Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study to verify the research model, Adding to the variable the ability to make courteous sales presentations so that the results of this study can solve the research gap. This research unit is the Rural Bank, and the respondents are the sales force of the Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City with 72 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Data processing using SmartPls version 2.0. This study succeeded in proving the role of courteous sales presentations in improving the performance of salesforce. Practical implications -This study provides input on the importance of courteous sales presentation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh teamwork terhadap kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM, untuk menguji perceived organizational support dalam memoderasi pengaruh teamwork terhadap kinerja SDM, serta untuk menguji perceived organizational support dalam memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 46 pegawai/SDM pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu SEM yang berbasis variance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Sementara itu, perceived organizational support tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderating antara teamwork terhadap kinerja SDM maupun disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja SDM.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teamwork on the performance of Human Resources (HR), to examine the effect of work discipline on HR performance, to test perceived organizational support in moderating the effect of teamwork on HR performance, and to test perceived organizational support in moderating the influence of discipline work on HR performance. Source of data used in this study are primary data. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method for 46 employees/HR at the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Semarang. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), which is SEM based on variance.The results showed that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support is not proven as a moderating variable between teamwork on HR performance and work discipline on HR performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is because the Savings and Loan Cooperative / Savings and Loan Unit is a financial institution that serves funding needs for members and prospective members, must be able to present financial reports accurately and in a timely manner.GenerallyKSP / USP in Surakarta City records transactionsmanually,so that the financial statements consisting of Balance Sheet and Calculation of Operating Results cannot present accurately and on time. This has an impact on decision making and the function of financial management cannot run properly. One solution implemented is to use a Myob-based accounting program, so that the cooperative can present financial reports quickly and accurately. As for the training material, participants are taught the basics of accounting, financial accounting standards, how to install Accounting Myob software version 18, and create an account that is in accordance with the accounts in each KSP / USM, how to fill in the balance / initial balance along with how to operate it , and hands-on practice. The results after participating in this direct training are being able to apply it in the cooperative of each participant.

Abstract

Pasar modal sebagai salah satu instrumen ekonomi sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai peristiwa yang memiliki kandungan informasi bagi investor. Semakin penting peran pasar modal dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Semakin sensitif pasar modal itu terhadap berbagai peristiwa disekitarnya (Suryawijaya dan Setiawan 1998)..   Pengaruh lingkungan ekonomi mikro seperti kinerja perusahaan, perubahan strategi perusahaan (misalnya kebijakan merger maupun divestasi), pengumuman laporan keuangan atau deviden perusahaan selalu mendapat tanggapan dari para pelaku di pasar modal (Suryawijaya dan Setiawan, 1998). Selain itu perubahan lingkungan yang dimotori oleh kebijakan fiskal maupun regulasi pemerintah dalam sektor riil dan keuangan akan ikut mempengaruhi keadaan di pasar modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh Loan Deposit Ratio (LOR), Non Perfonna Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Return Of Assets (ROA) terhadap penyaluran kredit pada BPR yang berada di Exs Karesidenan Semarang. Variable LOR menurut ketentuan Bank Indonesia 85 %- 110% Sedangkan standar rasio NPL adalah 5 %. tingkat biaya operasional yang di tentukan Bank Indonesia adalah 92 %. dan Return Of Asset (ROA) nilainya tinggi maka bank mempunyai keuntungan yang besar. Populasi dalam penelitian 63 BPR setelah mengunakan metode purpose sampling sampel penelitian manjadi 44 BPR, alat analisis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan regresi linear berganda, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, sistem data yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah SPSS. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh basil bahwa LOR dan NPL tidak berpengaruh dalam penyaluran kredit,sedangkan BOPO dan ROA berpengaruh dalam penyaluran kredit. nilai koefisien detenninasi sebesar 0,088 menunjukan bahwa penyaluran kredit dapat dijelaskan oleh variable-variabel penelitian sebesar 8,8 %.Kata Kunci : LDR,NPL,BOPO, ROA dan penyaluran Kredit.

