Abstract

Generasi bangsa harus mampu mengimplementasikan nilai- nilai Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup, hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara dan lembaga, salah satunya yaitu di pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis aktivitas pesantren dalam menanamkan nilai- nilai Pancasila pada kehidupan santri. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.  Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulannya adalah santri di pesantren Syaikhona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, sebagai sumber menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan sesamanya. Salah satunya melalui Pendidikan dan program- program pesantren yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila.--------------------------------------------------------------Instilling  the values of Pancasila in the santri’s life in Islamic Boarding SchoolsThe young generation of the nation must be able to implement the values of Pancasila as a way of life. This can be done in various ways and institutions, one of which is in pesantren. This study aims to describe and analyze the activities of pesantren in instilling Pancasila values in the lives of santri. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The conclusion is the santri in the pesantren Syaikhona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan instilled the values of Pancasila, as a source of establishing good relations with each other. One of them is through education and pesantren programs that reflect the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Saat ini penguatan wawasan kebangsaan masih terpusat di persekolahan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Namun sebenarnya penguatan wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda bisa melalui komunitas, salah satunya yaitu komunitas Asian African Reading Club dengan kegiatan utamanya yaitu tadarus buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis kegiatan tadarus buku dalam menguatkan wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi literature. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tadarus buku dapat memperkokoh wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda, hal tersebut dikarenakan buku-buku yang dibaca bertemakan kebangsaan dan adanya kekuatan dari narasumber dalam mendiskusikan terkait dengan topik yang sudah dibaca oleh peserta tadarus buku.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Strengthening the insight into the national generation of the young generation through reading book activities (Tadarus)At present, the strengthening of nationalism is still centered in schooling through the learning of Citizenship Education. But actually strengthening the national insight for the younger generation can be done through the community, one of which is the Asian African Reading Club community with its main activity is book tadarus. This study aims to explore and analyze reading book activities (Tadarus)  in strengthening national insight for the youth.  The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection through interviews, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings of this study indicate that reading book activities (Tadarus)  can strengthen national insight for the youth because books are read with the theme of nationality and the power of the speakers in discussing related topics that have been read by participants.

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This article is motivated by issues attitude and character of citizenship among the younger generation which is very alarming. The understanding of democracy that one result of excessive democratic freedoms. Disorientation attitude and character citizenship (civic disposition) experienced by almost all elements of the nation thus eliminating the identity of the nation and much of the value-milai democracy. Pesantren Daarut Tauhid as modern schools also provide planting of democratic values among his students. The data were taken with the study documentation, observations, interviews, and the active participation of researchers in the field. The results of this study found: democracy education should be introduced in educational institutions schools, for boarding institutions are educational institutions which make the process of developing the potential of learners (students). Through the process of democratic education will produce a democratic man.For students develop civic disposition, pendidikkan process conducted in schools in various ways; 1) exemplary; 2) exercise and habituation; 3) educate through ibrah (taking lessons); 4) educate through mauidzah (advice); 5) educate through discipline; and 6) educate targib wa tahzid (inducements and threats) Abstrak: Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persoalan sikap dan watak kewarganegaran di kalangan generasi muda yang sangat memprihatinkan. Pemahaman terhadap demokrasi yang salah mengakibatkan kebebasan berdemokrasi yang kebablasan. Disorientasi sikap dan watak kewarganegaraan (civic disposition) hampir dialami oleh seluruh elemen bangsa sehingga menghilangkan jati diri anak bangsa dan jauh dari nilai-milai demokrasi. Pesantren Daarut Tauhid sebagai pesantren modern juga memberikan penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi dikalangan para santrinya. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan studi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan partisipasi aktif peneliti dilapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan: Pendidikan demokrasi hendaknya dikenalkan di lembaga pendidikan pesantren, karena lembaga pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan proses mengembangkan potensi peserta didik (santri). Melalui proses pendidikan demokrasi akan menghasilkan manusia yang demokratis.Untuk  mengembangkan civic disposition santri, proses pendidikkan yang dilakukan di pesantren dengan berbagai cara yaitu; 1) keteladanan; 2) latihan dan pembiasaan; 3) mendidik melalui ibrah (mengambil pelajaran); 4) mendidik melalui mauidzah (nasehat); 5) mendidik melalui disiplin; dan 6) mendidik targib wa tahzid (bujukan dan ancaman) DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um019v2i12017p075

Abstract

This article aims to explain the increase of civic competence for the workforce in vocational training centers (BLK) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at BLK level 1 UPTP Aceh. Sources of data obtained by observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis uses mile and hubberman by data reduction, triangulation and display. The results of the study show that BLK have carried out civic competence improvements through soft skill and hard skill training programs and adapted to the 4.0 industrial revolution era. This can be seen through the determination of programs that use TNA (training need analysis), its means looking at programs by  developments needs of the labor market before opening the type of training programs and based on DUDI (business and industry).

Abstract

The implementation of good governance principles is an important aspect of public sector services in government institutions. The policy of implementing the good governance principle in public service has been found in implementing one-roof service policies methods integrated into by Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. This research approach is qualitative with case study methods. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The participants of this research are the head and staff of Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian, and the public service community of teachers and school staff. The results of this research are (1) a one-stop-shop public sector service was a way of improving the quality of good governance public services; (2) the principle of good governance as applied are accountable, accountable, effective and efficient; (3) communities using public services feel a service barrier from aspects of service effectiveness and efficiency, and employees respond while performing public service; (4) efforts made by the Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung will be the socialization of a massive public service procedure and assessments of one-roof service policies by reviewing the good governance indicators used in public sector service in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.
