Abstract

Science Program for the Community aims to implement “tri dharma” college in terms of community service in helping partners provide solutions to the problems faced in optimizing the yard land. This IbM program applies educational methods that involve the active participation of “Tani Mulyo I group, withsome members already breeding catfish. Activities include (1) socialization, (2) efficient and safe pondmaking training, (3) training on the introduction and processing of fish feed from surrounding waste. Outcomes from this program can form an independent business group of catfish breeders, able to managethe business properly, can make alternative feed and able to apply feed technology. The stages of the implementation oftraining and mentoring include the formulation stage. The resultof this dedication activity is to optimize the yard land owned by the community of devoted partners, empower the potentialpartners to increase the income of the community, increase the knowledge information about the manufacture of fish ponds from “terpal”, and feed management.Keywords: IbM, Optimalisasi lahan, Budidaya lele,  Pendapatan masyarakat

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has affected the industrial sector which has an impact on the cessation of the wheels of business and must stop operating. The results of the 2020 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) survey noted that 82,85% of companies were affected by the covid-19 virus. Based on the sector, accommodation and beverage/food business experienced the most decline in income, which was 92,47%. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage increase or decrease in account items in statement of financial position in the base year 2019 and the comparison years 2020 and 2021in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the company’s financial performance from the 2019-2021 periode has increased and decreased, which can be seen from the comparison per two years on the balance sheetbased on trend analysis. Increases and decreases in performance have no significant effect because the company is still able to run and operate. From the result of the analysis of financial statements using the trend method, it can be concluded that the ICBP company has the best performance seen in the accounts on the balance sheet which has increased compared to other companies.

Abstract

Competition is getting tougher going on in the automotive industry, especially motorcycle product because this product is a tool of the most dominant land transport and required a lot owned by the public. Thus, making the motorcycle repair business is one of the most sought after business services. a general motor-cycle repair workshop private property or individuals who offer service, spare parts replacement, and maintenance to the motor with a common brand. Quantitative research with the consumer population bike shop in Surakarta. The results showed that service quality in business services and significant positive effect on the inter-est revisited at the general bike workshop with case studies in Surakarta.

Abstract

In global business, each company requires to provide cheap products, good quality and services, and appropriate customer orders. Supply chain management should beadopted by the company in order to survive and win the market competition. This study aims to investigate the implementation of supply chain management in a fresh flower business, to observe the benefit of adopting the supply chain management which is assessed from goods suppliers, and to evaluate the distribution implementation to the customer. Supply chain management approach is conducted by involving all the interactions among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. The chaincovers not only transportation, scheduling information, cash and credit transfer, but also the transfer of ideas, designs, and materials. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In conclusion, it is shown that the supply chain management approach potentially improves the competitiveness of the fresh flower business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat antara perguruan tinggi swata yang ada di Surakarta. Sehingga, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta harus melakukan strategi yang khusus untuk dapat bersaing dengan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi konsumen, persepsi kualitas, sikap konsumen dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi swasta di Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa motivasi konsumen sebesar (0,117), sikap konsumen sebesar (0,406), persepsi kualitas sebesar (0,545), dan pengetahuan konsumen sebesar (0,298), dari keempat variabel independen tersebut, yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap keputusan memilih.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan dituntut untuk terus meningkat. Salah satu langkah untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan dan melakukan serangkaian perbaikan agar selalu meningkatkankualitas karyawan tersebut sehingga perusahaan tumbuh dan unggul dalam persaingan, atau minimal tetap dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel (sampling) purposive sampling dengan kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 100 mengunakan variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 72,9% atas jawaban setuju pada pertanyaan kelima yaitu setiap saya mendapat kesulitan, rekan kerja mau memberikan bantuan kepada saya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama antar karyawan di lingkungan yayasan pendidikan perguruan tinggi Sahid Surakarta sangat baik. lingkungan kerja hasil terbanyak sebesar 72,9% atas jawaban setuju dengan pertanyaan hubungan saya dengan karyawan lain harmonis.

Abstract

Government policies related to taxation have become one of the policies that have major challenges and concerns from the public, because most of the approximately 76% of development in Indonesia comes from the state budget, most of which are supported by tax revenues. Some things that cause taxpayers to obtain an appeal letter or SP2DK include data on assets owned by taxpayers who have never been reported in Annual Personal Income Tax Returns and the value added of buildings due to significant development that has the potential to be subject to VAT over activities build yourself. The Acoount Representative (AR) counseled the Taxpayers and gave a response as to why they did not pay taxes. Account Representative (AR) follows up on the taxpayer's response.

Abstract

This article explores the domain of entrepreneurial research by thematically mapping and assessing the intellectual area of the field. Existing reviews show that the body of knowledge of entrepreneurship is growing, and while important contributions to theoretical and methodological integration are proven, the field is described as phenomenal based, potentially fragmented and suffering from theoretical shortcomings. Based on that entrepreneurship encompasses a variety of entrepreneurial developments throughout the country, we identify 44 relevant journal articles published in the 2009-2018 period. We inventory the development domain of entrepreneurship to provide relevant and comprehensive research organizations. This involves examining the subject of Entrepreneurship research, and inductively synthesizing and categorizing it into the main themes and sub-themes. As such, we offer reliable, ontologically constructed, and practically useful resources. From this basis, we discuss phenomena, problems, inconsistencies, and temporary debates in which new theories of entrepreneurship continue to develop and research can be done. We conclude that Entrepreneurship has several thematic fields that are coherent and rich in potential for future research and theory development.
