Abstract

To check the specifications of a software, it is necessary to have a test and validation is something that is needed when testing the software. The inappropriateness of the data input process is caused by the validation process that is not optimal, one of the consequences is that the data addition process fails. Therefore, the application can cause harm to the user. Therefore, improving the quality of accurate validation is very necessary. When the testing process finds an error that was not previously known, then the test can be said to be a good test. One of them is the Black Box testing method, in this test the author chose the iEquivalence Partition testing method. Equivalence Partition is a technique used to reduce the number of test cases that exist at the time of testing. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the authors conclude that this software can be used properly, after repairing the errors that have been found. However, this test is not perfect, because it is only done by using a few samples. From the results of this test, it is expected that the application can be used according to user needs.

Abstract

After the process of making software needs to be done a useful testing stage to ensure that the software (Software) is in accordance with the needs of the user. POS is an application used to make sales transactions. In this study, the test was conducted on four modules: the first is the inventory module, in this module there are features for the manager of goods data, stock of goods, and the price of goods, The second is the purchase module where this feature will manage every transaction of goods purchased to the supplier or manufacturer, the third is the sales module or POS, this feature is designed to manage every sales transaction to the customer or end user, and the last is the report module, where every transaction both sales and purchases and inventory data (items, stock,  the price) will be recorded in detail in it. Each of these modules is arranged thus completing one cycle of business processes. Because of the complexity of the arrangement of logic forming sales transactions, the process of calculating the price of sales and calculating the value of stock goods causes losses for business people who use invalid systems. As for a case in true testing it's when we find a previously undisclosed error. The research phase begins by analyzing each function on the system to be tested, creating a testing scenario for the database structure that has been created, making documentation from the test results and the researcher concludes. From the results of the tests that have been done, it was concluded that this software is worth using.

Abstract

A chatbot is an artificial intelligence-based computer program that can carry out conversations via audio or text. This study intends to identify and analyze the types of artificial intelligence in the form of chatbots and their possible use as chatbot-based communication media. Currently, the practice in most is that branch employees need to consult with the central employees or search through official websites for work-related information. However, the process of obtaining the required information can take some time ranging from minutes to hours and is sometimes inconsistent as questions are answered by different employee members. There are WhatsApp chat groups for branch employees to interact with central employees, but group chats can be overwhelmed by questions due to the large number of members causing important messages to be ignored. In an effort to overcome this challenge, we developed a WhatsApp chatbot to overcome this problem by offering a centralized platform of communication for central employees and branch employees to share information via WhatsApp messages. Communication in the form of personalized messages between chatbots and users thus solving the overwhelming messaging problem that group chats pose. The Agile Kanban methodology was used to develop a system that promotes the use of Kanban boards to visualize development stages. A questionnaire is distributed to branch employees, head office employees and managers to test the system and collect opinions and suggestions from target users to assess whether the system is meeting its objectives. The biggest benefit of the Kanban methodology is the ability to continuously improve work. It can be used in any work environment and is great in situations where work arrives unexpectedly.

Abstract

The national exam is a benchmark for assessment carried out in the country for the parent of Education, which is used as a prerequisite for student graduation. Before taking the national exam, students take a trial exam which is used as a benchmark before the actual national exam. The use of graduation data is not yet realistic and maximum. This is quite difficult for students who are not known to have passed. In order to predict the pass threshold, it is possible to utilize existing data, especially completion data, to predict the completion rate. Due to the large amount of data, it requires a period to predict, so we need a system that can extend the estimated period of the student's graduation phase. This study describes the testing of prediction applications for passing the National Examination while using the black box method. The black box method consists of several methods, including splitting equivalence, limit analysis, comparison testing, sampling testing, robustness testing, and others. Among these tests, the marginal analysis test method was chosen for this study. Marginal analysis is a test procedure that determines the basic and upper bounds of the data to be tested. This test is run using the class feature added to the National Examination Pass Prediction application. The results of this test indicate that there are many weaknesses in validating the data and the data stored in the database does not match the desired data. The results of this test can be used as suggestions or evidence for application improvement.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah sesuatu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang atau sebuah lembaga, atau sekolah, pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pengembangan seseorang kepada pengetahuan yang lebih baik, untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dibutuhkan pengembangan dan pra sarana dalam mendukung pembelajaran tersebut, sistem informasi adalah salah satu teknologi yang digunakan seseorang dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi. Internet dan teknologi sistem informasi adalah sebuah teknologi dimana sebuah media yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah informasi dan pemanfaatan lainnya, yang dikemas dengan teknologi sesuai perkembangan jamannya, dimana perkembangan jaman sekarang ini yang begitu pesat. Abstract

