The selected journal criteria are journals published in 2015-2021. SLM activities in elementary schools are influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is that the principal has a good commitment to carry out SLM activities, teachers and students and other components of the school also contribute to the success of SLM activities in elementary schools. Availability of sufficient funds to provide the necessary books is also a factor supporting SLM. While the inhibiting factor is that there are still very few books available so students cannot choose reading books that match their interests. Reading books is the main factor that must exist to make this SLM activity a success. Therefore, the procurement of reading books is very necessary. Students' reading habits are still low, they are still waiting for the teacher's orders to carry out SLM activities. The SLM schedule is not fully for 15-minute reading activities as specified in the manual. Lack of parental involvement in SLM activities.

Abstract

Elementary schools in Driyorejo Gresiks consist of 11 private elementary schools and 26 public elementary schools. The location of the school is mostly located in rural areas and most teachers are rarely involved in scientific activities carried out by universities, so that the knowledge and understanding of teachers is still not related to learning media or other learning innovations. The results of interviews obtained from several teachers in public and private elementary schools at UPTD Driyorejo, Gresik Regency obtained information that some teachers almost never use blog-based  learning media  because the media does not exist and the ability of teachers to develop it is also lacking. This has an impact on the implementation of learning activities that take place less meaningfully and tend to be rote in nature. The use of blog-based  learning  is expected to increase teacher innovation, motivate, and increase student achievement optimally.  Community service is carried out by conducting training on the implementation of blog-based learning  media.  The training implementation stage is carried out in two sessions.  The first session explained the  blog-based learning media material. Second session of  training iimplementation of blog-based learning media for elementary school teachers in Driyorejo Gresik.

Abstract

Language as a means of human interaction is related to human speech acts, especially in the use and selection of language when communicating. Traders in the market are identical to using certain language codes to sell their goods to attract buyers. Using speech codes during buying and selling transactions shows the trader's self-identity in the market environment. Market traders use various speech codes to talk to buyers. This paper focuses on the speech codes the traders use to convince customers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research data source comes from the speech of market traders, especially herbal medicine traders in the Magetan Market. The data were collected with the support of recording, note-taking, and interview techniques. The data analysis starts by grouping the speech data based on the speech code used and then analyzing the speech code based on the problem formulation. The results of this study show that traders in the market interacting with buyers use speech codes of Javanese 'ngoko' and 'krama' and Indonesian. In addition, jamu sellers also code-switch and code-mix in communicating with buyers.
