Abstract

Adanya kasus pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan berkurangnya pendapatan masyarakat Desa Pulao Semambu. Hal ini disebabkan oleh dua faktor yaitu pertama terhentinya berbagai agenda wisata yang dilakukan di Desa Pulau Semambu yang berimbas pada tidak adanya wisatawan yang membeli hasil panen, serta kedua, meskipun masyarakat masih tetap dapat menjual hasil pertaniannya di Pasar Indralaya, namun pandemi COVID-19 juga menyebabkan daya beli masyarakat menurun. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk work from home (WFH) berimbas pada tutupnya sebagian besar rumah makan yang berada di dalam dan di sekitar Universitas Sriwijaya, dikarenakan tidak adanya mahasiswa yang aktif hadir secara langsung sehingga kebutuhan akan sayuran dari Desa Pulau Semambu menjadi menurun. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan informasi teknologi berupa budidaya ikan dengan memanfaatkan ruang pekarangan yang terbatas berupa Teknik budidaya ikan dalam ember (BUDIKDAMBER) serta pengolahan ikan berbasis zero waste. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah tema kegiatan pengabdian tehnik budikdamber dan pengolahan ikan berbasis zero waste diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Desa Pulau Semambu, aktivitas diskusi dan tanya jawab yang berlangsung seru dan menarik. Paket bantuan berupa 5 unit budikdamber dan 5 unit hand sealer sangat bermanfaat untuk pemanfaatan teknologi secara langsung dari materi yang disampaikan dan diharapkan dapat memacu masyarakat untuk dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu/teknologi yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Time Token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 245 Palembang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018 di SD Negeri 245 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan adalah tes kinerja (unjuk kerja). Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas data pretest dan posttest pada kedua kelas tersebut data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan taraf nyata 0,05 diperoleh thitung = 3,46dan ttabel =2,002. Sehingga terlihat bahwa thitung > ttabel, oleh karena itu, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model Time Token terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 245 Palembang. Kata-kata kunci: Pengaruh, model Time Token, keterampilan berbicara.

Abstract

The purpose of his research was to determine the chemical characteristics and the heavy metal (Pb and Cd) content on producers in Palembang. The research was conducted on February 2014 until March 2014. The results obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive methods. Parameters observed were chemical analysis (moisture content, protein content, fat content, ash content and carbohydrate content) and analysis of heavy metals lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd). Chemical characteristics of pempek lenjer in this study with the range of water content between 48.89%-66.92%, ash content 1.01%-5.80%, protein content 0.042%-2.027%, fat content 1.01%-1.67% and carbohydrates 22.64%-39.05%. Where as lead (Pb) < 0.0104 mg/kg was detected on concentration less than and cadmium (Cd) < 0.0006 mg/kg.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine nutrient contents and characteristics of wet noodles which substituted with meat of Golden Snail (Pomacea Canaliculata). The nonfactorial complete randomized design was used with five treatments and 3 replications. The different concentration meat of golden snail A0 (0%), A1 (10%), A2 (20%), A3 (30%), A4 (40%).The parameters were proximate analysis (water content, ash content, fat content, protein content and carbohydrate content), colour test, elasticity test, sensory (color, aroma, texture, and taste). The addition meat ofgolden snail was significant on moisture content, ash content, fat content, protein content, carbohydrate content, and the color of wet noodles but was not significant on elasticity of wet noodles. Hedonictest was significant on the color with the addition of a wet noodle meat of golden snailand was not significant on aroma, texture and taste of wet noodles by addition meat of golden snail. Treatment A2(meat 20% and wheat 80%) was the best treatment in this research with a value of protein content 15.57%, carbohydrate content 8.4%, fat content of2.55%, moisture content 56.99% and ash content of 1.81%.

