Abstract

Jaringan Internet menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar untuk proses memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memonitoring sistem koneksi jaringan pada PT. Solusi Trimegah Persada. Saat ini, proses memonitoring kendala jaringan internet masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga prosesnya menjadi lambat penanganannya dan kurang efisien. Sistem monitoring mengakses Router Mikrotik menggunakan aplikasi Winbox. Kemudian buka aplikasi Winbox pada PC yang akan digunakan untuk meremot akses konfigurasi Netwatch pada Router Mikrotik.Teknik yang digunakan yaitu dengan service API yang terintegrasi dengan telegram. Setelah terkonfigurasi notifikasi telegram akan diterima oleh teknisi, admin dan client. 15 responden diperoleh data Variabel belum efektif 65,3% persen responden sangat setuju bahwa monitoring cara konvensional belum efektif dan Variabel Efektif  90% persen responden sangat setuju menyatakan efektif dan sangat efektif monitoring dengan netwatch mikrotik dengan API Telegram.

Abstract

Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. A network monitoring system is a very crucial need for technology companies such as Internet Service Providers, because customers will greatly prevent when there is interference with the Internet Service Provider network they are using. Therefore, this research creates a Network Monitoring System that can send notifications in real time in order to make it easier for the technical team to find out information about disturbances directly so that they can speed up the technical team in solving problems and can find out the point of disturbances that occur so that the impact of the disturbance does not last long. . As a result, we use Zabbix which is integrated with Telegram to make it easier for the Arsen technical team to find out information and find out the trouble points that occur in real time so that the Arsen technical team can quickly troubleshoot problems that occur.

Abstract

In the implementation of processing the manifest cargo data storage is still in the form of an archive. Where the data is at risk of being lost or damaged. Existing data is done by being recorded to compile the required reports and also difficulties when looking for manifest cargo data from the previous date so that it takes a long time to find the data. Besides that, in the warehouse there is also no application system to review the level of presentation of damage to goods that occur in the warehouse. In this research, there are several methodologies applied to solve the problem. The research methodologies carried out are Research Places, Data Collection such as literature studies, observations and interviews, System Development Methods. In designing the application risk monitoring system and data warehouse, the methodology used is Agile Software Development Assisting the warehouse in improving the archiving / storage of data that was previously still in hardcopy form and Facilitating the warehouse and cargo party in searching for cargo data on the previous date and Assisting in reviewing risk of damage to goods that occur in the warehouse The conclusion of this application program is to increase productivity so there is still a lot of free time that can be used for other activities and with this application program there is no need for difficulties in monitoring goods and customers and with this application program you can make regular reports and With this application program, it is easier to import data from excel to application programs and this application program can track goods in good condition, damaged, lacking and lost.

Abstract

Server monitoring is an activity carried out to monitor or monitor a running server and allows detecting a problem on the server. Generally, this monitoring requires someone to always be in the server room to find out how things are and conditions on the server. At this time the IT Division at PT. Ekanuri Group monitors the Server by pinging the IP/Domain Server or remotely the server and ensuring the server is alive, apart from the many other IT Division work that must be completed, it is not possible to always monitor regularly. Telegram is a chat messaging application that allows its users to send end-to-end encrypted chat messages for added security. Telegram is a cloud-based application that makes it easy for users to move conversations between smartphones, tablets, web and desktops. It is hoped that the results of this research will be in the form of a system that monitors servers regularly, if the registered server cannot be accessed within three minutes, the system will send a Telegram message to the IT Division to inform whether the server is in an up/down state.

Abstract

In carrying out business at KELASPEJWAN.COM, it is still not optimal in controlling and managing project data where KELASPEJWAN.COM currently only uses the help of Microsoft Office applications and Whatsapp to manage project management, which results in the slow process of making reports to see the projects being worked on. The absence of a work scheduling system is also sometimes a problem so that project work does not go well. The purpose of this research is to design a project management information system using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. RAD is an incremental software process model that emphasizes a short development cycle. The RAD model is a “high-speed” adaptation of the waterfall model, where rapid development is achieved using a component-based construction approach.Being able to make it easier for companies and employees to monitor work and make reports more efficient then to design and build an application system that is effective in monitoring each project in the company.

Abstract

A virtual tour is a variety of 360-degree simulations that consist of multiple shapes of 3D models of buildings and objects shaped to look realistic. The presentation of the 3D model involves creating a 3D model of the object required in this case. Guilde Tour allows users to access information without having to be physically present. In addition, VR media allows you to introduce the Pamulang University building. 3D media must also be supported with appropriate details for projecting because this media is the main purpose of intermediaries in the digital information transmission process. Application testing is carried out using usability testing with respondents taken based on purposive side-by-side techniques and using a questionnaire. The results obtained based on usability testing can be concluded that the application is easy to use.

Abstract

The Decision Support System is a system used to support and help improve the quality of employee work and employee creativity. Companies need an employee performance appraisal system by giving promotions if there are vacant positions to employees who excel. The assessment of the selection of exemplary employees given is still subjective, that is, there are no parameters in the assessment and the process of making it and the information obtained is still slow. It is feared that this will lead to confusion and inaccuracy in the selection of exemplary employees so that they are not right on target. This problem can be corrected by building a decision support system for selecting exemplary employees using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. Implementation of a Web-based Decision Making System for employee achievements makes it easier for employees to process absences or record employee attendance at Triguna Utama School.
