Abstract

Abstract The science learning includes on learning process and product. Improving the quality of science learning that emphasizes the learning process can be done by giving the scientific work experience to students.Thinking skills of learners to be one of life skills that are needed to address the increasingly complex problems of life in the information age. Teachers are expected to plan and implement accommodate learning thinking skills.Formal thinking skills is the ability of learners to receive intellectual stimulations in the process of science learning concepts microscopic properties. Formal thinking skills give a small role in the ability inkuri someone. The suitable approach to improve the ability of intellectual inquiry is inquiry approach. Using a inquiry approach in laboratory-based, students have many opportunities to obtain data directly, interpret data, create hypotheses, test these hypotheses and discuss them to draw a conclusion. In guided inquiry learning approach,students are also more stimulated to find their own concepts in science.The students who have already begun to enter the formal level of thinking has been able to develop their own skills to find something that can be used to solve the problems faced.   Keywords: formal thinking skills, inquiry approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Pendekatan Sains, Teknologi, Rekayasa dan Matematika yang berkualitas berdasarkan kesahihan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan terdiri dari merumuskan kompetensi, mengembangkan produk yaitu merancang dan membuat LKPD serta instrumen penilaiannya serta evaluasi yang berkualitas dan sahih untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa penilaian dari ahli kimia, ahli media, dan pendidik/guru sangat sahih yaitu rata-rata 3,75 dan 93,75 % yang artinya memenuhi standar kesahihan (kelayakan) suatu bahan ajar.

Abstract

Abstrak   Mata kuliah (KMA504) disajikan dalam semester genap bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Negeri Malang. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia, Program Pascasarjana angkatan 2013 kerjasama dengan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mengikuti perkuliahan Kimia Organik (KMA504) sejumlah 23 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa peserta Kimia Organik (KMA504) dengan pemberian tugas presentasi kelompok dan penulisan jurnal metakognitif. PTK ini dirancang dalam 2 (dua) siklus, yang setiap siklusnya meliputi 4 (empat) tahap yaitu, siklus I terdiri: (1) Perencanaan yaitu penyusunan kelompok berdasarkan nilai pretes, pendistribusian sub materi pokok yang akan dipresentasikan oleh tiap kelompok, penyampaian daftar rujukan dan menyiapkan alat penilaian; (2) Pelaksanaan yaitu PBM (presentasi oleh tiap-tiap kelompok belajar); (3) Observasi yaitu penilaian unjuk kerja presentasi semua kelompok, dan melakukan penilaian hasil belajar; (4) Analisis dan Refleksi, menarik kesimpulan bahwa siklus I belum memuaskan karena rerata skor tes adalah 65,12. Kesimpulan ini mengakibatkan bahwa siklus II harus dilaksanakan. Tahap-tahap Siklus II pada hakekatnya langkah-langkahnya hampir sama dengan Siklus I, kecuali pada Siklus II ditekankan pada penulisan jurnal metakognitif. Hasil Siklus Siklus II memuaskan karena rerata skor tes adalah 81,81. Terjadi kenaikan rerata sebesar 16,69. Tugas presentasi kelompok dan penulisan jurnal metakognitif menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih baik, selain itu penulisan jurnal metakognitif juga telah mampu memacu antusiasme dalam belajar. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tugas presentasi kelompok dan penulisan jurnal metakognitif dapat memberdayakan mahasiswa peserta Kimia Organik (KMA504).

Abstract

AbstrakPengukuran kadar glukosa dalam urin pada penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip resistansi dan perbedaan warna berdasarkan RGB nya. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan urin puasa dan urin acak. Nilai resistansi diperoleh dari sel elektroda yang dihubungkan pada salah satu lengan rangkaian jembatan wheatstone dan warna didapatkan dari sensor tcs3200 yang dihubungkan pada arduino uno dan ditampilkan pada lcd 16x4. Hasilpengukuran menunjukkan bahwa nilai urin acak lebih tinggi dua kali lipat dari urin puasa dan hasil deteksi warna untuk penderita DM urin berwarna biru sedangkan yang tidak DM berwarna merah.Kata Kunci: Urin, DM, Resistansi, RGB, Arduino.AbstractMeasurements of the levels of glucose in the urine in this study uses the principle of resistance and the difference in color based on RGB. The measurement is carried out using urine fasting and random urine. The resistance value obtained from the cell electrodes are connected on one arm of the bridge circuit wheatstone and the color obtained from sensors connected on tcs3200 arduino uno and 16x4 displayed on the lcd. The results of themeasurements show that the value of the higher random urine twice as fast, and the results of the urine color detection for sufferers of DM blue urine while not DM is red.Keywords: Urine, DM, Resistance, RGB, Arduino.

