Abstract

The Gondanglegi Subdistrict is one of the areas prone to flooding due to high-intensity rainfall and a predominantly low-lying topography. One effort in flood disaster mitigation is through the implementation of participatory mapping involving active participation from various stakeholders, including local communities, local governments, and non-governmental organizations. The objectives of this research are to conduct participatory mapping regarding the vulnerability level of flood disasters in the Gondanglegi Subdistrict of Malang Regency, to understand the role of participatory mapping in flood disaster mitigation planning in the Gondanglegi Subdistrict of Malang Regency, and to identify the factors causing floods in the Gondanglegi Subdistrict of Malang Regency. This research adopts the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach as the main method. The results of this research indicate four levels of flood disaster vulnerability in the Gondanglegi Subdistrict, namely not vulnerable, moderately vulnerable, vulnerable, and highly vulnerable. Participatory mapping provides significant benefits to the community in terms of understanding and mitigating floods. Floods are caused by natural factors such as rainfall and topography, as well as non-natural factors such as inadequate water channels and indiscriminate waste disposal by the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of source and concentration of natural PGR on growth and yield of shallot Lembah Palu variety and interaction between these factors. This research was conducted from May to August 2019 in Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, and used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the different sources of natural PGR (J) consisting of 2 (two) treatments: J1 (coconut water) and J2 (moringa leaf extract). The second factor was the concentration of PGR (K) consisting of 5 (five) levels: K1 (20%), K2 (40%), K3 (60%), K4 (80%), and K5 (100%). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and followed by a DMRT test 5%. The results showed that there was an interaction between the source and concentration of PGR number of tillers at age 45 DAP, the number of tubers per clump, and the fresh weight of tubers per clump. Coconut water with a concentrate of 40% was the treatment that provided the highest result. Source of PGR had a statistically significant effect on fresh and dry leaves at age 15 DAP, total fresh and dry weight at age 15 DAP, and total leaf area per plant at age 15 DAP. Coconut water was the treatment that provided the highest result. The concentration of PGR had a significant effect on fresh leaf weight and total fresh weight per plant at age 25 DAP. Concentrate 20% was the treatment that provided the best result.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis kontemporer, pemasaran etis telah menjadi masalah penting. Tujuanprogram ini adalah untuk menemukan metode yang berguna untuk meningkatkankesadaran masyarakat tentang praktik pemasaran etis. Metode kualitatif menunjukkanbahwa edukasi konsumen, transparansi perusahaan, dan penggunaan media sosial untukmempromosikan praktik pemasaran etis dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat.Media sosial sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi interaksi dua arah dan menjangkau adiens yang lebih luas. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah, perusahaan, dan organisasi non-pemerintah harus bekerja sama untukmendukung dan mengawasi praktik pemasaran etis. Ini akan membangun masyarakat yang lebih sadar dan kritis terhadap masalah etika dalam bisnis.
