Abstract

Analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan diperlukan guna mengetahui kemampuan perusahaandalam mengatasi masalah–masalah keuangan perusahaan serta mengambil keputusan yang cepat dan tepat.Analisa rasio likuiditas merupakan rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalammemenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek perusahaan. Analisa rasio profitabilitas merupakan rasio yang digunakanuntuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba yang diperoleh dari penjualan. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisa rasio solvabilitas, likuiditas dan profitabilitas PT. Kalbe Farma periode2014, 2015 dan 2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan PT. KalbeFarma tahun 2014 sampai 2016. rasio likuiditas pada PT. Kalbe Farma cukup baik karena diatas standar industri.Sedangkan hasil analisa rasio profitabilitas kurang baik karena masih dibawah standar industri, kecuali analisalaba per lembar saham biasa menunjukkan kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun.Kata Kunci : Analisa Rasio, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, PT. Abstract

Bisnis online telah menjadi bagian dari kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat Indonesia. Hanya dengan bermodal perangkat gadget, siapaun bisa berbisnis online, tanpa perlu tempat seperti toko yang memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Kami mengadakan pelatihan bisnis online kepada anak anak Yayasan Rumah Harapan Karawang. Ada 20 peserta didik yang terlibat dalam pelatihan bisnis online. Kami menyediakan laptop, modul dan wifi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Pelatihan diadakan selama dua hari. Tujuannya untuk memperkenalkan dunia bisnis online kepada para peserta didik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berdampak positif untuk anak anak di Yayasan Rumah Harapan, mereka memiliki skill membuat akun email, akun media sosial dan pengetahuan tentang bisnis online, sehingga bisa menjadi bekal hidup mereka dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Quality control on reject products at PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in Bekasi is quite good, because it is in accordance with the theory of quality control, at least reject products can be minimized. Documents that are available are functioning properly by HR and the functions of the relevant division are still not maximal in carrying out their duties and authority in quality control in reject products. There are still obstacles. Machine factors that cause the production of goods with reject short material, incomplete documents that hamper the production process goods, as well as unintentional errors in data recording and processing, the solutions that have been made by PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in overcoming these obstacles is as follows: Provide guidance on the types of raw materials to users so that users understand the types of raw materials needed and separate the place of raw materials by type, Make a different identity or lot card for each type of raw material production , from the identity color or lot card and the place where the identity or lot card is separated each type, Solution to overcome unintentional errors in the production process of goods so that the product is rejected because of several factors including creating work instructions and installing them on each table or production machine and giving directives to all machine users to follow the standards of the machine production process procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost of good manufacturing (COGM) appropriately so that companies can determine competitive selling prices with the aim of earning the maximum profit. The method used is descriptive comparative with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is used to describe the production costs incurred in the production process including the cost of raw materials/auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The calculation results show that to produce shoes, raw material costs Rp. 26,500/pair, auxiliary materials Rp. 8,270.13/pair, labor wages Rp. 24,415.58,-/pair and factory overhead costs Rp. 1443,71,-/pair. So that the COGM calculation results for each pair of shoes is Rp. 60,630. Compared with COGM based on traditional (company calculation) amounting to IDR 55,000 with COGM calculation based on accounting rules, a difference of IDR 5,630 is obtained. This difference is due to calculations that companies do not identify BOP in detail. The COGM calculation appropriately can be the company's strategy to determine the selling price.Keyword: Cost of Goods Manufacture, Pricing, Process Costing, Mass Production

