Abstract

There are so many problems that can be encountered by graphtechnique,  especially in the realm of information technology (IT). One of the problems is to compute aMinimum Spanning Tree (MST). By using this kind of technique, it will be obtained a range of connected lines with its merits; e.g., the  spanning tree  of minimum cost, the  least weight, and so on. There are  commonly two algorithms to find minimum spanning tree  (MST) namely Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm. This research aims to examine whether  or not Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm can be used to calculate minimum spanning tree (MST) of a connected weighted graph, to know more about the approximate time to compute minimum spanning tree (MST) of a connected weighted graph through the implementation  of Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm, and to find out which one of these two algorithms work best to calculate minimum spanning tree (MST) of a connected weighted graph. The development  of software  application in calculating MST using Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm is operated  by Windows 7, the so-called Free Pascal Program, which includes the steps of observing  and  data  gathering,  the  installation of the  program,  designing graph  model that  the weights are in accordance with the data gathered  by Free Pascal Program, simulating the model of MST weighted graph through Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm by using Free Pascal Program to calculate the longest edge, the order of MST, computation  time, and, lastly, to test and conclude the test result.  The data simulation uses the data of PDAM pipeline “PerumnasPatrangJember”.  The result shows that MST program used perfectly proved that Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm can be implemented to calculate the minimum spanning tree (MST) of a connected weighted graph. The MST program usedcan also simulate and calculate the length of the MST weighted graph through the  implementation  of Prim’s algorithm and Kruskal’s algorithm.Based on the  test  result, the  run time of Kruskal’s algorithm is shorter and/or  faster than the Prim’s algorithm to calculate a various MST weighted graph. Keywords: Simulation, Minimum Spanning  Tree (MST), Prim’s algorithm, Kruskal’s algorithm, Free Pascal

Abstract

ABSTRAKKuantisasi sel darah putih melalui citra mikroskopis sel darah yang low-cost dan reliable masih menjadi tantangan pada banyak penelitian. Keragaman citra sel darah putihdapat mengurangi akurasi kuantisasi sel darah putih, khususnya keberadaan sel darah putih bertumpuk. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode baru dalam mengkuantisasi sel darah putih bertumpuk menggunakan analisis distance marker. Setiap objek mempunyai marker yang merupakan local maxima dalam distance transform map. Ketika dua objek bertumpuk, marker kedua objek tetap terbentuk dan terpisah. Informasi nilai jarak marker dapat digunakan sebagai pengkuantisasi objek sel darah putih bertumpuk. Metode analisis distance marker lebih robust terhadap bentuk dan ukuran objek sel darah putih dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 94,1%.Kata kunci :Analisis distance marker, Citra mikroskopis sel darah, Kuantisasi sel darah putihbertumpuk.ABSTRACTThe low-cost and reliable white blood cells quantization through a microscopic image of blood cells still a challenge in many studies. the diversity of white blood cell microscopic images can decrease the accuracy of white blood cell quantization, particularly the presence of the overlapping white blood cells. This paper proposes a novel method to quantize the overlapping white blood cells using analysis distance marker.Each object has a marker which is a local maximum in the distance transform map. When two objects overlap, the marker of both objects is still formed and separate. The information of distance marker values can be used as the overlapping white blood cells quantization. In addition, the proposed method is robust to the shape and size of the white blood cell objects with the accuracy of 94.1%.Keywords: Analysis distance marker, blood cell microscopic image, overlapping white blood cells quantization

Abstract

The covid-19 outbreak that hit all parts of the world has an impact on all sectors of life, not least the education sector. Therefore, it becomes a challenge for the government, school institutions and educators to strive to be able to organize their education well and safely. One of the policies issued by the government is to organize in an online learning. So that all components of education are required to be able to adapt in the implementation of online learning. One of the skills needed is a learning medium that can support the activity. Therefore, this activity aims to train educators to create learning media using Camtasia software. This devotion is aimed at educators in the LP Ma'arif cabang Jember, especially in subdistrict Wuluhan. The results show that the creation of this video is very useful educators who are expected to have an impact on improving the quality of the video.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar melalui media komik pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup kelas VII di MTs. Nurul Ulum Mayang  dengan responden yang diteliti sebanyak 20 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Analisa data ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang mulanya sebelum diterapkan media komik diperoleh nilai 50% dan ketuntasan klasikal 73,45. Dengan diterapkannya media komik pada tahap siklus 1 hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan mencapai rata-rata 79,65 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 65% dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 87,35 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 90%.Seluruh kelas dikatakan tuntas secara klasikal jika persentase yang dicapai sekurang-kurangnya 75%. Dengan demikian diperoleh kesimpulan penerapan media komik materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Nurul Mayang.   Kata kunci : media pembelajaran komik , hasil belajar

berbasis smartphone terhadap ketuntasan belajar siswa. Pembelajaran online bukan suatu alasan untuk guru tidak menggunakan media dan model pembelajaran. Media yang dipakai penelitian ini yaitu e-book berbasis smartphone dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap ketuntasan belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian quasi experimental design. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VII B 23 siswa dan kelas VII C 19 siswa dengan menggunakan metode tes dan di analisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh nilai Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,151 maka “hipotesis ditolak” artinya tidak ada perbedaan ketuntasan belajar pada kelas control maupun kelas eksperimen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas materi serta tidak hanya mengukur ketuntasan belajar tetapi juga unsur lain yang mempengaruhi. Kata kunci: E-book berbasis smartphone, ketuntasan belajar, problem based learning ABSTRACT The effect of problem based learning learning model with smartphone-based e-book media on student learning mastery.Online learning is not an excuse for teachers not to use media and learning models. The media used is a smartphone-based e-book with a problem-based learning model. This study was to determine the effect on student learning completeness. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design. The research sample is class VII B collecting 23 students and class VII C collecting 19 students using the test method and analysis using the Mann Whitney test. The results of data analysis obtained that the Asymp. Sig value of 0.151, it can be said that the "hypothesis is rejected" meaning that there is no difference in learning mastery in the control class and the experimental class. Therefore, further research can expand the material and not only measure learning mastery but also do not affect other factors.
