Abstract

Abstract - Searching for boarding house become harder because of the little number of media provide information about it. So that, this research is presented in order to provide information about boarding house . This research is about system that use to search the best boarding house around university of mataram using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as deciding support system. SAW is a method that count up based on a certain integrity. The accounting system that SAW does based on criteria that already decided. Based on data collection had done, it is found that the criteria to search a boarding house such as facility, cost, and distance with criteria based on value of priority from the most important are cost, distance and facility. Web-based implementation of fuzzy logic with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for searching best boarding house around Mataram University had done, it can give 10 best boarding house alternative Which has adjusted with criteria that users wanted. Each function in Website has already run with Black Box as examining system method. Moreover, to examine the user’s satisfaction MOS is used, and it is gained value higher that 4 with good value indicates that respondent agree with application which already made. Abstract

Digital home assistant is one part of smart home technology. The smart home is one of technology research that focuses on home automation, so the interaction between human and home becomes easier and more practical. One of the interactions that can be done is using voice commands. Currently, digital home assistant technology can be implemented with a variety of concepts and various tools. One of the tools that can be used is the smartphone. A smartphone is a communication tool that has a variety of tools to meet the needs of users, one of which is a tool offered by the Android operating system that is Google speech API. With google speech API we can build applications that can understand human speech. In order for home electronics devices to communicate with smartphones, use a microcontroller that is attached to the home electronics. Some microcontrollers that can be used are Raspberry Pi and Arduino. In this study, built a digital home assistant with voice commands using Raspberry Pi and smartphone. The built-in digital home assistant is used for lamp, TV and AC control. The Google speech API is used on smartphones for the process of translation of voice commands provided by users of the system. The results obtained for the control of lights, TV and air conditioning with voice commands using smartphones and Raspberry Pi is a system can run with 90% success and the average time of command execution reaches is 5.32 seconds.

Abstract

The West Nusa Tenggara Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS NTB) is one of the government organizations that assists the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara on labor and transmigration issues. IT governance in a company or organization is very necessary to harmonize organizational goals and strategies. With the problems found regarding to the resources both human resources and IT resources at DISNAKERTRANS NTB. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the capability level of IT governance at DISNAKERTRANS NTB using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on APO01 subdomains: Manage IT management frameworks, and APO07: Manage human resources. From the research results, the average capability level for the current conditions shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 2. While the average capability level of the expected condition, shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 4.to increase the current level, some recommendations are given to be considered by DISNAKERTRANS NTB in drafting the policies relating to the APO01 and APO07 processes. Abstract

The At-Taisir method is a memorization method of the Qur'an which was inaugurated in 2018. This method was initiated by Adi Hidayat and implemented a one-page one-day memorization system of the Qur'an. Usually, when memorizing the Qur'an, the memorizer is flexible in choosing the memorization schedule and memorization amount. But in this method, the memorizer has presented a schedule and amount of memorization so that the memorizer becomes more disciplined and bound. Currently, the activity of memorizing the Qur'an with the At-Taisir method is done manually. This study aims to display the At-Taisir method which was previously still in manual form into a mobile application using Android technology with the native application types. This is expected to make the process of memorizing using the At-Taisir method easier to do without having to wait to get the At-Taisir manuscript first. This application is designed with a dynamic display so that if one day the application wants to be developed again, then only need to add the required database. Based on the results of testing carried out the percentage of success of the application reached 85.9%.

Abstract

Based on the of tourist visits of West Nusa Tenggara from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Tourism Office of NTB Province the number of tourist visits changes every year. a prediction is needed to estimate the number of tourist visits in the upcoming year to help the government in making policy. The Tourism Office currently estimates the tourist visit based on the events that will be carried out. There are no mathematic calculations in estimations. This study uses Backpropagation to predict the number of tourist visits. Backpropagation is a good and accurate in predicting process involving fluctuating data. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the backpropagation in predicting the number of tourist visits based on the minimum value of the Mean Square Error (MSE). Using a maximum iteration of 1500, learning rate 0.3 and the number of hidden layers 21 produces the minimum MSE value of 0.003901 and the prediction of tourist visits in 2018 has the most tourist arrivals in July 2018 of 465.202 tourists and the lowest visit was in February 2018, which estimated to 236.864 tourists.

