Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition where the kidney(s) are damaged which is marked by the glomerular filtration rate<15mL/min/1.73m². Reports from IndonesianRenal Registry revealed that new patients undergoing hemodialysis in the Indonesian areincreasing every year. This study aims to see the health status of hemodialysis patients atMedika Hospital BSD. The design used was descriptive observational in November 2019 -February 2020, with cross sectional research design. The sampling method uses NonProbability Sampling, total samples taken was 46 respondent with age ratio >18 years to <60years old. The results showed 56.5% ureum levels >150 mg/dL, 76.1% hemoglobin levels ≤10g/dL, 71.7% malnutrition nutritional status (DMS score = >7), and 84.8% of the respondenthas bad health status. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting merupakan gambaran kurangnya status gizi yang bersifat kronik pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sejak awal kehidupan. Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia tahun 2018 sebesar 30,8%, sedangkan di Puskesmas Jatiluhur prevalensi stunting tahun 2018 sebesar 9,4%. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara intervensi gizi spesifik dalam program gerakan 1000 HPK terhadap kejadian stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatiluhur Purwakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan observasional (pengamatan) dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 82 baduta usia 6–23 bulan. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh baduta dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (61%) dan perempuan (39%). Terdapat baduta stunting (46,3%), baduta yang diberikan ASI eksklusif (37,8%), baduta yang mendapatkan MP ASI tepat (41,5%), baduta yang menonsumsi kapsul vitamin A (72%), dan baduta yang lengkap imunisasi dasar (43,9%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kejadian stunting dengan riwayat ASI eksklusif (p=0,002), ketepatan MP ASI (p=0,001), konsumsi kapsul vitamin A (p=0,001), dan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar (p=0,001). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara intervensi gizi spesifik dalam program 1000 HPK dengan kejadian stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatiluhur Purwakarta.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengetahuan adalah hasil penginderaan manusia, atau hasil tahu seseorang terhadap suatu objek melalui indra yang dimilikinya (mata, hidung, telinga dan sebagainya). Tingkat pengetahuan menurut Notoatmodjo, 2010, terdiri dari tahu (know) , memahami (comprehe nsion), a plikasi (aplication), analisis (analysis) , sntesis (synthesis), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Mahasiswa adalah orang yang belajar di perguruan tinggi, baik di universitas, institut atau akademi. Mereka yang terdaftar sebagai murid di perguruan tinggi dapat disebut sebagai mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data secara cross sectional yakni penyebaran kusioner dan pengumpulan lembar kusioner dilaksanakan pada satu hari. Penelitian dilakukan di Akademi Keperawatan Husada Karya Jaya tahun 2014 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 orang, Hasil analisa data adalah tentang pengertian mie instan adalah baik yaitu 93%, tentang komposisi di dalam mie instan adalah rendah yaitu 42%, tentang zat-zat berbahaya di dalam mie instan adalah sangat rendah yaitu 36%, tentang bahaya mengkonsumsi mie instan adalah rendah yaitu 55%, tentang cara mengkonsumsi mie instan yang baik adalah sedang yaitu 73%. Rata-rata dari hasil peneliatian yang di lakukan di Akademi Keperawatan Husada Karya Jaya mengenai pengertian mie instan, komposisi di dalam mie instan, zat-zat berbahaya di dalam mie instan, bahaya mengkonsumsi mie instan, dan cara mengkonsumsi mie instan yaitu 63% yang menjawab benar dan Mahasiswa yang menjawab salah adalah 37%.Kata kunci: Tingkat pengetahuan,  Mahasiswa , Mie instan

Abstract

Health is the one of readiness factors in marriage. Towards the wedding, usually thebody image will be a concern. A diet to get the ideal body is often to found. The results showedthat the percentage of anemia in WUS who were not married was greater than WUS who werealready married. This study aimed to determine the relationship of body image, level ofnutritional adequacy, nutritional status, and anemia status in premarital women. An observational study with cross sectional approach. A number of 65 respondents wereselected by accidental sampling. The data were obtained through interviews usingquestionnaire (respondent characteristics, body shape questionare-34), anthropometricmeasurements (weight, height, body mass index, nutritional status), and blood sampling(hemoglobin levels). The data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test. The results showed a significant relationship between body image and anemia status(p<0,05). There was no significant relationship between the level of energy sufficiency,protein, fat, iron, zinc, and vitamin C with anemia status (p>0,05). There was no significantrelationship between nutritional status and anemia status (p>0,05). The conclusion is thatonly body image has a significant relationship to anemia status.Key words : anemia, body image,  nutrition

Abstract

The low consumption of vegetables and fruit in school-age children is one of the unresolved nutritional problems in Indonesia. A way to improve vegetable and fruit eating behavior is to increase students' knowledge and attitudes through illustrated story book and heroic tales. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of picture books on students' knowledge and attitude. This is a quasy experimental study with Non equivalent control group with a pre-test and post-test which was followed by 97 fourth gradeelementary school students including 41 students of intervention group and 56 students of control group. The mann-whitney test is used to see whether there are  relationships between  independent variable (given of illustrated story books) and the dependent variable (knowledge and attitude) between the intervention and control groups.The results showed a significant increase in knowledge and attitudes in the group which given illustrated story book. There were also significant differences in knowledge changes between the intervention and control groups. Abstract

Improved nutrition result human resources both physically and mentally healthy.Implementation of improved nutrition is increasing the intake of nutrients according to indidual requirement.Breakfast provides an important contribution to intake total daily nutrition.The results of the survey and research shows that many people who are not breakfast such as student elementary school.Elementary school students is an age group that is still in a growth phase and require nutrients. Treatment of the problems is community service as one Tridarma colleges. The purpose of community service is the school community know the importance of breakfast as well as applying the breakfast every day.Implementation of community service uses puppet show games, reading comics let a healthy breakfast and discourse. Conclusion: Increased of public comprehension Angke 03 elementary schools on healthy breakfast  with nutrition education.Keywords:  Breakfast, community school, socialization
