Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan data dan informasi tentang budaya kerja pegawai yang dilihat dari indikator sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan perilaku karyawan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dimana seluruh responden dijadikan sampel yaitu dengan jumlah 51 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunkan kuesioner model skala likert dengan 5 alternatif jawaban responden, serta  dilakukan pengujian validitas dan uji reliabelitas serta data penelitian dianalis menggunakan rumus statistik sederhana yaitu rumus rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa budaya kerja dilihat dari aspek sikap dan aspek perilaku di tempat kerja telah dilakukan dengan baik namun dari sub indikator masih menggambarkan terdapat beberapa hal yang masih perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi terkait dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SMKN 5 Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMK N 5 Padang dengan jumlah 492 siswa. Sedangkan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 88 siswa yang diambil dari populasi dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel yaitu rumus slovin dengan margin of error 10%. Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif. Uji coba dilakukan kepada 33 siswa kelas XI dan XII diluar sampel penelitian. Uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan program IBM SPSS (Statistic Package and Social Science) 24.0 for windows. Uji validitas penelitian ini menggunakan product moment dengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,444) dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah menggunakan rumus rata-rata (mean). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterampilan guru dalam menjelaskan materi pembelajaran pada komponen: 1) Mengelola program pembelajaran menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,80, 2) Menguasai materi atau bahan pelajaran menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,88, 3) Mengelola kelas menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,02. 4) mengelola dan menggunakan media serta sumber belajar menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,02. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi profesional guru SMK N 5 Kota Padang berada pada kategori mampu dengan skor rata-rata 3,94.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain information about: (1) teacher work motivation, (2) principal's leadership style, (3) whether or not there is a relationship between principal's leadership style and teacher's work motivation at SMKN 6 Padang. The hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership style and teacher work motivation. This research is a correlation research. The population of this study were all teachers with a total of 100 people, while the sample in this study was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with the Slovin formula amounted to 50 people. The instrument used is a Likert Scale model questionnaire with five alternative answers whose results are valid and reliable. The validity test of this study used the product moment with a significant level of 5% (0.444) and the reliability test used the Alpha formula. This research uses SPSS 24.0 program. The research data is processed by finding the average score (mean) and the average level of achievement. Test for normality using the Chi Square formula, for linearity using the Product Moment Correlation formula and testing the significance of the relationship between the two variables using the t test formula. As for the results of the research, there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership style and teacher work motivation at SMKN 6 Padang by looking at the correlation coefficient rhit = 0.425 > rtab 0.279 and the significance test of the correlation t hit = 3.252 > t tab = 2.404. This means that the principal's leadership style (X) has a positive and significant relationship with teacher work motivation (Y). This means that the better the leadership style of the principal, the higher the work motivation of teachers at SMK Negeri 6 Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the results of the analysis regarding lecturer competence in practical learning at universities in the health sector. Lecturer competence is the variable studied with indicators including pedagogical competence, personality competence, social and professional competence. The method used in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data from a sample of 50 students with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. Data collection uses instruments that have passed the validity and reliability process. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that overall, the average lecturer competency of all indicators is categorized as adequate with a score of 2.94 and an achievement level of 73.60. Only one of the four lecturer competency indicators, namely personality competency, received good criteria, while the other three received sufficient categories.

Abstract

Leaders who effectively apply a leadership style can realize their goals by providing motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain information about the leadership style of school principals and teacher work motivation at SMKN 6 Padang. This research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The research population is 100 teachers at SMKN 6 Padang, while the sample in this study was 50 teachers taken using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling calculated using the Slovin formula. The instrument used was a Likert Scale model questionnaire with five alternative answers whose results were valid and reliable. Analysis in this research uses the SPSS 24.0 program to process and analyze normality, linearity and significance tests of the relationship between the two variables. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership style and teacher work motivation, which means that the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant relationship with teacher work motivation. The implication of the results of this research is to increase work motivation through the principal's leadership style, namely increasing the task-oriented leadership style of the principal. In addition, the results of this study show that the interpretation of the principal's leadership style towards subordinates is greater than the interpretation of the principal's task-oriented leadership style.