Abstract

Heavy metal was a pollutant because its stable and difficult to disentangle. Heavy metals in the waters of Banyuasin’s estuaries alleged negative impact on crabs and other aquatic animals. To see the impact research on the analysis of heavy metal content in the crab (Scylla serrata), in the territorial waters of Banyuasin’s estuaries. The objective of this study was to determine the content of heavy metals (Pb, Cu and Fe) in the crab meat (Scylla serrata) in the territorial waters of Banyuasin’s estuaries. Completely randomized design was used with 3 stations treatment and each station was repeated 3 times. Parameters observed were lead (Pb), copper (Cu) and iron (Fe).The results showed that the content of lead (Pb), copper (Cu) and iron (Fe) were different at each station.The highest content of lead (Pb) was on SI 0.0073 ppm and the highest content of copper (Cu) was on S-III 0.3713 ppm. The result indicates that still safe the crab (Scylla serrata) to consume based on national standards Pb 0,5 mg/kg and Cu 20 mg/kg . Iron content exceeds the standards set by the Department of Health in S-II at 2.054 ppm. Results of analysis of the iron content (Fe) on crab meat in consumption should be limited according to the established standards 2 mg/kg.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the deposition of protein in snakehead fish (Channa striata) surimi wash water and know the effect of the ratio of ethanol and surimi wash water from snakehead fish (Channa striata) on the recovery of protein water solubility. Design was used with two factors of treatment which were repeated twice. The factors of treatment consist of surimi wash frequency and the addition of ethanol concentration. The parameters observed were water-soluble protein analysis and SDS-PAGE analysis. The highest precipitation in the treatment T2, while the lowest precipitation in treatment T0. Based on BJND test, every treatment showed different precipitated with other treatments. In each sample the water-soluble protein content (PLA) in the first washing is greater than the second washing. Based on BJND test, treatment T1, T2, and T3 were not different but significantly different with treatment T0 (without ethanol). The treatment effect of the ratio of ethanol and surimi wash water from snakehead fish effect on the percentage of water-soluble protein content. SDS-PAGE analysis showed treatment P1T0, P1T1, and P2T0 still contains albumin with a molecular weigh of 68.75 kDa. Results recovery of protein from the ratio effects of ethanol and snakehead fish surimi wash water from showed thet the use of ethanol is able to precipitate proteins. The use of ethanol is added to snakehead surimi wash water serves as a coagulant.

Abstract

Pulau Semambu village has potential sources of fishery products for the Indralaya area. This program aimed to socialize the manufacture of processed catfish (Clarias batracus) products. This activity is one of the efforts to fulfill nutritional needs and increase family income which is an effort to empower the creative economy through the participation of the Pulau Semambu villagers. Data and information from this service were obtained through observation and interviews. The method has used the PLA (Participatory Learning and Action) method. This service program was attended by 30 Semambu villagers. The product making was easy implemented for Semambu villagers. The post-test score in this activity were 83.36% (fish jerky) and 75.58% (fish bone cracker) regarding the understanding of the product started in definition, making, and advantages. The applicable of product making was a alternative income-generating efforts, in addition to fulfilling nutritional intake.

Abstract

Daun bunga lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) memiliki senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi sebagai minuman berkhasiat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisikokimia daun bunga lotus sebagai minuman teh herbal. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial (RALF) dengan menggunakan dua perlakuan yaitu formulasi P0 (100% daun lotus), P1 (70% daun lotus: 30% bunga lotus), P2 (40% daun lotus: 60% bunga lotus), dan perlakuan lama pelayuan yaitu H1 (lama pelayuan 8 jam) dan H2 (tanpa pelayuan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan formulasi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar abu, kadar abu larut dalam air, kadar abu tak larut asam, dan kadar ekstrak dalam air. Namun perlakuan lama pelayuan berpengaruh terhadap kadar abu dan kadar tanin. Kadar air teh daun bunga lotus berkisar 6.58%-9.02%, kadar abu berkisar 5.94%-6.68%, kadar abu larut dalam air berkisar 79.64%-81,93%, kadar abu tak larut asam berkisar 0.31%-0.63%, kadar ekstrak dalam air berkisar 22.15%-25.84% dan kadar tanin berkisar 6.87-12.04 mg TAE/g. Semua perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar abu larut dalam air kadar abu tak larut asam dan kadar ekstrak dalam air. kecuali kadar abu dan kadar tanin
