision well to deal with company loans and ask for working capital assistance from the government to improve UMKM performance. Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. This study uses data from several manufacturing companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained through the information contained in the annual financial statements of the sample companies which can be accessed and downloaded through www.idx.go.id. The data used is from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method is carried out using panel data regression analysis while hypothesis testing is carried out by t-statistical test and F-statistical test. The stages of data processing are carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. In accordance with the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is found that investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. will further increase firm value, while other results find funding decisions and dividend policy have no significant effect on firm value. The findings obtained show that changes in firm value are not only influenced by funding decisions and dividend policies but are also influenced by other variables such as the company's liquidity position, company size or factors originating from outside the company.

Abstract

Tourism is a service industry sector with great potential to be developed in Indonesia. The number of visits by foreign tourists and domestic tourists continues to show an increase from year to year, before the Covid-19 pandemic. The great interest of the world community and the archipelago to travel in Indonesia needs attention and support from the government and the Indonesian people themselves because the tourism sector is one of the mainstay sectors for the government to increase state revenue. Sustainable Tourism is considered as a basic concept which is a big umbrella for all forms of tourism activity. Sustainable tourism is an integrated effort to improve the quality of life through regulation, provision, development, utilization and maintenance of natural resources, including economically and ecologically viable culture. This study aims to describe the Experiential Marketing of sharia tourism in the development of sustainable tourism in Pesisir Selatan District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. ABSTRAK Pariwisata merupakan sektor industri jasa yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara mau pun wisatawan nusantara terus menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, sebelum terjadinya pandemi Covid-19. Besarnya animo masyarakat dunia dan nusantara untuk melakukan perjalanan wisata di Indonesia perlu mendapatkan perhatian dan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat Indonesia sendiri karena sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan bagi pemerintah untuk menambah pendapatan negara. Pariwisata Berkelanjutan dianggap sebagai konsep dasar yang menjadi payung besar segala bentuk aktivitas kepariwisataan. Pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan upaya terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup melalui regulasi, penyediaan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, serta pemeliharaan sumber daya alam, termasuk di dalamnya budaya yang layak secara ekonomi dan ekologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan Experiential Marketing wisata syariah dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan (Sustainable development tourism) di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of tourist attractiveness, facilities and accessibility variables on the decision-making process of visiting the beach tourist objects in the city of Padang, either partially or simultaneously. Data analysis using methods of descriptive analysis and double linear regression. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that of the three variables tested, namely Tourist Attraction, Facilities and Accessibility, the three have a positive and significant influence on the Decision Process of Visiting the Beach Tourist Object, either partially or simultaneously. Without these three variables, the Visiting Decision Process remains positive at 7,653. Increasing tourist attractiveness, facilities and accessibility, will improve the decision-making process of visiting the beach for tourists. The most influential variable is the tourist attractiveness variable (as large as 36.3%), followed by the accessibility variable (22.9%) and the facility variable as the smallest variable of its influence (19,5%) Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel Daya Tarik Wisata, Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas terhadap Proses Keputusan Berkunjung di Objek Wisata Pantai Padang di Kota Padang, baik secara parsial mau pun secara simultan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Analisa data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga variabel yang diuji, yaitu Daya Tarik Wisata, Fasilitas dan Aksesibilitas, ketiganya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Proses Keputusan Berkunjung di Objek Wisata Pantai Padang, baik secara partial mau pun secara simultan. Tanpa adanya ketiga variael tersebut maka Proses Keputusan Berkunjung tetap ada dan positif sebesar 7,653. Meningkatkan daya tarik wisata, fasilitas dan aksesibilitas, akan meningkatkan pula proses keputusan berkunjung ke Pantai Padang bagi para wisatawan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel daya tarik wisata (sebesar 36,3%), disusul oleh variabel aksesibilitas (22,9%) dan variabel fasilitas sebagai variabel yang paling kecil pengaruhnya (19,5%).
