Abstract

This study aims to analyze perceptions and expectations on SMIs and establish strategies and policies to develop SMI marketing performance. The sample used in this research was 200 SMIs registered in the Department of Industry and Trade of Bandung. The method used was quantitative methods, survey, and descriptive research. The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade and the business managers. The testsconducted werevalidity and reliability test,while the scale used was the Likert Scale. The strategy implementation was analysed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study show that the performance of food and non-food SMIs could be improved and developed.therefore, SMIs have to do several things, namely developing their marketing goals, developing their marketing areas, setting prices according to the packaging, developing their marketing channels, and maintaining product characteristics. The method of marketing used by the sample is good. The strategies used by food and non-food SMIs lie on the top priority quadrants by making continuous improvements so that the level of marketing performance increases. The sample developed its marketing objectives and marketing areas by taking into account the desires and needs of consumers. The business managers of food and nonfood SMIs should: improve their marketing method through concepts, strategies, and market intelligence as well as maximize the use of the internet. Meanwhile, future researchers are suggested to expand research locations and add innovation and creativity variables to obtain better and comprehensive results.

Abstract

Optimalisasi digitalisasi pada UMKM Sanghui, Paras Furniture dan Di & Din Collection. Penerapan digitalisasi pada UMKM sangatlah diperlukan dimasa pandemi seperti ini. Digitalisasi ini berguna untuk mempersiapkan UMKM untuk mampu bertahan menghadapi persaingan usaha baik dari segi pemasaran dan keuangan. Oleh karena itu perlunya pendampingan kepada UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya melalui e-commerce dan mendata keuangan secara digital, sehingga diharapkan mampu membantu UMKM agar lebih efektif dan efisian dalam usahanya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi wawancara secara langsung dengan UMKM perihal masalah-masalah yang dihadapi, berdiskusi tentang penyelesaian masalah dengan pemberian sosialisasi materi tentang digitalisasi pemasaran dan keuangan serta pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan e-commerce pada masing-masing UMKM dan pencatatan keuangan secara digital. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah penerapan digitalisasi pada UMKM diterima dengan sangat baik dan diterapkan oleh para UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee responses and to analyze the direct and indirect influence of competence and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in the production division of PT. XYZ Tbk Bogor. The number of samples in this study was 78 people using probability sampling techniques. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Testing the data using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that the employee's response to performance and competence was in the very good category, and the employee's response to the work environment and work motivation was included in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and work environment have a direct and significant effect on work motivation. Competence, work environment and work motivation have a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence and work environment indirectly have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Local potential-oriented tourism development is important for increasing income and welfare. In addition to increasing income, this development also aims to attract tourists to visit by enjoying everything that is served and providing comfort and safety at tourist sites. However, Ciwaluh Tourism Village is still low in the application of safety in tourist attractions. Tourism development through this Thematic KKN program is carried out with steps consisting of preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The program to be implemented in this activity is the making of warning boards, making rental permit boards, making trash bins and making financial reports. Activities have been realized with outputs in the form of warning boards, rental permit boards, trash bins and books for recording financial reports.
