Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kopi Praja, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kopi Praja, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: (1) konsumen sudah pernah datang dan mengkonsumsi produk di Kopi Praja, Bintaro, Tangerang minimal satu kali, (2) periode kedatangannya maximal dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Pengambilan data didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pihak Kopi Praja diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan menambahkan produk-produk baru yang inovatif, agar konsumen merasa puas kebutuhannya terpenuhi dan pihak Kopi Praja dapat menetapkan pricing strategy yang kompetitif agar konsumen tetap merasa puas dengan harga yang ditawarkan dengan kualitas produk yang baik pula. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of health risks, innovation capabilities, and coffee shop atmosphere on changes in consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples is 100 respondents, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling—data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The research locations were in five coffee shops: Tak Kie Coffee, Sun Ho Coffee, Djie Coffee, Bakoel Koffie Coffee, and Gondangdia Luwak Coffee. The results showed that the perception of health risks and the atmosphere of the coffee shop had a significant positive effect on changes in consumer behavior. In contrast, innovation capability harms changes in consumer behavior. The dominant result is the atmosphere of the coffee shop, which has a t-count that is greater, 7.259, than the t-table of 1.960 and a significant value is 0.000. This is because coffee shops carry out health protocols such as distance restrictions, maintaining cleanliness, good air circulation, and the availability of outdoor facilities. Coffee shops should maintain health protocols, and visitors should be limited so that consumers can feel safe and comfortable. They should also be able to make coffee while traditionally not selling coffee online so that the aroma and taste are maintained properly and do not change from the original.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality on business success. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS. The location of this research was conducted at the tourist destination of Lake Cipondoh. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling because the total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh tourist destination. The results of the study partially show that entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality have a significant effect on business success. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on business success, because in entrepreneurship education there is provision of skills in the form of self-development which can be understood as an effort to apply an entrepreneurial spirit and mentality. The family environment has a significant effect on business success, because from the family environment, entrepreneurs are inspired and receive support for entrepreneurship. namely high fighting power, courage and self-confidence, overcoming fear and anxiety, controlling every decision yourself, having an independent nature not depending on others. The value of the coefficient of determination of business success is 69.8%, the variable of business success is influenced by the variables of entrepreneurial education, family environment and personality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-platform aesthetics, e-platform responsiveness, e-platform ease of use dan e-platform information quality terhadap e-customer satisfaction pada pengguna aplikasi Happy Fesh di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif.  Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 108 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan e-platform aesthetics, e-platform responsiveness, e-platform ease of use dan e-platform information quality terhadap e-customer satisfaction. Aesthetic pada platform Happy Fresh memiliki aesthetic yang serasi dan senada ternyata dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.  Responsiveness pada platform Happy Fresh memandang responsiveness yang diberikan cepat, dan akurat sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan layanan yang diterima pada platform Happy Fresh. Ease of use pada platform Happy Fresh memiliki kemudahan dalam penggunaan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Information quality pada platform Happy Fresh memiliki kualitas informasi diperoleh dari platform Happy Fresh dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian secara online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for the decision to stay at Hotel 88 Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple analytical methods. The objects in this study are hotel guests staying at Hotel 88 Jakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The sample of this research is 100 people hotel guests staying at Hotel 88 Jakarta. The results of the study partially show that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on the decision to visit. Hotel 88 service quality is demanded to be able to provide products whose benefits are directly felt by consumers. Hotel 88 is expected to continue to improve service quality and service deficiencies can be evaluated by Hotel 88 so that it can be corrected so that consumer needs and desires are met.
