Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Describe the implementation of outreach in distributing information about the ISPO concept. (2) Analyzing the role of extension services in the preparation of oil palm replanting by independent smallholders according to the ISPO concept in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling method used was the multistage sampling method with 90 independent oil palm farmers taken as respondents. Descriptive data analysis and using a Likert scale. The results showed: Extension in Rokan Hulu Regency did not go well. On average, the role of extension is less of a role in providing education, dissemination of information, facilitation, consultation, supervision, and monitoring evaluation to independent patterned oil palm farmers, so that farmers are less independent in implementing ISPO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-help oil palm farming and determine the key attributes in the rejuvenation of self-help oil palm plantations and the implications of self-help oil palm rejuvenation in Rokan Hulu Regency. This research was conducted in three sub-districts in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The three sub-districts are Rambah Samo, Rambah Hilir, and Hulu sub-districts. The sampling of a representative area is by using the Multistage Area Sampling consisting of 9 villages with a sample of 90 oil palm farmers. The results of this study indicate that self-help oil palm farming in Rokan Hulu has an RCR value of > 1, meaning that oil palm farming in Rokan Hulu is feasible. The RCR value of oil palm farming in Rokan Hulu is 1.57 and the determinant attributes for farmers' attitudes in supporting oil palm rejuvenation activities consist of banking activities, cooperative members and cultivation techniques. These attributes have a strong influence on farmers' attitudes as well as the implications of developing self-help oil palm rejuvenation in this study, namely improvements in the attributes of human resources, ease of selling results, capital and legality. This applies as a consideration for the farmers themselves.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the value chain of catfish agroindustry in Desa Penyesawan, to analyze the value or margin received on each chain involved in salted catfish agro industry and to analyze the added value of catfish salai in Desa Penyesawan. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. With this method got 9 business agent of catin fish salt agroindustry as research sample. Data analysis method used is descriptive method of quantitative and qualitative. The data used in this study is the primary data in the form of questionnaires in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of data obtained from relevant agencies. Result of research indicate that there are 2 pattern of value chain that is pattern I: farmer-perpetrator of business-consumer (19,26) and pattern II: farmer-perpetrator of business-merchant retailer-consumer (10,41). The comparison of marketing efficiency at the same actor level shows that the value chain of pattern II is more efficient than the value chain of pattern I (10.41).

Abstract

This study aims to identify marketing channels and market structure pineapple, pineappleanalyzing market behavior and analyzing the performance of pineapple fruit market in thevillage of Kualu Nenas. The data collection method is a survey method. Determination bypurposive sampling of respondents and the formula slovin on pineapple growers as much as33 farmers. Determination of the number of traders, wholesalers and agents agroindustrialdetermined by census where traders, wholesalers and agents agroindustrial taken based on theaccumulation of 33 farmers who sell pineapples to traffickers and agro industry in the villageKualu Nenas, there are 8 traders , 6 wholesalers, and 8 players in the industry. Descriptiveanalysis of data on the market structure and concentration ratio harfindahl index (HI), for thebehavior of markets analyzed by correlation and elasticity of the transmission, and theappearance of markets analyzed by the equation margin trading system. The results showedthe market structure market share, concentration ratios, and HI traders at 0.5469, 54.69%, and0.2990, market share, concentration ratios, and HI wholesalers at 0.6878, 68.78%, and0.4730, and market share, concentration ratios and HI agro-industry amounted to 0.5145,51.45%, and 0.2647 of its market structure among the three is oligopsony. Market behaviorindicates correlation values 0523 and 0515 transmission elasticity analysis. Appearancemarket views on marketing margin is relatively large and is dominated by the great resultsand uneven. Apart from it can be seen also from the uneven distribution margin, the shareprice received by farmers is still relatively low and the ratio of benefits and costs to farmers isstill low. In addition, the bargaining power of farmers is weak because prices are determinedunilaterally by traders, especially on the channel I and channel II while the third channel isrelatively better because of the level of efficiency is lower

