Abstract

Success is everyone's dream, but not a few people retreat and even fail because they are not ready to face the process of achieving that success. Joseph is the son who is dearest to his father, but this makes his brother hate him. Joseph is a character in the Bible, and Joseph realized that all the thoughts of his brothers, all the difficulties he experienced, were solely in God's design, and God had a good purpose in the difficulties he experienced. In a sense, Joseph's personal spirituality determines how he can have an adversity quotient so that Joseph became a tough person in facing all the challenges of his life. This study aims to analyze personal spirituality and adversity quotient. The research method used is content analysis. Research questions: what is the relationship between personal spirituality and Adversity Quotient? and to what extent can personal spirituality make someone strong in AQ? The result showed that personal spirituality and adversity quotient is related to one another. Based on the text analysis, it was found that the relationship between personal spirituality and adversity quotient on content: personal spirituality that comes from family influence, personal spirituality that comes from character, Joseph's spirituality in facing challenges (family, female, wealth and power), and personal spirituality in the knowledge of God and understanding His plan thus forming his adversity quotient.

Abstract

Ibadah streaming merupakan salah satu cara untuk memfasilitas jemaat untuk dapat dilayani melalui ibadah yang didalamnya juga terkandung pujian, penyembahan dan firman Tuhan. Dalam pengertian, hakikat ibadah menentukan ibadah streaming layak disebut sebagai ibadah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauhmana pentingnya memahami hakikat ibadah dalam ibadah streaming. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian konten analisis yang di jelaskan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis isi yang dilakukan, ditemukan hubungan antara hakikat ibadah dengan ibadah streaming pada konten: 1) Perjanjian Lama:  Sejak zaman Kain dan Habel, Patriakh (Abraham, Ishak, Yakub), Musa, Para Hakim, Daud, Salomo, Nabi-nabi, Mazmur. 2) Perjanjian Baru:  Sinagoge, Injil Sinoptik (sikap hati, Menyembah dalam roh dan kebenaran), Paulus (Mengenal Allah yang disembah, Mempersembahkan totalitas hidup, ibadah tanpa kepura-puraan, ibadah berguna dalam segala hal), Ibrani (menyucikan hati nurani, Mengekang lidah). Sehingga pelaksanaan ibadah bukan masalah dimana dan kapan dilaksanakan tetapi bagaimana spiritualitas pribadi seseorang dalam menghormati Tuhan dalam ibadahnya, baik melalui ibadah streaming. Karena sejarah Alkitab membuktikan para tokoh-tokoh Alkitab melakukan ibadah dimana mereka memiliki keterikatan spiritualitas dengan Allah.

Abstract

The training on the production of herbal rice kencur is a simple training, with a small capital but has big benefits. And the herbal rice kencur has very good benefits for health. The students of the Indonesian Bible Institute are students who come from various cities in Indonesia, even herbal rice kencur is something new for them. The training method used is the delivery of materials and direct assistance from manufacture to marketing. The production of herbal rice kencur is very attractive to students, it can be seen from the conclusion of the questionnaire that became the evaluation material. The results showed: 1) The training on the production of herbal rice kencur was very beneficial for the participants, 2) Besides being easy and cheap to manufacture, the production of herbal medicine for rice kencur has a good market and many enthusiasts, 3) The profits from the production of herbal medicine for rice kencur are very promising, 4) The manufacture of herbal rice kencur can open up personal business and employment opportunities for people who are in economic difficulty. 5) Input to the Joshua Ministry and to the Indonesian Gospel Institute to continue to produce herbal rice kencur production activities to equip students.