Abstract

Abstract Science at the junior high school level can be learned as a provision of science knowledge, concepts and skills at the next level. The concept of science learning is attempted by students to understand so that maximum learning outcomes are obtained. The results of observations to students of class VIII SMP stated that teachers in studying students still used conventional methods, students liked group learning methods and discussions, students liked science learning if the teacher used pictures and writing media. The purpose of this study was to develop a cooperative student worksheet (LKPD) based on the picture and picture type on the human respiratory system material for grade VIII SMP / MTs based on validity. The use of this research instrument was in the form of a LKPD validation sheet. The assessment sheet is filled with three validators, namely expert lecturers and science teachers. The aspects assessed were didactic, construction, technical, and LKPD characteristics. The results of the validation of two material expert lecturers and junior high school science teachers showed that the picture and picture type cooperative-based LKPD was very valid to use in the human respiratory system material. The average score obtained from the two subject matter expert lecturers and junior high school science teachers is 3.63. So LKPD is suitable for use as teaching material on the human respiratory system material based on the validation results. Keywords: Picture and Picture, Human respiratory system, LKPD, Valid Abstrak: IPA pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama dapat dibelajarkan sebagai bekal pengetahuan, konsep dan keterampilan IPA pada jenjang selanjutnya. Konsep pembelajaran IPA diusahakan peserta didik paham dan mengerti sehingga diperoleh hasil belajar maksimal. Hasil observasi kepada siswa kelas VIII SMP, menyatakan guru dalam membelajari peserta didik masih menggunakan metode konvensional, peserta didik menyukai metode pembelajaran berkelompok dan diskusi, peserta didik menyukai pembelajaran IPA jika guru menggunakan media gambar dan tulisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis kooperatif tipe picture and picture pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia kelas VIII SMP/MTs berdasarkan validitas. Penggunaan instrument penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi LKPD. Lembar penilaian diisi tiga validator yaitu dosen ahli dan guru IPA. Aspek yang dinilai yaitu didaktik, konstruksi, teknis, dan karakteristik LKPD. Hasil validasi dari dua dosen ahli materi, dan guru IPA SMP bahwa LKPD berbasis kooperatif tipe picture and picture sangat valid digunakan pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Skor rata-rata yang di peroleh dari dua dosen ahli materi, dan guru IPA SMP yaitu 3,63. Jadi LKPD layak di gunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia berdasarkan hasil validasi. Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the deadliest degenerative diseases in the world. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia from year to year shows asignificant increase. The high number of these causes the need for appropriate action and anticipation for health workers, DM families and DM people themselves. In this study, a system application model was created by using informatics techniques in health for early diagnosis of DM and what calorie needs needed for DM sufferers. This system was created using a GUI application and the Mamdani fuzzy method. The purpose of creating this system is to help in making an initial decision for DM diagnosis. The results obtained, first a DM diagnosis system with 6 input variables, 3 output variables, and 155 rules with MAPE achieved 29.48%. The second is the calorie requirements system with 2 input variables, 2 output variables namely BMI with MAPE 10.57% BMR with MAPE 9.7% and 9 rules with the results achieved by 99%.

Abstract

Pentingnya peran media dalam pembelajaran sehingga untuk tercapai suatu tujuan pembelajaran membutuhkan alat bantu yang dapat mempermudah siswa dalam menerima materi. Media edukatif yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan suasana menarik dan menyenangkan adalah monopoli..Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran monopoli IPA pada materi Tata Surya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, & Evaluate). Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah tahapan Implement tidak bisa dilaksanakan karena pandemi covid-19. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data berupa penilaian kelayakan berdasarkan validitas dari ahli media, ahli materi dan guru IPA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media monopoli IPA pada materi Tata Surya dinyatakan validitas. Aspek validitas ditunjukkan dari hasil validasi monopoli IPA Tata Surya dan mendapat rata-rata skor 3,78 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Monopoli IPA, Tata Surya.

Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation as one of the learning activities to measure students' abilities in the learning process. The implementation of online learning evaluations is an alternative during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing a multiple-choice evaluation tool using the quizizz application on light materials and optical instruments for class VIII SMP. Development of evaluation tools using quizizz using ADDIE. The data obtained during the development implementation were in the form of qualitative data obtained from the validator's comments and quantitative data obtained from validation by three validators. The research results from this development are (1) the development of an evaluation tool is carried out based on the ADDIE model. (2) the results of the validation by three validators got an average score of 95% in the very good category. The developed questions can be used with revisions. Abstract

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the evaluation process to be different from before. This is due to the inability to meet face-to-face between teachers and students. One of the supporting applications that can be used is quizizz. This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing multiple-choice instruments with the help of quizizz applicaton. (2) describe the product developed after the validation process. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The question instrument developed consists of 20 multiple choice questions and is equipped with operating instructions for quizizz application. The development data obtained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the development of the multiple-choice instrument with the help of quizizz application after validation showed that the multiple-choice instrument was stated to be very good with a percentage of 99.3%. Based on the results of the expert test, the multiple-choice instrument assisted by theapplication quizizz can be applied to students. Keywords​: ​​development, multiple choice question, quizizz.