Abstract

This study aims to help SMEs for shoe products in calculating the Cost of Goods Manufacture (COGM) appropriately using the process costing method as a strategy to determine the selling price of competitive shoes so that it is hoped that the business can continue. The research was conducted at one of the MSME Shoe Products, namely the Amira Collection, which is located in East Karawang. The comparative descriptive method is used to describe the production costs that occur in the production process including costs to buy raw materials, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The COGM calculation results show the variance (difference) between the company's COGM calculation system and the COGM calculation system using the process costing method where the company's COGM calculation results are lower. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived service quality and corporate image on satisfaction and its impact on Indihome customer loyalty. Data collection was carried out on Indihome customers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi, using email and google forms during November 2021 for 125 respondents. The research was carried out in the form of field research, using the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the perception of service quality was not significant to customer satisfaction, corporate image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, corporate image had a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction significantly mediated influence of Service Quality Perception and corporate image on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Bisnis online telah menjadi salah satu pondasi ekonomi Negara. Meski bisnis konvensional masih tetap berlangsung dan mungkin akan tetap berlangsung tetapi lambat laun bisa terkejar oleh bisnis via online. Kemudahan yang didapat dan banyaknya aneka produk membuat masyarakat bisa mudah memilih produk dengan harga bersaing hanya dari layar handphone. Keberadaan bisnis online pun dibarengi dengan belanja online dari masyarakat. Segala lapisan dan usia banyak yang memilih untuk berbelanja online termasuk dari kalangan mahasiswa. Hanya yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah apakah pandemi covid 19 mempengaruhi minat dan kemampuan belanja online dari mahasiswa, pertanyaan ini lah yang dibahas diartikel ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 150 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Mereka mengisi kuesioner dengan 8 pertanyaan tentang belanja online dimasa pandemi ini. Kesimpulan yang didapat mayoritas mengurangi belanja online, meskipun ada sebagaian kecil yang tetap berbelanja online untuk kebutuhan dan gaya hidup. Mayoritas respoden memilih menyimpan uangnya dari pada berbelanja online, bila pun berbelanja online karena semata-mata untuk kebutuhan yang sangat penting.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a forum for college students or alumni to work and practice the knowledge learned in college. However, in practice, many students have not yet entered into entrepreneurship. Why this happens, the writer tries to find the answer by surveying student respondents to find out their obstacles when talking about entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to determine the points that become obstacles for students to start entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method and using a purposive sampling technique, where the authors randomly distribute questionnaires to respondents from among active students totaling 120 people. The survey period was conducted for one month in the period April 2021. Of the 120 questionnaires distributed, all of them were returned and filled in by respondents. The result was that the survey statement regarding capital was chosen by the majority of respondents as many as 49 respondents as the variable that most inhibited students' interest in starting entrepreneurship and the lowest variable was the variable prohibited by parents which was only chosen by 5 student respondents.

Abstract

Wabah covid 19 telah menjadikan berbagai sektor kehidupan terganggu, baik pendidikan, ekonomi dan kehidupan sehari hari. Sektor ekonomi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini pun ikut terganggu. Banyak pusat perbelanjaan tutup yang berimbas pada pemutusan hubungan kerja. Sebagian lagi tetap buka dengan memberikan berbagai insentif kepada pelanggan seperti harga diskon atau mengantarkan barang langsung kerumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana pemberian diskon menarik minat beli konsumen khususnya Gadget dimasa pandemik ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei memakai teknik purposive sampling, dimana penulis menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang berjumlah 250 orang untuk dimintai pendapatnya bagaimana diskon mampu menambah minat beli konsumen dimasa pandemik covid 19. Periode survei dilakukan selama satu bulan pada periode Juni 2020. Dari 250 kuesioner yang disebar ada 220 kuesioner yang kembali dan diisi oleh responden. Hasilnya mayoritas masyarakat memilih untuk tidak membeli gadget meski dengan pemberian diskon kecuali sebagian kecil yang tetap membeli karena kebutuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana media sosial mempengaruhi gaya hidup mahasiswa. Fokus penelitian ini menilai dari sisi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dengan hadirnya media sosial. Ada dua variabel uang akan diuji dalam artikel ini, variabel bebas media sosial dan variabel terikat perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Artikel ini menggunakan metode correlation pearson untuk mengolah data korelasi atau hubungan antara media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei yakni dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 81 responden. Responden yang dipilih adalah mahasiswa. Data kuesioner responden diuji untuk mengetahui kevalidan data angket. Data kuesioner juga diuji reliabilitasnya untuk mengetahui konsistensinya. Semua data responden diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji validitas semua data kuesioner dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r hitung lebih tinggi dari r tabel. Hasil uji reliabilitas semua data kuesioner dinyatakan reliabel dengan nilai alpha lebih besar dari r tabel. Hasil uji korelasi variabel X terhadap Variabel Y dengan menggunakan correlation pearson. Hasilnya tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa.
