Abstract

Stres panas menyebabkan puyuh mengalami stres oksidatif. Stres oksidatif menyebabkan puyuh rentan terhadap infeksi bakteri dan juga akan berpengaruh pada performanya. Stres oksidatif dapat diatasi dengan penambahan antioksidan. Salah satu sumber antioksidan alami adalah bunga kasumba turate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketahanan dan performan puyuh yang diberi jus bunga kasumba turate. Materi penelitian ini terdiri dari sari bunga kasumba turate dan puyuh. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dengan P0: 100 mL air minum tanpa JBKT (Kontrol), P1: JBKT 0,25 mg/mL dalam 100 mL air minum, P2: JBKT 0,75 mg/mL dalam 100 mL air minum, P3: JBKT 1,25 mg/mL dalam 100 mL air minum. Hasil penelitian tingkat stres menunjukkan bahwa rasio H/L P1, P2 dan P3 lebih rendah dari P0. Hasil uji clearance menunjukkan bahwa mortalitas bakteri Salmonella pullorum mencapai 67,7%. Pemberian JBKT tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan. Nilai konversi pakan pada perlakuan P1, P2 dan P3 lebih baik dari pada P0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian jus bunga kasumba turate pada puyuh mampu memperbaiki ketahanan tubuh terhadap panas lingkungan, terhadap infeksi bakteri dan performa pertumbuhan. Konsentrasi 0,25 mg/100 mL JBKT mampu membunuh bakteri S.pullorum tertinggi dan menghasilkan keefisienan pakan terbaik. Kata kunci : Bunga Kasumba Turate, Ketahanan, Performa ABSTRACTHeat stress causes quail to experience oxidative stress. Oxidative stress can make quail susceptible to bacterial infections which will also affect their performance. Oxidative stress can be overcome with the addition of antioxidants. One of the natural sources of antioxidants is the kasumba turate flower. The purpose of this study was to analyze the resistance and performance of quails that were given the flower juice of kasumba turate L). The material of this study consisted of kasumba turate flower juice and quail. This study consisted of 4 treatments and 4 replications with P0: 100 mL of drinking water without JBKT (Control), P1: JBKT 0,25 mg/mL in 100 mL of drinking water, P2: JBKT 0,75 mg/mL in 100 mL of drinking water, P3: JBKT 1,25 mg/mL in 100 mL drinking water. The results of the research on stress levels showed that the H/L ratio P1, P2 and P3 were lower than P0. The clearance test showed that the mortality rate for Salmonella pullorum bacteria reached 67,7%. The provision of JBKT did not significantly affect feed consumption and body weight gain. The feed conversion values of treatment P1, P2 and P3 were better than P0. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of kasumba turate flower juice to quails can improve the body's resistance to environmental heat, against bacterial infections and growth performance. The concentration of 0,25 mg/100 mL JBKT was able to kill the highest S.pullorum bacteria and produce the best feed efficiency.Keywords: Kasumba Turate Flower, Performance, Resistance

Abstract

Friendship is a relationship between voluntarily wounded individuals. Friendships have a responsibility to be emotionally supportive, actively provide assistance, maintain confidence, and support each other. Benefit in friendship usually  include skills in activity, emotional support and help. Intercultural friendship is a more specific and more complex phenomenon that has its own characteristics in terms of relationships. The meeting between two different cultures in building a relationship of intercultural friendship. Establish intercultural friendship relationships with local people by immigrants as a form of adaptation to the new environment.  Immigrants are individuals who move from one region to another in a country influenced by push factors and pull factors such as economic, environmental, and educational factors. Immigrants can experience several conditions when they are in a new environment such as feelings of anxiety and uncertainty to interact with the surrounding environment. This study aims to find out how the relationship of intercultural friendship can reduce the level of anxiety and uncertainty of  Zimbabwean students at the Muhammadiyah Surakarta University. The research method used qualitative method by using population from foreign students at Muhammadiyah Surakarta University and purposive sampling technique that is sampling based on student's country of origin Zimbabwe. Data collection by interview and documentation,  for analysis using qualitative content analysis. Credibility and validity use inter-code reliability and triangulation of data sources and theories.Keywords : Adaptation, Migration , Anxiety, Uncertainty, Intercultural, Friendship.

Abstract

Virus Covid-19 sudah banyak menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan didunia kesehatan. Covid-19 telah banyak menginfeksi manusia mulai dari anak kecil hingga orang dewasa dan banyak juga menyebabkan kematian. Program pola hidup bersih dan sehat ialah bentuk perwujudan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar dan menciptakan suatu kondisi yang kondusif untuk masyarakat dan perilaku agar dapat menerapkan cara - cara hidup sehat dalam rangka menjaga, memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Tindakan yang dilakukan ialah persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penerapan pola hidup sehat dan bersih (PHBS) guna menekan angka penyebaran Covid-19. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini ialah berupa terciptanya keharmonisan antar masyarakat melalui gotong royong demi kebersihan lingkungan desa, adanya kegiatan pembuatan tempat mencuci tangan serta pembagian masker yang disertai dengan melakukan sosialisasi edukasi betapa pentingnya menjalankan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, dan terbentuknya taman bunga yang lebih bersih. Dengan demikian timbul kesadaran masyarakat dari kegiatan tersebut sehingga dapat menekan peningkatan penyebaran Covid-19 dan lingkungan juga terjaga kebersihannya.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui proses jual beli secara daring (online) yang dilakukan ARS Shop sesuai dengan hukum Islam dan untuk mengetahui sistem pemasaran barang yang dilakukan pada online ASR Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field reserch), jenis penelitian ini tergolong kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah: sosiologis. Adapun sumber sumber data penelitian ini adalah Undang-Undang, pemilik usaha, konsumen. Selanjutnya metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengelolaan dan analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan 1 tahap, yaitu: 1). Pengelolaan data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penyimpangan yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam karena ketidak jujuran dari pemilik usaha dan tidak memenuhi rukun dan syarat dari ajaran syariat Islam sendiri, Serta tujuan Owner ARS shop memasarkan gambar yang tidak sesuai dengan iklan untuk menarik perhatian para konsumen untuk membeli barang yang dijualnya dan memiliki banyak keuntungan. Dengan cara ini mereka akan merugikan konsumennya.Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, Iklan, Jual Beli Online. AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing to know the online buying and selling process conducted by ARS Shop in accordance with Islamic law and to know the marketing system of goods carried out in the online ASR Shop. This research uses a type of field reserch, this type of research is classified as quantitative with the research approach used is: sociological. The source of this research data source is the Act, business owners, consumers. Furthermore, the methods of data collection used are: interviews, observations, and documentation. While the data management and analysis techniques carried out is by 1 stage, namely: 1). Data management, presentation of data withdrawal conclusions. The results of this study show that there are irregularities that do not comply with Islamic law due to dishonesty from business owners and do not meet the pillars and requirements of islamic sharia teachings themselves, As well as the purpose of Owner ARS shop to market images that do not fit the advertisement to attract the attention of consumers to buy goods that he sells and have many advantages. Abstract

