Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak-anak menuju dewasa yang diwarnai oleh perubahan pertumbuhan, munculnya berbagai kesempatan dan seringkali menghadapi risiko-risiko kesehatan reproduksi. Personal hygiene selama menstruasi merupakan isu kritis sebagai determinan status kesehatan remaja yang akan berpengaruh dalam kehidupan masa tua. Salah satu upaya mengurangi gangguan pada saat menstruasi yaitu membiasakan diri dengan perilaku higienis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan personal hygiene selama menstruasi, seperti pengetahuan, komunikasi teman sebaya, usia menarche dan kepercayaan terhadap mitos pada santriwati Madrasah Aliyah di Pondok Pesantren Babul Khaer Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah santriwati Madrasah Aliyah di Pondok Pesantren Babul Khaer Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 117 santriwati. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  sebesar 76,1% responden yang memiliki personal hygiene selama menstruasi yang cukup dan yang memiliki personal hygiene selama menstruasi yang kurang sebesar 23,9%. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,000), komunikasi teman sebaya (p=0,002), dan kepercaayaan terhadap mitos (p=0,000) dengan personal hygiene selama menstruasi, sedangkan usia menarche (p=0,473) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan personal hygiene selama menstruasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar para remaja dapat meningkatakan personal hygiene selama menstruasi dengan cara membekali diri sebanyak-banyaknya dengan pengetahuan yang diperoleh baik dari media massa, orang tua atau buku. Bagi pihak sekolah dapat menerapkan metode pendidikan kesehatan dalam meningkatkan personal hygiene selama menstruasi sepetri FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Kata Kunci : Personal Hygiene, Menstruasi, Santriwati.

Abstract

Proses tumbuh kembang anak dapat menentukan kualitas anak, termasuk diantaranya adalah anak dengan retardasi mental (tunagrahita). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan status berat badan lahir bayi dan pola pengasuhan orang tua terhadap tumbuhmkembang anak tunagrahita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik observasional dan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa tunagrahita di UPT SLBNm1 Marosm dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah populasi karena menggunakan teknik exhaustive sampling yaitu sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara status berat lahir bayi dengan pertumbuhan (Pv=1,000) dan perkembangan kemampuan dasar (Pv=0,624). Begitu pun dengan tipe pola asuh tidak berhubungan dengan dengan pertumbuhan (Pv=0,771) dan perkembangan kemampuan anak retardasinmental (Pv=0,771) di UPT SLBN 1 Kab. Maros. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pencegahan dan penanganan serius bayi berat lahir rendah dan memberikan sebuah pelatihan pola asuh kepada orang tua agar dapat memaksimalkan kemandirian anak dengan keterbatasan mental dengan hal-hal yang menyenangkan dalam bentuk bermain, menonton, bernyanyi, menari, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Background: During the current covid-19 pandemic, public visits to health facilities such as hospitals, health centers and clinics have decreased. People are increasingly worried about visiting health facilities for fear of being infected. Objective: The purpose of this study was to measure the level of public concern about visiting health facilities during the pandemic when experiencing health problems. Method: This research is a quantitative research using an analytical approach and a cross sectional. The population in this study were all Indonesian people and the number of samples in this study was 118 people.sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. Result: The results showed that the level of public knowledge about covid-19 showed that people with a low level of knowledge were 14 people (11.9%) and a high level of knowledge was 104 (88.1%). Respondents with the level of public concern visiting health facilities showed that their level of concern was low as many as 25 people (21.2%), moderate 40 people (33.9%) and high 53 (44.9%). There is no relationship between the level of knowledge with the level of public concern visiting health facilities with a p value 0.421. Conclusion: Public knowledge about COVID-19 is in the high category and the level of public concern for visiting health facilities during the pandemic is in the low category and there is no relationship between the level of public knowledge and the level of public concern for visiting health facilities

Abstract

Background:At this time the basic need of the Indonesian people to be able to live a decent and productive life is health, with this it is necessary to provide health services that are in line with the aim of accessing quality health services. The role of the puskesmas as the first level of health care provider needs to maintain the quality of service so that patients feel satisfied. objectives: This study aims to describe the community's satisfaction with the outpatient registration service at the Baraka Health Center, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. Method: This type of research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all people who were in the working area of the Baraka Community Health Center. Result : The results showed that the satisfaction level of respondents at the Baraka Health Center was mostly satisfied with the service at the outpatient registration counter.Conclusion : The researcher recommends the health workers of the Baraka Health Center, especially the registration counter service, to give a better impression to the people who come for treatment.

Abstract

Stress  is  a  negative  reaction  experienced  by  workers  due  to excessive   work   at   work.   This   study   aims   to   determine   the correlation of gender, level of education and years of service with the level of work stress on employees at the Makassar Class 1 Port Health office. The population and sample of this study were all employees at the Makassar Class 1 Port Health Office totaling 30 people. The stress measuring tool used is the Stress Diagnosis Survey (SDS) observation sheet. The results showed that there was a correlation between gender (P= 0.00 and R= 0.8) working period (P=0.00,  R=0.7) and  work  stress  and  there  was no  correlation between education level (P=0.38 and R= 0.2) and stress. work. Therefore, it is necessary to have regulations related to work rotation or adjustment of workload to the level of ability possessed by employees and to create a conducive work environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the level of public concern about visiting a health facility during a pandemic when experiencing health problems. This research is a quantitative research using an analytical approach and study designcross sectional. The population in this study were all Indonesian people and the number of samples in this study were 118 people. The analytical method used is univariate about the respondent's identity (gender, age, occupation, and education) and bivariate to determine the correlation of the independent variables with the dependent variable using the test chi square. The sampling technique uses the technique accidental sampling. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of public concern about visiting health facilities p-value 0.421.
