Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang peran teknik Logoanalisis dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling yang digunakan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam menghadapi situasi krisis pada masa pandemi dan wabah covid-19 untuk membentuk kepribadian siswa menjadi pribadi unggul siap dan sigap dalam menjaga dan melindungi diri baik secara kesehatan fisik maupun psikologis dalam menghadapi pandemi ini. Pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan teknik Logoanalisis lebih menekankan pada memiliki kajian yang berfokus pada praktikal teknik konseling melalui upaya memperluas kesadaran diri (expanding conscious awareness) dan merangsang imajinasi kreatif (stimulating creative imagination). Metode pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah dengan tindakan secara langsung melalui metode eksperimen dengan memanfaatkan program pengabdian masyarakat yang menjadi program unggulan yang secara rutin dilakukan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara dan pada artikel ini akan dijelaskan hasil program pengembangan kemuhammadiyahan yang bermitra dengan SMP Muhammadiyah 21 Serbelawan dan SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Serbelawan

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang sering melakukan prokrastinasi akademik biasanya sering mengalami kegagalan dalam bidang akademik. Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan suatu perilaku individu yang suka menunda-nunda waktu untuk mengerjakan suatu tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen sehingga dapat mengakibatkan Mahasiswa menjadi malas dan sering mengalami kegagalan dalam akademik. Dalam permasalahan ini, Konselor dapat berupaya untuk membimbing dan memotivasi mahasiswa agar dapat memanfaatkan dan memanajemen waktu dengan baik dan efisien serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. Naskah ini akan memaparkan konsep dasar prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa meliputi; konsep prokrastinasi akademik, faktor yang mempengaruhi proskrastinasi akademik, ciri-ciri proskrastinasi akademik, tipe prokrastinasi akademik, dampak proskrastinasi akademik,  dan upaya untuk mencegah proskrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. semoga naskah ini dapat menjadi bahan rujukan dan ilmu pengetahuan

Abstract

The problem of this research is There Is Influence Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy on Student Motivation Class XI In SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan T.P 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Everyone Is A Teacher Here Strategy on Student Motivation Class XI In SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan TP 2016/2017 which amounted to 211 Students consisting of 6 classes and divided into 3 departments and the sample studied is class XI AK 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan as many as 38 students. Instrument used is questionnaire and test. Which questionnaire is doing observations in SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan to know the motivation of student learning. The method used in this research is quantitative method with product moment analysis unit. From the results of this study can be seen improving student learning motivation by using the influence of Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy on the subject of Citizenship Education with research conducted, it was found that Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning affects the motivation of student learning on the subject of Citizenship Education. From the results of the hypothesis calculation obtained tcount = 2.309 for the significant level α = 0.05 and dk = n-2 = 38-2 = 36, then obtained the price r table = 1.6892. Obtained tcount 2.309> ttabel 1.6892, this means Ha accepted means a significant influence between strategy Everyone Is A Teacher Here on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate the feasibility of guidance and counseling modules to prevent student stress in the covid-19 pandemic as well as ability by BK teachers/counselors in junior high school. This research method uses the ADDIE model. The study test subjects consisted of three experts to test eligibility, and three BK teachers/counselors. Instruments used are sklala likert, questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data of the results of the study was analyzed using descriptive analysis and nonparametric statistical analysis. The findings show that this guidance and counseling module can be utilized by BK teachers/counselors to assist teachers in preventing student stress during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Improving the quality of educators, especially lecturers, must be carried out continuously and continuously. For this reason, it is necessary to reorganize or manage oneself on an ongoing basis to achieve these qualities. This form of self-management is known as self-management. Implementing self management needs to understand the concept of management first, which is known as POAC. The application of management is not only carried out by an organization, but humans as individuals who have the potential to apply management within themselves. In relation to this self-management, humans will be more professional in their activities, because they understand their own condition and surrounding conditions. The application of self-management through POAC will make humans have the ability to plan, organize, implement as well as supervise what are the main priorities in improving their quality, so that success is achieved according to their professional level.