Internet Sehat dan Aman (INSAN) adalah suatu program dari pemerintah Indonesia yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Indonesia (Kemkominfo) dengan tujuan untuk mensosialisasikan penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman melalui pembelajaran etika berinternet secara sehat dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen masyarakat (Ilmi, 2015 ). Penggunaan internet yang tidak terkontrol akan menyebabkan banyak kerugian, salah satu contohnya saat masih banyak masyarakat yang sering menyebarkan berita HOAX ataupun informasi yang tidak sesuai dengan data valid lewat media sosial, sehingga tidak sedikit masyarakat yang akhirnya tidak akur dengan masyarakat lainnya atau bahkan terkena jerat pasal UU ITE yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dengan adanya sosialisasi tentang internet sehat dan etika bermedia sosial yang dihadiri oleh ibu-ibu PKK ini dalam waktu yang tidak lama mereka sudah memahami mengenai internet sehat dan mengerti cara beretika dalam bermedia sosial serta dapat menghindarkan diri dari dampak negatif internet juga media sosial.

Abstract

Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) information system is a system used to record grades and other student data relating to the implementation of work practices in industry. This information system must be error free. If an error occurs can cause losses to stakeholders. To provide assurance that the information system developed has been free from errors, it is necessary to test. Testing is one level of the program implementation process that must be passed in order that an error can be found. Tests that can be said to be good are if the tests were initially found no errors and then errors can be found, even if only a small error. In testing the Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) information system it is proposed as a Black Box. Black Box testing has various techniques. Of the many testing methods currently available, the current testing will use the Boundary Value Analysis method. The technique of determining the limits that exist in the lower and upper values to be able to produce the actual value. The test results show that the information system developed has been error free and has good quality.

Abstract

Angelita Rentcar is a car rental application that has been developed and operating since 2005. Angelita Rentcar provides several services related to car rental. On the website page, the car selection is based on the type, price, and suggestions for each selected vehicle. Initially, the promotion process was carried out by giving each other information through fellow consumers and placing advertisements in the mass media. But this method is less successful because information about the type of car being rented cannot be displayed completely and clearly by the rental provider. So far, the transaction process has only been done by telephone or coming to the rental company. Problems occur when renting by telephone because it takes time to get information about the vehicle to be used, and the car rental transaction process is quite long because it still uses a desktop application. Telephone transactions also sometimes disappoint consumers because the cars they get are not the ones ordered. This is a problem that must be overcome, therefore it is necessary to build a car rental application called Angelita Rentcar. This application is web-based to be integrated for all divisions. This application development uses a spiral model that prioritizes feedback from consumers. In this application, the payment process and detailed car information can be done more easily and efficiently by consumers. Security of data and transactions will be guaranteed. So with this web-based car rental information system called Angelita Rentcar, promotions, car rental systems and customer satisfaction can increase, information is more precise and faster in helping company performance and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Within a company, data processing is very important for a company to take place. But many companies do not have good data processing. There are still many things that cause data processing errors. Including in PT. Indojaya Multi works, data processing in this company including poor data processing so that there are still many errors that have occurred. Pt. Indojaya Mukti Karya is one of the companies established in Indonesia that provides goods and serves the implementation of the project that is shiny floor. Therefore, we try to develop data processing in the company to be better and efficient. In order to avoid mistakes that have occurred, for that we develop an Inventory system that has several features such as goods forms, clients, suppliers, warehouses and QR codes. In its application this information system is created using the programming language html, css, java script, php and database. And so this information system aims to minimize data processing errors in the company.

Abstract

Making an application has many stages and processes, after the application has been formed it is necessary to have a series of tests on the application to ensure that whether the application can run well or not. If an application does not go through the testing stage, it will be difficult to know how the quality of the application is and it will not be known whether there are obstacles or not when the user uses it. In the COVID-19 Vaccination Participant List application, if this problem occurs, the admin will find it difficult to enter participant data and also Health Facilities and this may result in incorrect data input. To solve this problem, the author will test using the black box testing method. Black box testing or better known to many people through the term functional testing and is a software testing method used to test software where the tester does not know or does not know the internal structure of the application code or program. In a series of tests that are applied to the program the tester knows what the program must do, but the tester does not have knowledge of how the program fulfills the commands that have been given. From the data from the website testing, the COVID-19 Vaccination Participant List Website is ready to be recommended and run for the sake of recording COVID-19 vaccination participants in Indonesia.
