Abstract

Local governments must be able to prioritize superior commodities which are considered as the basis for sub-sectors to optimize regional economic advantages. Understanding the priorities of development planning and commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors in Aceh Province, it is necessary to know which agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors are the leading and leading commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sectors in Aceh Province. This research for community service was carried out on September 25, 2020 - August 25, 2021 with the location survey method. The criteria used based on this survey are 7 leading commodities in Aceh Province which include red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, beef, chicken meat, rice and eggs. The results of this service show that the agriculture and plantation sub-sectors are superior commodities from the period September 2020 - August 2021 with 9 regional locations in Aceh Province. Likewise with the nominated livestock sub-sector as a superior commodity in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution is indeed familiar, Indonesia has known that the 4.0 industrial revolution has existed since 2011 but has been implemented by the Indonesian government since 2019. Currently, Indonesia in terms of its economy often associates it with the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution is a change that occurs rapidly in the implementation of the production process or the way of making or increasing the use value of an item that originally used human power (traditional) to use machine tools (modern). The purpose of this community service is to help the community in implementing, being able to implement digitalization in everyday life and being able to develop it. People really need to know how important technology is in today's era. This activity is designed for 1 day starting with the socialization of presidential regulations on digital transformation, how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. The preparation for the socialization which was held through this webinar was preceded by coordination and communication with the Governor of the Riau Islands, the leadership of Bank Indonesia and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Batam. The results of this activity are in line with what is expected, namely the activities carried out can help the community in preparing themselves and developing themselves in order to compete in the era of digitalization transformation. how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City. The sampling technique in this study is the accidental sampling technique. The sample taken in this study amounted to 130 consumers who bought at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City. The results of this study indicate that partially segmenting and positioning variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the targeting variable has no effect on purchasing decisions at the Zhalsa.Id Store in Lhoksukon City. Segment, targeting and positioning variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Zhalsa.Id Stores in Lhoksukon City.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to support Bank Indonesia (BI) in updating the data of the Information Center for Strategic Food Prices (PIHPS), which is an information center containing the prices of 10 strategic food commodities aimed at monitoring prices, coordinating policies and means to expand access to information. for society. The methods used in this research are community empowerment methods, program implementation methods and activity roadmaps that target producers, namely companies/industry/farmer households/agricultural group associations that produce goods. In general, the methodology for enumeration of price data is carried out by direct interviews every month with respondents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dari sudut pandang penduduk lokal atas kesenjangan penelitian, yaitu bagaimana persepsi risiko mempengaruhi kerangka konsep dari Social Exchange Theory (SET) (persepsi manfaat, persepsi biaya, dan dukungan penduduk lokal terhadap pariwisata). Pulau Sabang atau Kota Sabang Provinsi Aceh dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian. 300 orang sampel diambil dengan pendekatan accidental sampling Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan teknik PLS (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara langsung persepsi risiko dari penduduk lokal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap dukungan pariwisata dan persepsi manfaat, sementara terhadap persepsi biaya berpengaruh positif signifikan. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dukungan pariwisata. Sementara persepsi biaya secara negative tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi dukungan pariwisata. Dilihat dari peran mediasi, persepsi manfaat signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh persepsi risiko dari penduduk lokal terhadap dukungan pariwisata secara negative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan dikarenakan perlu dilakukan penelitian yang mendalam dengan menggabungkan kajian teoritis dan lapangan mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja pada UMKM untuk memaksimalkan kontribusinya dalam peningkatan potensi ekonomi. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak dari pendekatan pemasaran dimasa pandemi covid-19 terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan teknologi sebagai variabel moderator dengan subjek penelitian UMKM di Provinsi Aceh. Tahapan penelitian meliputi: observasi data, menentukan permasalahan pokok, tujuan kegiatan, studi literatur, pengunmpulan data, pengolahan data, analisa hasil, serta evaluasi hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menghasilkan asumsi dan pendapat yang dianggap signifikan terhadap pemasaran pada kinerja UMKM dimasa pandemi COVID-19 dengan teknologi variabel sebagai moderator.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of archive management as a supporter of accreditation activities in the world of education. The problem with archiving that does not comply with procedures is that the documents are irregular and unsafe and difficult to obtain when needed for accreditation purposes by the organization. Apart from that, it is also difficult to be accountable for planning and implementation. Archives have a role as memory centers, sources of information and monitoring tools that are very necessary for every office organization, state institutions, government agencies and state and private universities. The results of the research state that in archiving documents at the educational level studied by the author, some have been carried out well and some have not been carried out well, so it is necessary to manage archives for the purposes of filling out accreditation forms, in order to make it easier, smoother and shorten the time in finding documents again. when needed either by the form assessment team or the assessor team.

Abstract

The development of the Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) is a real effort from the TPID Pokjanas to facilitate the development of a food information system which also functions as a national scale food price control policy coordination system. PIHPS aims to be a price monitoring tool, policy coordination and a means to expand access to price information for the public. The number of samples of "producers" surveyed was 27 price data for 7 commodities in districts/cities which had been determined based on the results of the initial identification survey discussion meeting. With the results of the producer price survey, most producer prices fell.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji berbagai faktor pendorong belanja online dan pengaruhnya terhadap niat perilaku pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Kota Lhokseumawe dan juga menguji metode pembayaran Cash-on-Delivery sebagai mediator untuk meningkatkan niat perilaku konsumen berbelanja online. Faktor pendorong belanja online diidentifikasi berdasarkan model UTAUT2. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong belanja online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap metode pembayaran Cash-on-Delivery dan niat perilaku. Sedangkan metode pembayaran Cash-on-Delivery memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap niat perilaku, serta tidak ada pengaruh mediasi yang berarti antara hubungan faktor pendorong belanja online terhadap niat perilaku melalui metode pembayaran Cash-on-Delivery.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze jointly the influence of service quality, price and design on customer satisfaction at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City. The research method is a quantitative research method. This research was conducted at the Petro Dollar Cafe in Lhokseuamwe City. The population in this research is Cafe Petro Dollar consumers, the sample used in this research was 100 respondents. The research results show that service quality (X1), price (X2), and design (X3) partially influence customer satisfaction (Y) at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City. Furthermore, service quality (X1), price (X2), and design (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Cafe Petro Dollar in Lhokseumawe City, because based on the F test the significance value was found to be 0.004, where the value 0.004 > 0.05, then the Fcount value is 3.552 > Ftable 2.700.
