Abstract

Department of Information System Development at PT XYZ becomes a trigger in the movement of the Information Technology Development of the company.  However it is not merely the fastest, the biggest or the most completed project that determine the success, but the most important is to align with the business strategy due to achieve the company’s goal and objective. Recognizing the performance does not only need a measurement system but also right measurements. The purpose of the study is to design an effective Key Performance Indicator in Departement of Information System Development that is aligned with current indicators to measure the success of company’s strategy execution. The choosen indicators are cascaded from company’s strategy map and information technology strategy map. The design uses balanced scorecard method according to data and information collected from executive interview, focus group discussion and workshop with the key persons in IT organization. Balanced scorecard method provides the integration of financial and non-fianncial factor for measurements. It allows different level formulation with same performance indicator flexibly. Recently, Department of Information System Development can monitor and develop its performance directionally.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kubermas di Universitas Khairun, data diolah secara manual berdasar berkas fisik yang masuk. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah yakni terkait dengan pendaftaran kubermas, serta pemberian informasi kepada mahasiswa. Pada penelitian kali ini dimaksudkan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa maupun pihak LPPM dalam mengelola informasi maupun dalam pendaftaran kubermas, sistem yang dibangun merupakan sistem informasi kubermas berbasis web, menggunakan database management system MySql, bahasa pemograman PHP, serta metode pengembangan sistemnya yaitu metode prototyping. Dengan adanya sistem yang akan dibangun dapat memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi serta dalam pengelololaan kubermas.

Abstract

Abstrac: The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a contribution of flexural wrists and hand eye coordination with the ability to pass on the volleyball team of SMA 3 Tapung, Kampar District. This study is a correlational study as the independent variable (X1) is the flexibility of the wrist, (X2) is hand eye coordination, and as the dependent variable (Y) is the upper passing ability. The population in this study was the volleyball team of SMA 3 Tapung, Kamper Regency, which amounted to 14 people. The sample technique used is total sampling, where all populations are sampled. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 14 samples. The instruments used were the wrist flexibility test, the hand eye coordination test, and the top passing test. After that, the data was processed with statistics, to test the normality by the liliefors test at a significant level α (0.05). Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical research procedures, it is concluded that there is no significant contribution between Eye and Hand Detection and Eye and Hand Coordination with Upper Passing Ability where at the level of α 0.05 r count 0.181 <rtable 0.532 and KD value = 3.28%.Key Words: Wrist Flexibility, Hand Eye Coordination, Upper Passing

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan teknologi yang mampu menggabungkan objek maya dalam dua dimensi (2D) atau tiga dimensi (3D) ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata secara realtime. Salah satu implementasi AR di dalam bidang media informasi yaitu penerapan AR dalam mengenalkan alfabetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan Augmented Reality pengenalan alfabetik beserta objek dengan smartphone. Aplikasi yang di bangun menggunakan software unity 3D dan library Vuforia SDK. Cara kerja aplikasi ini, pengguna hanya perlu mengarahkan kamera ke objek penanda Markerless, kemudian secara otomatis menampilkan informasi berupa gambar dan teks dalam bentuk alfabetik yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu, apel, bola, catur, dasi, helikopter, lampu, mobil, pensil, sepeda, dan vas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, maka Augmented Reality dengan metode markerless dapat diterapkan untuk pengenalan alfabetik beserta objek berbasis android.

Abstract

Along with the dynamic changes in business environment, information technology strategy map becomes an effective and flexible mechanism to visualize critical strategic actions required for the company and information technology (IT) organization to achieve its objectives. On the other hand, IT is perceived as a center of cost and investment. Therefore, IT benefit values become very important to measure and communicate. Using Balanced Scorecard method, this study aims to design IT strategy map aligned with the corporate strategy and effective measurement of IT performance in its contribution to achieve corporate objectives. The method is designed based on the results of data and information analysis gathered from executive interviews, focus group discussions and workshops at the company. Balanced Scorecard is a comprehensive and effective tools to measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of IT critical success factors (CSFs) to support the corporate objectives.

