Technological advances will be very useful and meaningful to life if used properly and properly. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is in the management information system (SIM). Padang Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School has made use of these technological advancements to support the smoothness and progress of education with the implementation of management information systems. This has been proven by web / sisfo assessment, attendance and report card management. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. Data can be input, accessed, and printed anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, can be accessed via a computer and smartphone (Android).

The Government through the Minister of Education and Culture who is responsible for education issued Permendikbud number 23 of 2017 as a legal basis for full day school policy. Full day school has a negative impact on teachers. One of them has an impact on work discipline. With a variety of problems that occur in the field, ranging from lack of infrastructure to the behavior of students. The teacher will also experience the saturation point, coupled with the number of teacher assignments besides teaching such as administration of learning and so on. With the density of activities, many teachers carry out learning only as a routine, it happened because of the different theories with practice in implementing full day school.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena E-learning dilaksanakan secara tiba-tiba tanpa direncanakan dari awal oleh pihak fakultas. Berbagai respon dari dosen dan mahasiswa muncul. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui manajemen perkuliahan online yang terdapat pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data ialah wawancara yang mendalam dan studi dokumen.Sementara sumber data ialah wakil dekan bidang akademik, ketua/sekretaris prodi dan dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-learning dilaksanakan untuk mengganti perkuliahan konvensional guna mencegah Covid-19, dilaksanakan pada jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan group WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Classroom, Facebook. E-learning yang dilaksanakan berupa fasilitated E-learning. Dosen selalu mendapat arahan dari pimpinan. Adapun yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran daring ialah mahasiswa kesulitan dalam memperoleh jaringan.Â Untuk pengevaluasiannya, setiap dosen harus melaporkan E-learning yang dilaksankan kepada pimpinan.

The purpose of this study is to provide information about the use of information systems in an organization. The development of science and information technology has indirectly changed the point of view and lifestyle of the people in carrying out their activities, one of which is the organization. Moreover, these organizations are large organizations such as M organizations, which have developed and have representation in all regions in Indonesia. Improving the performance of organizations in the future requires an information system and information technology. management information system is an information system designed to provide complete data as a basis for decision making in managerial activities. The use of management information systems in organization M has been applied well and maximally. The use of management information systems in M organizations has embodied a culture of collaboration within the organization. The management information system in organization M has become the foundation for leadership in taking policies / decisions.

The goal of this research is to improve the communityâ€™s economy through development strategy at the Department of Manpower Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Padang Pariaman Regency affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and especially after the economic crisis. This study is a descriptive analysis that employs a qualitative method and relies on both primary and secondary data. In this study, informants were chosen using a purposive sample strategy that was based on certain features. The interviews, observations, and documentation studies using reliable and accurate sources are used to acquire data. The method and source triangulation are two techniques for assessing the veracity of data. While this data analysis approach employs data processing, data analysis, data reduction, and producing conclusions. According to the findings of this study, the strategy used to improve the community's economy can be seen through four indicators: (1) creation of a business climate for UMKM; (2) making integrated information; (3) establishment of a consulting and business development center; and (4) joint marketing system.

There are many teachers do not have skill on operating computer specially to make materials interesting for their students. This study was to improve the technological skills of students, particularly those who teach online. In this study, we attempted to determine how students may utilize YouTube as a medium to strengthen their technological skills. This study was carried out by us with the help of students who took the Education Management Course as the subject of study. The data collection technique used in this study was observation sheets, which were then used to answer the formulation of how the student responses related to the video-making project in the Education Management Course uploaded on YouTube; then, to answer the formulation of how the student’s activities on Education Management, we asked students to complete their video projects and upload them on YouTube; and to answer the formulation of whether the use of YouTube can develop technological skills of students, observation sheets was used. This study concludes that respondents are able to edit and upload video about Education Management on YouTube.

This study aims to determine the principal's leadership style and work climate and its relationship with learning effectiveness at SMK N 1 Lais, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Design This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of 42 teachers and 412 students. For the teacher sample, the entire population is taken so that it is called the research population. The research sample of students was taken by 15% of the 412 students, totaling 62 students. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. In this study, the effectiveness of learning is the main target in improving the quality of education in general. In previous studies, more studied teacher performance factors as the focus of success. Therefore, increasing the effectiveness of learning needs serious attention from various parties, especially to improve factors related to learning effectiveness such as principals' leadership and work climate.

The goal of this study was to determine the impact of academic supervision on teacher professionalism in terms of improving educational quality. This study employs a Literature Study with a qualitative approach, involving a series of activities such as collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. Textbooks, journals, scientific articles, and literature were used as data sources. All writings that support data on academic supervision, teacher competency, and school quality were used as secondary data. The findings of this study suggest that academic supervision and teacher professionalism play a role in educational quality. This paper provides knowledge and data that can be used to improve school quality through academic supervision and teacher’s competence.
