Abstract

The natural and cultural wealth is a potential asset for tourism in Indonesia. The combination of tourist attractions and supporting facilities is a special advantage for tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine and partially analyze the influence of tourist attractions as an effort to increase visiting interest and servicescape as an effort to increase visiting interest and simultaneously tourist attractions and servicescapes in increasing tourist interest in visiting the concept of halal tourism in Bima City. The number of samples is 100 respondents with purposive sampling through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Collecting data using questionnaires, observation, and literature study. Testing the data using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 20.0. Data analysis used multiple linear regression t-test, F test is carried out. The results show that tourist attractions have an effect as an effort to increase interest in visiting and servicescape has an effect as an effort to increase interest in visiting and simultaneously tourist attractions and servicescape have an effect together as an effort to increase interest in visiting halal tourism in Bima City

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk saling berkompetisi, sehingga promosi dan saluran distribusi yang efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam pendayagunaan sumber daya yang dimiliki harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan pada Sosis BE MART Cabang Bima. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 96 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dimana kuesioner dibagikan kepada konsumen yang perna membeli produk sosis BE MART. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20.00. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan dan saluran distribusi berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan BE MART Cabang Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the product marketing mix of Indomie products in the city of Bima. The type of research used is descriptive, the research location is in the city of Bima. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought Indomie products, the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with the research data source, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using one sample t test. The results showed that the product marketing mix of Indomie products in Bima City was above the predetermined criteria of 75% (Good)

Abstract

This Research was conducted based on the problems in the  Bima Town Kantin Yuank which consumers considered lacking in promoting their products so that consumers were less interested in making online purchasess at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town.The purpose of study  to determine how good the promotion mix is in online purchases (a study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town). This type of research is descriptive. The population used in this study is all consumers who have bought products online from the Kantin Yuank in Bima town whose numbers are not known with certanty (unknown population). the number of samples for descriptive research was 100 respondents using purposive sampling tecnique data collection tecniques used in this research are: validity test, reliability test and t test ( one sample t- test).The research in this study indicate that the promotion mix in online purchases ( study at the Kantin Yuank in Bima town) is more than 70 % of the expected ( good).

Abstract

This community service activity is the provision of training on processing seaweed-based products. The participants of this training activity are mothers of productive age and teenagers. The purpose of this training on processing seaweed-based products is that the community is able to process seaweed into high-value innovation products so that they can help the household economy of the trainees. The training was conducted for 1 day in the Sarae Village office hall. The results of the activity showed that the participants understood the training provided. The success is shown by the positive response from the participants, by being directly involved in the process of processing seaweed into lunkhead and rengginang as well as the packaging process of processed products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the problem of the marketing mix at Astra Motor Dealers in Bima City. The type of research in this research is descriptive research. This research was conducted at Astra Motor Dealers in Bima City. The population in this study is all consumers who have bought a motorcycle at an Astra Motor Dealer in Bima City whose number is unknown (unknown population). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test and statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix at Astra Motor Dealers in Bima City is more than 70% of the expected good.

Abstract

Marketplace is one form of E-Commerce that is progressing rapidly in Indonesia. This research is to find out the effect of product reviews and trust on purchasing decisions in the Shoppe marketplace either partially or simultaneously. This study uses the type of Associative research. To measure the relationship between two independent and dependent variables, questionnaires are used, in which respondents are given alternative answer options for each statement. Questionnaires were distributed to the number of respondents, and all variables were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, t test and f test with the help of SPSS 23.00. The result is product reviews and trust simultaneously have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace

Abstract

This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the effect of Customer Experience and Satisfaction on Repurchasing Decisions at Foodbox Kota Bima. The population in this study were all people in Kota Bima who had bought from Foodbox Kota Bima. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique with 70 respondents. The data collection method used was observation, questionnaire (questionnaire), and library research. Data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T-tests, and F-tests, using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis using the t test show that the independent variable, namely Customer Experience (X1), has no significant effect on the repurchase decision (Y), and satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the repurchase decision (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test show that the two independent variables, namely Customer Experience (X1) and Satisfaction (X2), simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Repeat Buyer Decision (Y).

Abstract

Companies that can compete in a competition are companies that can apply technology in their companies. One of the factors supporting the success of companies and entrepreneurs to gain profits in a wider scope, for this reason one of the strategies that is widely used by entrepreneurs in trading is through digital marketing. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions for typical Bima food products. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis validity, reliability, simple regression test, correlation test, determination test and t test. The results of the study show that digital marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for typical Bima food products

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada royal coffe di kota bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan oleh peneliti berdasarkan daftar pernyataan yang telah disiapkan berkaitan dengan ketiga Variabel yaitu Fasilitas, Harga, dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu tehnik convenience sampling. Convenience sampling merupakan tehnik pengambilan atau pengumpulan informasi dari anggota populasi yang setuju dalam memberikan informasi terkait. Sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Kuesioner, Studi pustaka. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpenharus terhadap kepuasan konsumen di royal coffe tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen terhadap di royal coffe (H1 ditolak), Harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di royall coffe dengan ini nyatakan (H2 diterima) dan Fasilitas dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di royal coffe berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di royal coffe (H3 diterima).