Everyone wants to perform a variety of transactions and practices related to freedom and full flexibility. In Islam the transaction and an agreement on a contract is basically allowed for not taking someone else's property by false means. But the fuqana mazhab have different opinion on the conditions allowed and prohibited in the transaction or related even though there are similarities between them.

Abstract

Purpose of study:The objectives of the study are: (1) To know using Storyboard That is effective to improve students’ narrative writing skill for the eighth-grade students’ junior high school of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Jawa in the academic year 2020/2021. (2) To find the result of students’ ability in writing when the teacher using Storyboard That for the eighth-grade students’ junior high school of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Jawa in the academic year 2020/2021. Methodology:The methodology of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four steps, they were: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The technique of collecting data was the observation, test and documentation. Results:The result of this research shows that (1) there was an improvement of writing skills using Storyboard That. It shown in cycle I the mean of post-test is higher than the mean of pre-test. The mean of post-test is (72.89) and mean of pre-test is (68.46). In cycle II the mean of post-test is higher than the mean of pre-test. The mean of post-test is (82.8) and the mean of pre-test is (72.71). (2) The result showed of T-test in cycle I is 6.871 and cycle II is 9.106. Moreover, the t-test in the cycle II is bigger than the t-test of the cycle I.There was a significant influence of using Storyboard That in improving writing skills. Applications:The subject of this research is class VIII D, which consists of 28 students at the eighth grade students’ junior high school of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Jawa

Abstract

Breast cancer prevention efforts with breast self-examination. The type of community service carried out is the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in the form of counseling and simulations to participants regarding BSE examinations. The activity was carried out at the Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Karang Dalo Village, Pagaralam using the lecture method and simulation/demonstration of the BSE examination with 32 participants. This community service activity was carried out for 3 days which was used for training preparation in the form of obtaining a community service permit to the relevant institution, namely RT 002 RW 003 Karang Dalo Village as a land for community service implementation, preparing places, facilities and training tools as well as consumption and meals. afternoon for participants and organizers of training activities. Of the 32 participants, all of them were able to follow the training process until it was finished, namely from 09.30 WIB to 12.00 WIB. It can be concluded that there is an effect of counseling and examination of women of childbearing age regarding breast self-examination

Abstract

Currently, fossil energy is the spearhead of Indonesia's energy needs and even the world. The fossil energy in question includes gasoline, natural gas and coal. This is due to the increasing population growth, even though energy reserves in Indonesia and even in the world continue to run low. So it is necessary to have alternative fuels such as bioethanol, which is a renewable fuel, especially from sugar cane juice. So this study aims to see the effect of the amount of yeast tape content on the characteristics of the bioethanol product produced. This type of research is experimental using a completely randomized design using 1 factor (the concentration of tape yeast is 5%, 10%, 15%).The results of this study indicate that there is an effect on the amount of tape concentration used as an active ingredient on the bioethanol product produced. The highest bioethanol content obtained from this fermentation result is the best at 15% tape yeast concentration, namely with an average of 6.67%, with an average pH of 3.3 and Brix 6%. Meanwhile, the lowest bioethanol content was obtained from the addition of 5% tape yeast concentration with an average of 3.67%, with an average pH of 3.13 and 5% brix.

Abstract

Globalization has linked the world's nations with natural resources and their goods. Investment between countries is increasing, and the breadth of commercial commerce is expanding from micro to macro trading on a daily basis. To speed development, Indonesia has also liberalized its economy. Indonesia has started using a number of strategies to boost investment and improve commerce. Indonesia, as a developing country in the world, has a volume of large-scale foreign investment involving investment disputes with an environmental background, therefore Indonesia has a special arbitration institution, namely the Indonesian National Arbitration Board, which regulates issues related to arbitration and the enforcement of its decisions. Article 32 of Law No. 25 of 2007 regarding on Investment defines the method for resolving disputes in the field of investment i.e : Consensus-based deliberation, Arbitration , Courts, Alternative Dispute Resolution (Negotiation, Mediation and Conciliation ), Disputes between the government and domestic investors settled by arbitration or the courts, and, Dispute between the government and foreign investors to be addressed by International Arbitration as agreed. To establish legal clarity and investment security,the Government of Indonesia also has ratified the International Convention on the Settlement of Disputes (ICSID) through Law Number 5 of 1968 concerning Settlement of disputes between countries and foreign nationals regarding investment and Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Both serve as the foundation of Indonesia's legal framework for the resolution of disputes involving foreign investments
