Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, spiritual intelligence and workload on employee performance at University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni class of 2007 faculty of economics and business management majors. The results showed that the work performance of employees by University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni in the year 2007 of the Economics and Business faculties majoring in management was influenced by the spiritual intelligence of each individual, while the work environment and workload had no effect. This is due to high spiritual intelligence that will make individuals have more meaning in addressing work and things that will be received by employees in the future. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using primary data collected through social media whatsapp.

Abstract

Today's world has been facing a new era that emphasizes every creative industry to overcome information technology, especially for selling and marketing needs, namely the digital era. In this era of disruptive technology, company size cannot be guaranteed, so that the creative industries processing waste and used goods can take this opportunity to penetrate domestic and international markets. The success of innovative products penetrating the global market will provide enormous benefits for the industries that show one of marketing performance, especially if it is balanced by high intellectual capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of digital marketing on the marketing performance of creative industries processing waste and used goods through intellectual capital. The population of this research is the entire creative industries entrepreneurs processing waste and used products in Malang town whose numbers are unknown. The research sample of 150 respondents was selected through accidental-purposive-sampling technique. Quantitative primary data were collected through questionnaire surveys and analysed using path analysis. The results showed that digital marketing has direct and indirect effects on marketing performance through intellectual capital as an intervening variable which these effects are positive and significant

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership and discipline on performance through supervision at PT. Prosperous with Motor. This is because the company is the official sales and maintenance branch of Honda cars in the Probolinggo and Pasuruan area which has a vision of entering the 10 branches with the most Honda car sales in East Java in 2020. The method used in this research is descriptive and correlational using path analysis. This study uses a questionnaire to get answers about this research from respondents. The population was taken from all employees of PT. Prosperous with Motorcycles as many as 75 people. While the samples obtained in this study were 75 respondents. In this study using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely the census technique. The results showed that leadership and discipline on employee performance through supervision had a positive impact. However, the results achieved were not optimal due to ineffective communication.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know and analyze the organizational factors in which affecting Human Resources Information System adoption, then analyze Human Resource Information System adoptionin which affecting the employee motivation in the Regional Water Company Malang. This study is using quantitative method. Population consists of 36 people. Sample is used census technique. Analysis data is used analysis and Partial Least Square. The results show that organizational factors affected Human Resource Information Systems adoption, organizational factors affected motivation, and only Human Resource Information System adoption affected motivation. In general, e-HRM (Electronic Human Resource Management) and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) can be judged from the context of the organization (training and skills of human resources), however only HRIS adoption can affect employee motivation.Keywords: organizational factors, human resources information systems, e-HRM, HRIS

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja pegawai menjadi penting untuk segera ditindaklanjuti oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tuban karena kinerja menjadi indikator utama untuk menentukan apakah capaian kinerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tuban tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui peran komunikasi pada kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tuban ditinjau dari ketersediaan lingkungan kerja serta pemberian motivasi yang diberikan oleh pimpinan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tuban berjumlah 852.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komunikasi dan motivasi, kemudian komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, kemudian komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The development of various kinds of businesses in the city of Malang that is so fast becomes one of the bases for printing companies to develop businesses because many of these businesses require services for brochures, logos and so forth. This business development requires an increase in employee performance because employees become the main movers of service companies, especially in the CV. Intidesign. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of causal research. The population in this study were employees of CV. Intidesign Malang, with saturated sampling technique where all existing populations are used as samples, that is, 40 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study suggested CV. Intidesign Malang is expected to continue to pay attention to the physical work environment around employees who carry out work and implement a good workload distribution to improve employee performance. Future researchers who are interested in reviewing employee performance are expected to develop research results through taking variables that have an influence on employee performance and the selection of different objects. Thus, it can help enrich the results associated with factors that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Hou Tech Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri panel kayu yang masih bertahan di era disruptif tahu betul bahwa kualitas dan reputasi yang dimilikinya tidak terlepas dari peran tenaga kerja, tetapi saat ini menghadapi penurunan kinerja yang diduga berasal dari peningkatan tingkat kehadiran. Peneliti merasa perlu menilai kembali bagaimana keputusan yang tepat untuk PT. Hou Tech Indonesia agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di departemen produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk PT. Hou Tech Indonesia agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di departemen produksi. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi dan sampel dari semua karyawan departemen produksi PT. Hou Tech Indonesia dengan total 108 karyawan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu semua karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Hou Tech Indonesia, yang bersedia memberikan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan peneliti. Data primer yang dikumpulkan oleh para peneliti dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan komitmen karyawan merupakan pilihan terbaik sehingga kinerja produksi karyawan akan meningkat.

Abstract

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors shaping innovative proactive, representation of the attitudes and the behavior is the Chairman of the PKK and its citizens East Seroja applying social entrepreneurship. The problem faced is the first, yet animating entrepreneurial profession. Second, entrepreneurs simply to raise revenue. Third, self-employment is not considered a stable job. Fourth, the majority of entrepreneurs are Housewife. Fifth, afraid to use e-commerce. Sixth, the majority of entrepreneurs are more comfortable using mouth-to-mouth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran e-service quality dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada bisnis makanan online melalui aplikasi ShopeeFood. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi ShopeeFood di kota Malang yang pernah menggunakan Shopeefood setidaknya satu kali dalam enam bulan yang berusia di atas 17 tahun yang berjumlah 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, dan untuk pengolahan datanya menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari empat variabel pada e-service quality yaitu desain, layanan pelanggan, keamanan / privasi, dan pemenuhan (fulfillment), hanya variabel layanan pelanggan dengan indikator service level dan return policies yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan elektronik secara keseluruhan, sedangkan tiga variabel yang lainnya berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Batubara saat ini adalah salah satu sumber energi alternatif yang dibutuhkan sehingga perkembangan bisnis melalui efektivitas kinerja karyawan bagian produksi menjadi suatu keharusan. Salah satu tulang punggung bagian produksi pada salah satu perusahaan batubara yaitu PT. Karunia Wahana Nusa Job Site Bengalon adalah driver. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu driver melalui gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu partial least square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan yaitu driver tidak ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan maupun lingkungan kerja fisik karena sebaiknya antara gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik harus disesuaikan dengan pola pekerjaan karyawan sebagai pengambil keputusan atau tidak.