Abstract

The Mataram municipal government is currently collecting ASNs Data. ASNs is employees working in the municipal government, which reach about 5500 people. As a consequent, the municipal have to spend budget to pay the ASNs salary. This salary is calculated based on ASNs position as well as then grade and class. The class and grade of the ASNs are evaluated based on their performance in completing their task. This evaluation is represented in such form called SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) that describe ASN work target and completeness. Currently, these forms are presented in Microsoft Excel that susceptible to errors. In this research, we develop a web-based system for the SKP for easy assessing the ASNs performance. Using this system, the ASNs evaluation were recorded in a database the baseline for future evaluation.

Abstract

In an organization, the development of a system cannot be done as a whole but is done in stages, This is caused by organizational needs that are always changing from time to time. Also, in an organization, there is a lot of data or information that is done together, where one data can be used by several fields and one data can also be used for many functions. Similar to SMK 1 Selong, the same data or information can be used by several midwives and can be used for many functions. To overcome these problems in this study carried out the design and construction of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). SOA is software development with a service approach. In SOA the data needed for the development of a system is defined from the start to facilitate the development of a continuous system and can facilitate if there is a change in data because SOA provides the ease of integration of several different systems. In this research the SOA analysis and design process at SMK 1 Selong has been carried out and 9 services are obtained: student service, employee service, service teacher, service value, financial service, curriculum service, library service, service facilities and infrastructure, and service administrator. These services are implemented using web service technology with a codeigniter framework

Abstract

The Business processes of SMP Negri 10 Mataram keep changing due to the organization’s necessity, so the development of existing systems and applications is needed. For the complex cases, they need to integrate the systems and applications to deliver the effective and good quality of educational processes and activities. SMP Negeri 10 Mataram has several problems: until these time in every administrative section do their processes business or their task manually, that is not efficient especially in term of time for work, and more there are no relatable things between every section. By this research to resolve these problems, the administrative management system integration was developed by using the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) method. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is one of many ways to design data integration from several different systems. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a software development technology architecture with a service approach, allowing the relationship and exchange of data or information between every systems and application to be much easier. In this research, the SOA analysis and design process was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Mataram and obtained six services, namely: service administrator, financial service, staffing service, student service, infrastructure services, library service.

Abstract

Emergencies can occur anywhere and anytime, where handling these emergencies must be done quickly. This research was conducted to design and build an emergency reporting system in the city of Mataram. The emergency reporting system that was built took the workflow from the emergency call number 112. The system will be used by 4 users namely the citizen as a emergency reporter, call taker emergency call number 112 from Diskominfo as an information processor, admin as a call taker information processor and units such as ambulances and firefighters as the action takers of the submitted report. The system runs in 2 platforms, namely the web pages used by call takers and Android, which are used by the public and action units. The system is tested using the mean opinion score and black box testing. The results obtained by using the mean opinion score test is 3.6 or the fair category.

Abstract

In Mataram city, finding places of worship is quite difficult for foreigners because they do not know the position/road around them. And currently, the data management of places of worship is still carried out using Ms. Excel by the Departemen Agama NTB which makes data collection ineffective and inefficient in searching and updating existing data. In this final project research, the researcher designed and built a Geographic Information System for Mapping the Location of Places of Worship in Mataram City to provide information and layout of places of worship in Mataram City, and can make it easier for the Ministry of Religion to collect data from the system that makes data management of existing places of worship more effective and efficient. This final project research uses the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method because one of the characteristics of XP itself involves the client during the system development process to minimize errors in the system and according to client needs.