Abstract

Tuna is the single important export fishery commodity in Indonesia, which The Banda Sea is one of the important tuna fishing ground in which it belongs to fisheries management area (FMA) 714. More recently, some areas of the Banda Sea have been preserved for tuna conservation since January 2015 because it is indicated as the spawning area. Despite the conservation area has been enacted, information on the distribution of tuna larvae as a key variable for establishing conservation area in the Banda Sea is very limited. This study aims to provide the information on the tuna larvae encompassing the spatial distribution and tuna larval development stage as an important input to establish tuna conservation area. Tuna larvae data were collected from several surveys that were done in the Banda Sea over 4 decades. Those study consisted of 21 surveys by using three types of gears to collect tuna larvae sample. Total of 143 stations have been sampled from these surveys and tuna larvae were found in 57 stations. The body length of larvae tuna was 7.36 ± 0.33 mm (mean ± SE). Overall, tuna larvae found in the Banda Sea were in the pre-flexion, flexion, and post-flexion stage. Meanwhile, tuna larvae in pre-flexion stage found in the nearshore area. We concluded this study result supported the hypothesis that tuna may spawn in the Banda Sea. Therefore, more studies on tuna larvae need to be conducted to clarify properly the Banda Sea is an important tuna conservation location.

Abstract

The problem of this research is How Lurah leadership in improving employee performance wards. This study analyzed descriptively qualitative. The informant in this research that a number of seven people consisting of a sub-district head, village employees and the public are drawn with purposive sampling technique. Mechanical collection and retrieval of data consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in see headman leadership is in Timpe Chapman theory. which consists of means of communication, motivation, leadership skills, decision-making and power positive. The results showed that the Leadership Lurah Mendui in improving employee performance Sub Mendui District of Bungku Middle Morowali consisting of Giving Motivation, Ability Leads, Decision Making, and the power of positive showing leadership Lurah Mendui not maximum, but in the aspect of how to communicate to employees Lurah Mendui already perform well. That is shown by the attitude of village chief who is able to communicate in both directions with employees and give freedom of speech to employees.

Abstract

This study was focused on cumulonimbus (Cb) cloud prediction based on Integrated Forecast System (IFS) European Medium-Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF) model in the Flight Information Region (FIRs) Jakarta and Ujung Pandang. The Cb cloud prediction was calculated using convective cloud cover (CC) of the precipitation product. The model predictability was examined through categorical verification. The Cb cloud observation was based on brightness temperature (BT) IR1 and brightness temperature difference (BTD) IR1-IR2. The results showed that CC 50%' predictor was the best predictor to estimate the Cb cloud. The study in the period other than 2019 is suggested for the next research because Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) is extreme that may affect the Cb cloud growth in the study area.

Abstract

Rangsang Pesisir District is the center of Liberika coffee plantation in Kepulauan Meranti Regency. Liberika coffee plantations in Rangsang Pesisir District are cultivated using cultivation techniques that they employ are intercropping cultivation techniques with coconut plants. The coconut plant is a shade crop for the Liberika coffee plant. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of cultivation techniques and analyze the income of Liberika coffee farming. The method used is descriptive analysis and farm income analysis. The respondents consisted of 30 Liberika coffee farmers. The results of the analysis of the Liberika coffee cultivation technique show that the Liberika coffee cultivation technique in the Rangsang Pesisir sub-district is not in accordance with the recommendations, while the Liberika coffee farming revenue shows a total profit of IDR 7,119,227.92 per ha per year.Keywords: Liberika Coffee, Income Analysis, Cultivation Techniques.

Abstract

Penyakit ice-ice merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pembudidaya. Penyakit iceice dominan menyerang rumput laut jenis K. alvarezi yang dibudidayakan dengan gejala awal klinis yang ditimbulkan seperti produksi lendir meningkat, permukaan thallus kasar, thallus layu, terbentuknya bintik putih, dan pemutihan ujung thallus. Konsep dasar dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisa peran air tawar dengan waktu berbeda selama 3 menit, 5 menit, dan 7 menit untuk melihat laju pertumbuhan dan mencegah penyakit ice-ice pada rumput laut K. alvarezii. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan air tawar dengan waktu perendaman 7 menit menghasilkan pertumbuhan lebih baik dan paling sedikit terserang penyakit ice-ice dibandingakan dengan perlakuan lainnya. Rumput laut yang direndam air tawar selama 3 menit memiliki pertumbuhan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan perlakuan dan lebih banyak terserang penyakit ice-ice. Pada penelitian ini laju pertumbuhan harian budidaya rumput laut K. alvarezii pada perendaman 3 menit, 5 menit, 7 menit dan kontrol menunjukkan hasil yang baik (>2% /hari).Kata Kunci: Air tawar, ice-ice, Kappaphycus alvarezii.