Abstract

Rural Banks in Indonesia are facing problems regarding the health of their performance in recent years which shows a flat trend. Even the City of Semarang from 2019 to 2021 shows an average downward trend. In addition to the research results that are inconsistent between Non Performing Loans and Net Interest Margin on profitability or Return On Assets, this study aims to examine the role of Ownership Concentration as a moderating variable used to solve these problems. This study uses secondary data from 25 conventional BPRs that have their head office in Semarang City for the observation period 2016 – 2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis uses SPSS software. The Source of data for Rural Bank financial reports can be accessed on the website of the Financial Services Authority. The results showed that Net Interest Margin had a positive effect on profitability, whereas Non-Performing Loans hurt profitability. Ownership Concentration can moderate the effect of Non-Performing Loans on the level of profitability, but not the Net Interest Margin. The results of this study prove that Ownership Concentration will always strive to protect the interests related to its investment. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of ownership concentration as a moderating variable used to resolve the research gap on the effect of NPL and NIM on BPR profitability. This study uses conventional BPR respondents who have a head office in Semarang City, totaling 25. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that NIM had a positive effect on the profitability of BPR, on the contrary, NPL had a negative influence. In addition, ownership concentration was able to moderate the effect of NPL on profitability, but not on NIM. This study proves that the ownership concentration will always try to protect the interests related to its investment. Further research can be done by expanding the coverage area under study and increasing the number of respondents, or it can also be done in other industries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan job burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kualitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Munir, Wisnu, Heru dan Rekan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 111 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan Skala Likert rentang 10 (1 s/d 10) dan analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modelling, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil terhadap analisis data diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompetensi dan job burnout yang dimediasi oleh kualitas kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study is a quantitative study with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and work fatigue on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at the Public Appraisal Service Office of Munir, Wisnu, Heru and Partners with a total of 111 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaires distributed online using a Likert Scale ranging from 10 (1 to 10) and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS analysis tools version 3.2.9. The results of data analysis show that competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on work quality, competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while competence and job burnout mediated by work quality have a positive and significant effect on performance employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand business strategies in maintaining sales of cargo shipping services for Freight Forwarding companies engaged in exports and imports during the covid 19 pandemic. Facing competition, every freight forwarding company must have the right business strategy in order to maintain sales of its cargo shipping services. most of which experienced a decline during the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategy is designed through a SWOT analysis by knowing the company's internal (IFE) and external (EFE) factors. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from the management of the freight forwarding company, such as the President Commissioner, Director, Operations Manager, Finance and Accounting Manager, Customer Service and Sales, employees of the Eczema document department and service users. With SWOT analysis in improving cargo delivery services, the company is positioned among Strength-Opportunities by leveraging strengths to seize and take advantage of the greatest opportunities. Through the IE matrix, the company is in a position to grow and develop alternative strategies that can be implemented, namely forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, product development, business development, market penetration, and related diversification

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of value-based selling and courteous selling behavior in resolving the research gap between customer orientation and sales force performance. The population of this research is the salesforce at BPR Group Saudara in Central Java Province and DI Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, there are only 108 questionnaires that meet the requirements. The analysis technique uses structural equations, the solution is using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results show that one hypothesis is rejected, while the remaining five are accepted. In addition, the variable value-based selling and courteous selling behavior were not able to complete the research gap. However, value-based selling can mediate the influence of customer orientation on courteous behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze consumer attitude as a moderation variable on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely the owner of Green Taman Asri housing complex. Sampling is done using the NonProbability Sampling method and the sampling technique using sensus Sampling. The analysis in this study used a moderation regression analasis test. The results of this study indicate that consumer motivation consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Meanwhile consumer attitude has a positive as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.799 which means that together independent variables explain the purchase decision by 79.9%, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables