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap ikan salai di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Masih rendahnya konsumsi ikan masyarakat di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi membuat stakeholder terkait harus mengupayakan peningkatan konsumsi ikan. Salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap produk olahan ikan yaitu ikan salai. Pemahaman mengenai persepsi konsumen terhadap ikan salai akan memberikan informasi penilaian-penilaian terhadap atribut yang melekat pada produk ikan salai yang akan menentukan pilihan konsumen terhadap ikan salai. Pemilihan tempat pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), yaitu di Pasar Tradisional Berbasis Modern Teluk Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi sebagai pasar pusat tradisional. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis Multi Dimensional Scalling menggunakan program software IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Statistic 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen terhadap ikan salai di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi berdasarkan penilaian konsumen terhadap atribut yang melekat pada ikan salai, untuk penilaian terbaik konsumen terhadap atribut rasa yaitu produk ikan baung salai, kemudian untuk atribut aroma yaitu produk ikan patin salai, selanjutnya atribut tekstur yaitu produk ikan patin salai, untuk atribut warna yaitu produk ikan patin salai, untuk atribut ukuran yaitu produk ikan patin salai, dan atribut tulang/duri yaitu produk ikan pantau salai. Penilaian konsumen terhadap atribut yang melekat pada produk-produk ikan salai, dapat dijadikan sebagai infromasi tambahan dalam melakukan pengembangan pemasaran ikan salai di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Kata kunci : Persepsi Konsumen, Ikan Salai, Multi Dimensional Scalling ABSTRACT This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of smoked fish in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The low consumption of fish by the community in Kuantan Singingi Regency has forced relevant stakeholders to strive to increase fish consumption. One way is to increase public interest in processed fish products, namely smoked fish. An understanding of consumer perceptions of smoked catfish will provide information on the evaluations of the attributes attached to smoked fish products which will determine consumer choices for smoked fish. The choice of place in this study was carried out purposively, namely at the Teluk Kuantan Modern-Based Traditional Market, Kuantan Singingi Regency as the central traditional market. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling, with the number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multi-Dimensional Scalling analysis using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Statistic 2 software program. The results showed that the consumer's perception of salai fish in Kuantan Singingi Regency was based on the consumer's assessment of the attributes attached to the salai fish, for the best consumer assessment of the taste attribute, namely the salted baung fish product, then for the aroma attribute, namely the salai catfish product, then the texture attribute namely smoked catfish products, for color attributes, namely smoked catfish products, for size attributes, namely smoked catfish products, and bone/thorn attributes, namely smoked catfish products. Consumer evaluation of the attributes attached to smoked fish products can be used as additional information in developing the marketing of smoked fish in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan dan penting bagi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, kopi merupakan komoditas yang menjadisalah satu komoditas unggulan daerah. Saat ini isu startegi daerah yang tertuangdalam RPJM Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti 2016 -2021 adalah peningkatan daya saingproduk pertanian.Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis keunggulan kompetitif usahatanikopi liberika di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, 2) Menganalisis keunggulan komperatifusahatani kopi liberika di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, 3) Menganalisis dampakkebijakan pemerintah terhadap daya saing kopi liberika di Kabupaten Kepulauan Merantidan 4)Menganalisis sensitivitas daya saing kopi liberika terhadap perubahan input output. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel54 responden. Penentuan daerah penulisan dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode Policy Analiysis Matrix (PAM) didapatkan bahwa usahatani kopi liberika di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti memiliki dayasaing yang tinggi, (keunggulan kompetitif dan keunggulan komperatif) hal inidiketahui dengan nilai PCR dan DRCR yang kecil dari satu yaitu sebesar 0,39 dan0,07. Untuk kebijakan pemerintah terhadap output. Untuk nilai Transfer factor positif 11.950 menunjukkan adanya kebijakan pemerintah terhadap inputdomestik berupa pajak. Untuk kebijakan input – output belum berjalan secara efektifatau kebijakan pemerintah saat ini kurang mendukung atau melindungi petani kopi diKabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Kebijakan pemerintah ini terjadi pada perdagangan kopisehingga petani kopi belum dapat menerima harga kopi seperti harga sosial, hal ini disebabkan rantai pemasaran kopi yang harus di lalui petani.Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukan bahwa usaha tani kopi liberika tetapmempunyai daya saing yang baik (keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif) walaupunterjadi perubahan input dan output dengan asumsi faktor lainnya tetap (ceterisparibus) yang terlihat dengan nilai PCR dan DRCR tetap di bawah 1. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur, perilaku, dan kinerja pemasaran beras di Kabupaten Bunga Raya. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purpossive sampling yaitu dua desa menjadi sentra produksi padi. Responden penelitian adalah petani padi dan semua agensi pemasaran yang terlibat dalam pemasaran beras dari petani sebagai produsen ke pedagang besar sebagai konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga saluran pemasaran beras yaitu saluran pemasaran I petani menjual kepada pedagang pengumpul dan kemudian dijual ke pedagang besar, saluran pemasaran II petani menjual ke pedagang pengumul yang memiliki penggilingan padi kemudian dijual ke pedagang grosir dan saluran pemasaran III yaitu petani menjual langsung ke pedagang grosir. Struktur pasar beras adalah pasar oligopsoni karena dilihat dari jumlah pembeli yang relatif sangat sedikit, kemudian dilihat dari nilai market share, rasio konsentrasi dan indeks Herfindahl dari pedagang manapun menunjukkan nilai yang tidak terlalu berbeda. Petani sebagai produsen adalah penerima harga (price taker), dimana petani sebagai produsen mendapatkan perubahan nilai harga lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pedagang grosir sebagai konsumen. Margin pemasaran terlihat dari setiap saluran pemasaran yang terjadi menunjukkan bahwa margin dan keuntungan paling banyak didapat oleh pedagang yang melakukan lebih banyak fungsi pemasaran. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the determining attributes of consumer attitudes in consuming import rice. Imported Rice is a relatively new business entering the Indonesian market, especially Pekanbaru city, so it is necessary to carry out a good strategy to maintain its business. The strategy for distributors is through a market-oriented marketing understanding that requires a good understanding of consumer attitudes. This study used accidental sampling method with 36 respondents and purposive sampling for expert or key person as many as 18 respondents. Data was analyzed using prospective analysis. The results showed the determining attributes of consumer attitudes in consuming and buying imported rice based on quadrant I. Prospective analysis consisting of attributes of taste which are not pulen, cream coloured, discount, medium, type of Beras Kita, plain, price and premium that has a strong influence on consumer attitudes and has a dependence between attributes is low. The implications of marketing development are based on quadrant III which consists of attributes of packaging size of 5 kg, packaging size of 10 kg, number of broken granules, cleanliness of no grain. which has a low influence on consumer attitudes and dependence between high attributes so that it becomes output in the system, this applies as a consideration for the producers what should be improved and improved for the development of marketing Rice Imports. Abstract

This study aims to analyze oil palm farming self-help patterns and determine the determinants of successful replanting and the implications of self-help oil palm replanting. The analysis used is a prospective analysis. The results of this study show that independent oil palm farmers in Kampar Regency have an average net income obtained by farmers of 38,814,983.21 / lg / th and the determining attributes for the success of oil palm replanting in Kampar Regency are banks, assistance workers and partners. These attributes have a strong influence on the success of oil palm replanting and there are implications for the development of oil palm replanting self-help patterns in this study, namely improvements in the components of the attributes of ease of selling production products, high demand, knowledge and skills of farming, controlled prices, capital and land legality.

Abstract

The oil palm farming of independent farmers plays an important role as a source of income in Rokan Hilir Regency. This study aims to analyze the income of independent oil palm smallholders in Rokan Hilir. This study used survey methods and interviews with key persons and independent farmers oil palm. The location of this research was determined purposively. A sampling of representative areas using multistage area sampling. The number of respondents was 93 persons. The research data taken consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used to use farming analysis: production costs, revenue, income. The result of the study was that the average total income 0f independent palm oil in Rokan Hilir was IDR 11,434,710.28 per year per hectare or IDR 37,085,765.71 per year per cultivated area. Meanwhile. The average total production cost incurred is IDR 166,888.65 per year per hectare or IDR 1,671,519.76 per year per cultivated area. So that an average net income of IDR 9,124,415.74 per year is obtained per hectare or IDR 30,696,704.21 per year per cultivated area.
