Abstract

Modern office administration services are a demand in today's digital transformation era. However, each region has different customs or cultures according to their local wisdom. Therefore, a true administrator figure is able to adapt in order to realize service excellence to service recipients in both the business and public sectors. Experts have adjusted office administration services through 5 (five) functions such as: 1) Managerial Functions, 2) Interpersonal, 3) Technical, 4) Routine, and Analysis or in other words the PARTNER function.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi positioning pada PT. Planet Beckham 18 dalam membangun citra perusahaan di Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah marketing PT. Planet Beckham 18, Manager HRD PT. Planet Beckham 18. Suvervisor Purchasing PT. Planet Beckham 18 dan pelanggan PT. Planet Beckham 18. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui metode Observasi, metode Wawancara, metode Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Reduksi Data (pengurangan data), Display Data (penyajian data), dan menarik Kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak perusahaan yang melakukan strategi posisi dalam meningkatkan citra sudah mampu meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan dalam benak fikiran pelanggan, berdasarkan penarikan kesimpulan dari wawancara para pelanggan. pada empat bidang yaitu strategi positioning dalam bidang harga dan kualitas ( price or quality), yaitu dengan mengutamakan pelayanan yang baik dan penetapan harga susuai pasar. Produk (produk), menghadirkan berbagai produk jasa komplit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Pesaing (competitor positioning menghadirkan berbagai produk jasa dalam satu tempat yang menjadi pembeda (differensiasi) dan manfaat (benefit positioning) di bidang manfaat yaitu berupa manfaat jasmani dan rohani. Pada PT. Planet Beckham 18 di Kabupaten Gowa telah berhasil meningkatkan posisi brand image dan citra perusahaan di benak pelanggan dan di pasaran persaingan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample in this study was the total population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the Maros Regency Regional Secretariat employees.

Abstract

Birokrasi yang memiliki fungsi sebagai artikulator kepentingan publik kerap kali mengalami kendala dalam mengupayakan hal yang menjadi tuntutan publik dalam perencanaan pembangunan partisipatif agar menjadi program yang benar-benar terealisasi sesuai kebutuhan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengapa dan bagaimana pola yang membuat birokrasi kehilangan fungsi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan tipe multi kasus dan teknik analisis data multi analisis. Hasil penelitian menunkukkan bahwa; pertama, semakin panjang mekanisme semakin berkurang kemampuan birokrasi untuk mengartikulasi kepentingan publik, kedua, semakin banyak aktor politik semakin menurun fungsi birokrasi untuk mengartikulasi kepentingan publik, ketiga, semakin banyak aturan maka semakin menurunkan fungsi birokrasi mengartikulasi kepentingan dan keempat, semakin kecil arena artikulasi semakin sempit ruang eksistensi kepentingan publik.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that (1) The description of the Bolu Cukke Home Industry business in Lajoa from 1989 until now has developed well, seen from the Bolu Cukke enthusiasts who are not only from the surrounding community but many are from outside the region. Currently, traditional food sponge cake has been used as a typical food of Lajoa, Jennae Village, especially Soppeng Regency (2) Home Industry Bolu Cukke in Lajoa is declared feasible because it has fulfilled aspects according to business feasibility study analysis such as aspects of legality, financial aspects, technical aspects of production, management and organizational aspects, socio-economic aspects, environmental impact aspects, but in terms of market and marketing aspects are not optimal both online and offline (3) Supporting factors Raw materials for home industry sponge cake in Lajoa Jennae Village, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency such as in terms of the price affordable, strategic location and create jobs. As for the inhibiting factors, such as the marketing process that does not reach the broad market due to the absence of the application of modern technological tools.
