Abstract

This study examines the effect of Digital Leadership and workplace spirituality on the performance of Pertamina Hulu energy employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A population of 136 employees were all used as respondents or using a saturated sample model. The analytical tool used is the SEM (structural equation modeling) method using Amos. The results showed that each variable, both digital leaderships and workplace spirituality, had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Pertamina Hulu Energy. Furthermore, the job satisfaction variable mediates workplace spirituality with the performance variable partially mediating and the job satisfaction variable mediating digital leaderships with the performance variable. also partially mediation.

Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku merupakan salah satu faktor utama tercapainya keberhasilan perusahaan dalam berproduksi, adanya persediaan yang terlalu besar ataupun terlalu kecil dapat menimbulkan masalah dalam perusahaan. UD. Karya Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan batako dan paving block, Dalam setiap periode UD. Karya Jaya berusaha untuk melayani konsumen semaksimal mungkin. Pada proses produksi perusahaan selalu mengalami perubahan dimana pada setiap periode produksi sering terjadi masalah di pengendalian persediaan baik berkurangnya persediaan ataupun kelebihan persediaan sehingga sering menyebabkan timbulnya masalah dalam penanganan material atau bahan baku sebagai salah satu faktor yang mendukung kelancaran produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode forecasting kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan persediaan dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), berdasarkan tahapan tersebut maka diperoleh hasil bahwa perusahaan dapat mengatasinya dengan cara perbaikan pada proses pemesanan bahan baku, dimana jumlah pembelian bahan baku pasir yang optimal setiap kali pesan dapat dilakukan sebesar 2 1 3 , 4 5 m 3 dan jumlah pembelian bahan baku semen yang optimal setiap kali pesan adalah sebesar 4 6 1 Sak.

Abstract

Upah merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesempatan kerja. Perbaikan upah sangat penting untuk mendukung pembangunan. Perbaikan upah berarti peningkatan pendapatan dan daya beli masyarakat. Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat akan meningkatkan permintaan akan barang dan jasa yang kemudian pada gilirannya secara makro mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan untuk berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh upah riil terhadap kesempatan kerja di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data seri waktu selama periode 1980-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Vector Auto Regression (VAR). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi kedua variabel yang dianalisis yaitu kesempatan kerja dan upah riil stasioner pada secound different dengan menggunakan Philips-Perron. Dari kedua variabel yang dianalisis ternyata tidak terjadi kointergrasi dalam jangka panjang. Upah rill berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesempatan kerja di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan peningkatan upah riil yang terjadi tidak diikuti dengan peningkatan produktifitas yang seimbang, sehingga peningkatan upah riil mendorong pengurangan permintaan akan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat variabel Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH) dan Konsumsi Perkapita Pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2007-2018. Penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dari tahun 2007 sampai 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi per kapita tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran per kapita di Provinsi Aceh. Secara simultan, Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH) dan konsumsi per kapita berpengaruh tidak dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Acehperiode 2007-2018.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of perceived privacy and perceived security on e-trust and e-loyalty of Muslim lecturers using video conference media. Additionally, the role of e-trust as a mediator in this relationship and the role of consumer innovativeness as a moderator of the relationship between e-trust and e-loyalty are investigated. The samples consisted of 250 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by a questionnaire survey and analyzed in AMOS using Structural Equation Modelling. The results indicate that perceived privacy and security considerably and favorably influenced e-trust. Similarly, e-trust and perceived privacy have a strong positive effect on e-loyalty, although perceived security has no effect. Moreover, e-trust could moderate the impact of perceived privacy on e-loyalty, but not the impact of perceived security on e-loyalty. Meanwhile, consumer innovation could not regulate the link between e-trust and e-loyalty. The findings have implications for establishing the concept of e-trust and customer innovativeness in the e-loyalty model.==========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Apa Determinan E-Loyalitas dan E-Kepercayaan Dosen Muslim Indonesia dalam Menggunakan Video Conference? Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh persepsi privasi dan keamanan yang dirasakan terhadap e-kepercayaan dan e-loyalitas dosen muslim dalam menggunakan media video konferensi dan juga menguji peran e-kepercayaan sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan ini dan peran keinovatifan konsumen sebagai moderasi hubungan antara e-kepercayaan dan e-loyalitas. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 250 responden dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi privasi dan persepsi keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-kepercayaan. Persepsi privasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalitas, persepsi keamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalitas, dan e-kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalitas. E-kepercayaan dapat memediasi efek privasi yang dirasakan pada e-loyalitas tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh keamanan yang dirasakan pada e-loyalitas. Demikian juga, inovasi konsumen tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan e-kepercayaan terhadap e-loyalitas. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan konsep e-kepercayaan dan keinovatifan konsumen dalam model e-loyalitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the risk perception of tourists on the intention to travel to Sabang City in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. This research is based on the theoretical framework of the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Sample approach using Non-Probabilityaccidental sampling.The sample amounted to 200 respondents who came from within and outside the province of Aceh. The results of this study indicate that the perception of risk has a negative and significant effect on the antecedents of Intention, namely Attitude, Behavioral Control, and Subjective Norms. Attitudes and Behavioral Control each have a positive and significant effect on the intention of tourists visiting Sabang City during the covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Subjective Norms have no significant effect.

Abstract

This research contains procedures for archiving employee personal data at PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda. The archive must be managed with proper procedures because it has an important role as a source of information. Sources of data are obtained based on sources, documents, and archives. Based on the observations made by the author, the procedure for archiving employee personal data at PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda is divided into two parts, namely manual archiving and electronic archiving, to facilitate the organization and retrieval of archives. The obstacle faced is the lack of archive storage facilities and infrastructure, both manual and electronic storage, so it needs to be maximized so that the employee archives that have been stored are not easily damaged or lost.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Financial Ratios of MSMEs in the haircut service sector at Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019. The data analysis method used in this study uses Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios and Activity Ratios to assess Financial Performance, in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Decree of the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No. 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the Profitability Ratio of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with indicators of GPM (99.35%), NPM (56.78%) and ROA (18.26%), with an overall indicator has a value greater than 10%. The results of the analysis of the Liquidity Ratio of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with the QR (622.97%) and CR (695.41%) indicators with overall indicators having values greater than 200%. Furthermore, the results of the Solvency Ratio analysis of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with the DAR indicator (1.45%) which has a value less than 40%. Finally, the results of the analysis of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh's Activity Ratio from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with indicators of TATO (32.11%) and RTO (15.13%), with overall indicators having values greater than 10%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyaluran Pembiayaan UMKM (Studi Pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2016-2019). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder sebanyak 14 Perbankan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial non performing financing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.Capital Adequacy ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.Return On asset berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.Dana PIhak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Spread Bagi Hasil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pembiayaan UMKM pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is very important to do because it is necessary to do an in-depth study by combining theoretical and field studies on the concepts of Work Discipline with the factors that affect Service Quality in order to create community satisfaction with the services provided by employees. The Population and Civil Registration Service is the implementing element of the Regional Government in the field of Population and Civil Registration which is led by the Head of the Service and is domiciled in the Region and is responsible to the Regent through the Regional secretary. Since a citizen is born until he dies, he will not be separated from administrative activities carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Service. So, it is proper for the Population and Civil Registration Service to provide good quality services to the community. The specific purpose of this study is to see how the influence of work discipline and service quality applied to community satisfaction. research analysis This type of research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, known as mixed methodology. The technique used is a data collection technique with a questionnaire where the object of study in this study is the people who carry out administration at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banda Aceh City. This study will explain the positive influence of work discipline and the quality of services provided on community satisfaction.