Abstract

Era digital tidak bisa dilepaskan dari seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali Pendidikan. Hanya saja era digital ini belum dimanfaat secara maksimal oleh orang-orang yang ada dikalangan Pendidikan. Kesibukan mereka terhadap tugas administrasi menyebabkan hanya 40 % yang memanfaatkan teknologi. Pendidikan era digitalisasi atau 4.0 menerapkan pola pembelajaran yang memunculkan dan mendorong kreativitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi dan komunikasi. Dan dari hal tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berkarakter sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas bangsa Indonesia. Untuk dapat menggerakkan guru dalam melakukan pemberdayaan diri masih diperlukan peran serta kepala sekolah. Sebagai seorang pemimpin, kepala sekolah harus mampu menuntun orang-orang yang dipimpinnya menuju pada perubahan proses pembelajaran . Kepala sekolah menjadi motor yang menggerakkan para guru untuk mengubah cara kerjanya. Kepala sekolah harus menampilkan sosok pemimpin yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru melalui keteladanannya. Salah satu pendekatan gaya kepemimpinan yang yang dapat diterapkan kepala sekolah dalam upaya menuntun dan memberdayakan guru-guru menuju transformasi pendidikan 4.0 adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

Islam kaffah telah melarang manusia dalam segala hal bentuk pengerusakan terhadap alam sekitar. Sebagai warga Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah harus menjadi yang terdepan dalam menjaga dan melestarikan alam sekitar. Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Departeman Pendidikan Nasional (Ditjen Dikdasmen Depdiknas), menetapkan bahwa penyampaian mata ajar tentang kependudukan dan lingkungan hidup secara integratif dituangkan dalam kurikulum tahun 1984 dengan memasukan materi kependudukan dan lingkungan hidup ke dalam semua mata pelajaran pada tingkat menengah umum dan kejuruan. Ini membuktikan kesiapan Ditjen Dikdasmen Depdiknas telah mewujudkan sekolah-sekolah yang bersifat karakter dengan peduli lingkungan.

Abstract

Planning and preparation of guidance and counseling programs is an important step in the development of guidance. The goal is for all activities to be organized and systematically coordinated, so that they can run smoothly, efficiently, effectively towards achieving a goal. Guru BK's main tasks are to develop guidance programs, implement guidance programs, evaluate guidance programs, analyze the results of guidance implementation and follow-up in guidance programs for students whose responsibilities are the responsibility. The Guidance and Counseling Program is only described according to the types of services and areas of development without any description of the allocation of time, the classes that will be provided the service, the materials that will be presented and the absence of weekly programs. In other words, the preparation of guidance and counseling programs has not been in accordance with the guidelines for the preparation of guidance and counseling programs.The purpose of training in the preparation of guidance and counseling services program for BK teachers is to provide understanding and insight to develop and develop guidance and counseling programs ideally and professionally, so as to provide good implementation for students. The results of this community service activity show that training in the preparation of guidance and counseling services programs to junior high school teachers: First, there is an increased understanding of teachers towards the preparation of guidance and counseling services programs in the form of. Second, obtained the results of draft guidance and counseling services programs that can be developed by teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide information about the role of the five souls in each individual who lives side by side in the face of the pandemic and the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak and crisis situations to form a person who is responsive and actively follows all provisions for the safety of the souls of themselves and others. This article was created with a literacy study method from various media sources collected during the pandemic period which can be used as a guide in the guidance and counseling services used by Guidance and Counseling teachers in dealing with crisis situations during the pandemic and the Covid-19 outbreak. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of information services using the cognitive behavior therapy approach to increase learning independence at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik. The subjects in this study were counseling teachers, subject teachers and students in class IX, while the objects in this study were 15 students in class IX-F at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik, who experienced problems with lack of independent learning. Implementation of the service is carried out in two times the provision of information services. This research is qualitative research and to obtain data and information in this study, observations and interviews were carried out. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research by applying information services with the Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach, it can increase learning independence
