Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize shareholder wealth, this can be achieved by maximizing value of the company. This study aimed to determine the influence of Investment Policy, Financing Policy; And  Dividend Policy on Firm Value to service companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period was 2015-2020. The study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. Population in this study was to all service companies go public in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Based on certain criteria, there were 12 of 86 service companies that matched with the sample. Data analysis technique uses classic assumption test: normality test, multicolonierity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis test uses multiple regression analysis. Partially, the result of this research showed that investment policy have influence significant on firm value. While financing policy, and dividen policy not have significant influence on firm value.

Abstract

Local Own-source Revenue is the revenue earned from the area collected by local regulations in accordance with the legislation. Source of revenue under the Act include Local Own-source Revenue, Fiscal Balance Transfers, Regional Loan and others. Tanjung is the capital of North Lombok (KLU), Government of North Lombok finally has full authority to manage its own country so the consequence is an increase demand in the region's autonomy. The development of tourism can be used as land that could boost economic improvement. Number of tourists visiting North Lombok from 2010 until 2014 always increase, the number of 1,983,113 people with average visits reached 396 623 people, and the highest number of visits made by foreign tourists every year. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence simultaneously and partially the number of attractions, the number of tourists and the Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) to increase Local Own-source Revenue in North Lombok regency. This study focused on North Lombok regency of West Nusa Tenggara tourism sector in view of the many attractions of the area is very interesting and has the potential to be developed to study literature as data collection techniques. The type of data in this research is quantitative and qualitative data, while the source of its data from the Office of Tourism, Local Revenue Offices, and the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics North Lombok regency. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the classical assumption, or the simultaneous F test and t test or partial. Based on the findings, data analysis and the above discussion it can be concluded that the number of attractions, the number of tourists and the Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) simultaneously affect the Local Revenue North Lombok with a value of F table (23.668 > 0216) with a significant level below 0.05 is 0.000. As for the number of attractions, the number of tourists and Gross Domestic Regional Product (non oil and non agricultural) partially no effect on the original income North Lombok with a value (t) table (0428 < 12 706).

Abstract

This study aims  to determine a company's financial performance as measured using the Return On Investment with Du Pont System approach.  To determine a company's financial performance as measured using the Residual Income. Objects in this study conducted at the company PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in the form of financial statements ie balance sheet and profit / loss taken in the annual report prusahaan. These results indicate that the ability of companies in the process of return on investment is not setabil by showing the percentage up and down each year for research preode. It shows that the company has not been able to optimize the return on sales and investments are undertaken each year, but if in view of the general standard or average industry company's ability to return on investment can say either as a result of the calculation of ROI analysis of more value of the general standard or average industry. Meanwhile, when viewed from the calculation of residual income (RI), obtained a positive value RI. With positive RI means that the company is able to generate economic added value for shareholders and investors. It shows also that the financial performance in doing is effective and efficient (RI> 0)

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially and simultaneously on stock prices and the most dominant influence between Return On Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices in Pharmaceutical public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017.     The population in the study amounted to 10 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling so that the number of samples is 5 companies. The criteria in sampling are all Pharmaceutical public companies which issued a complete financial report for the period 2012-2017. The results show partially all independent variables (ROA and NPM) have an effect on stock prices, and simultaneously the independent variables (ROA and NPM) also have an effect on stock prices

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebutuhan pribadi,Brand Image testimony dan selebgram terhadap minat pembelian online shop melalui media sosial instagram dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat pembelian online shop melalui media sosial instagram pada siswa SMAN 1 Kayangan Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan data penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 76 responden yang ditujukan kepada siswa SMAN 1 Kayangan. Hasil penelitian Variabel kebutuhan pribadi, testimoni dan selebgram secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian online shop melalui media sosial instagram (siswa SMAN 1 Kayangan), hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji t hitung yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel (1,931, 2,027 dan 3,317 >1,66629) dan nilai signifikansinya< 0,05 .Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian online shop melalui media sosial instagram (siswa SMAN 1 Kayangan) dapat diketahui dengan membandingkan nilai koefisien beta masing-masing dari setiap variabel bebas. Maka variabel bebas yang memiliki nilai koefisien beta terbesar daripada variabel bebas lainnya adalah variabel selebgram dengan beta sebesar 0,448..

Abstract

The development of the food industry is rapidly increasing marked by the increasing number of ready-to-eat foods in all of the world, including Indonesia. Ready-to-eat food has an impact on the emergence of people's needs for fast and instant food. The presence of fast food is immediately favored by the community because of its fast presentation, making it easy to eat anywhere, even while standing or walking. One fast food is Burger King. Burger King Corporation is a series of international fast food restaurants that sell burgers, fries and soft drinks. Burger King is one type of fast food restaurant that serves hamburgers as its main menu. Burger King already has several branches in Indonesia such as in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali and Lombok. The type of research used is associative research. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers who bought products at Burger King. The sampling technique is purposive sampling using the formula from Roscoe obtained a sample of 50 respondents. While for processing data analyzed to test the validity and reliability using SPSS. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, the results of this study indicate that product variables, prices, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Burger King City of Mataram.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices in Textile and Garment Companies, Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2017. The research variable consisted of 3 (three) independent variables and 1 (one) dependent variable. This type of research is associative research.The population in the study amounted to 17 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 13 companies. The criteria for sampling are all Textile and Garment companies, Tbk. who issued a complete financial report for the period 2011-2017. The results showed partially that all independent variables (ROI, ROE and DER) had no effect on stock prices, but simultaneously the independent variables (ROI, ROE and DER) had an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Cash Ratio (CR) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. So this research variable consists of 3 independent variables namely Return On Assets (X1), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2), and Cash Ratio (X3) and the dependent variable namely Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) (Y). The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2018 period of 163 companies. Samples were taken by using Purposive Sampling Technique to obtain a sample of 10 companies. with criteria based on companies for the period ending December 31, and companies that distribute dividends for 4 years in a row. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistics to test the feasibility of a research model with a level of significance of 0.05 / 5%. In addition, the classical assumption test was also performed which included the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test and the autocorrelation test. The analysis shows that the Return On Asset (ROA) and Cash Ratio (CR) variables have positive and significant effects, while the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variable has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
