Abstract

Writing this article is to explain "traditional game-based learning to develop the potential of language and socioemotional early childhood", particularly of children aged 5-6 years (kindergarten). To that end, the description in this article include: learning in early childhood education, the development potential and the socio-emotional language in kindergarten, and the implementation of the traditional game based learning in kindergarten. The first description includes a foothold learning in early childhood education and a theme-based learning, based learning centers, the traditional games in early childhood education. The second description covers the scope of language and socio-emotional development of children and the level of achievement of language and socio-emotional development of children. The third description includes the scope of application of the language and socio-emotional development of the child, the application-based learning centers, approach of learning theme, and the application of traditional games in learning.Keywords: learning, traditional game, language, socio-emotional

Abstract

This article explains result of qualitative research "learning through playing at for in framework of ability expansion is having language child in TK  Islam  Al Azhar  Kota Jambi".  Result  of  the  research  is  description  of  the  learning  related  to  planning, execution,  and  evaluation.  Its  individuality  including  (a)  ability  expansion  scope  is having  language,  (b)  bases  on  area,  and  (c)  having  approach  tematic.  Linguistic expansion  covers  receives  language,  lays  open  language,  and  letter.  Learning  is executed in area "Preparation, Plays Role, Log, Nature Material, Imtag, and ArtisticCreativity”.  Theme exploited as unifier development scopes of chlid. The evaluation is  observation,  assignation,  activity  short  exchange,  anecdot  record-keeping, conversation, document, and description of chlid profile.Keywords: learning through playing, ability is having language child, area

Abstract

Purpose of writing of this article is explain "language expansion method and the applying at learning bases on theme and sentra in Nursery school". With respect to it, this article studies fundamental three things, that is language expansion method, learning in Nursery school, and language expansion method at learning in Nursery School. Solution firstly include; covers elementary development and child language indicator, expansion of child language competence, and ability expansion is having language through playing. Including second solution method to tell a story, speaks, question-answer, plays at role, sosiodrama, and fild trip. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran berbahasa anak Taman Kanak-kanak Kemala Bayangkari Jambi (TK-KBJ). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian guru dan anak Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 TK-KBJ. Kegiatan pembelajaran terdiri atas tiga siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian: peneliti sendiri, lembar pengamatan, pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan alat perekam gambar-suara. Teknik analisis data penelitian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini penggunaan permainan tradisional dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran bahasa anak TK-KBJ. Kualitas proses, sebagai berikut: skor pada Siklus-1: 2,34, kualitasnya kurang baik (KB); Siklus-2: 3,40, kualitasnya cukup baik (CB); dan Siklus-3: 4,39, kualitasnya: baik (B). Kualitas hasil potensi berbahasa anak, skor pada Siklus-1: 0,50, kualitasnya belum berkembang (BB); Siklus-2: 1,16, kualitasnya mulai berkembang (MB); dan Siklus-3: 2,00, kualitasnya berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Kata kunci: pembelajaran, permainan tradisional, potensi berbahasa anak Abstract This study aims to describe the use of traditional games to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes of children's language learning at Kemala Bayangkari Kindergarten Jambi (TK-KBJ). This research uses classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were teachers and children in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year TK-KBJ. Learning activities consist of three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Research instruments: the researcher himself, observation sheets, interview guides, field notes, and a picture-sound recorder. Research data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study using traditional games can improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes of children's language learning in Kindergarten-KBJ. Process quality, as follows: score in Cycle-1: 2.34, poor quality (KB); Cycle-2: 3.40, the quality is quite good (CB); and Cycle-3: 4.39, quality: good (B). The quality of the child's language potential results, the score in Cycle-1: 0.50, the quality is not yet developed (BB); Cycle-2: 1.16, the quality starts to develop (MB); and Cycle-3: 2.00, the quality is developing as expected (BSH). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pengembangan aspek-aspek potensi berbahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK KS-IB Jambi. Penelitian ini berpendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Kajian penelitian berfokus pada pengembangan aspek-aspek potensi berbahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun yang terungkap pada “rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian” (RPPH) Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan human instrument (instrumen peneliti sendiri) dan dokumen RPPH. Data penelitian berupa RPPH, dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan potensi berbahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK KS-IB Jambi, sebagai berikut: (1) implementasi unsur-unsur pendukung aspek mendengar dan membedakan bunyi suara, sebesar 57,15% (cukup lengkap); (2) implementasi unsur-unsur pendukung aspek berkomunikasi atau berbicara lancar, sebesar 81.81% (lengkap); (3) implementasi unsur-unsur pendukung aspek pemahaman hubungan lisan dan tulisan (pramembaca), sebesar 60% (cukup lengkap); dan (4) implementasi unsur-unsur pendukung aspek pemahaman hubungan gambar dan tulisan (pramenulis), sebesar 100% (sangat lengkap). Kata kunci: implementasi, pengembangan,  potensi berbahasa anak Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of the development of aspects of the language potential of children aged 5-6 years in TK KS-IB Jambi. This research has a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research study focuses on developing aspects of the language potential of children aged 5-6 years which are revealed in the "Daily Learning Implementation Plan" (RPPH) Semester II of the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This research uses human instrument (researcher's own instrument) and RPPH document. Research data in the form of RPPH, analyzed by stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of the language potential of children aged 5-6 years in TK-IB Jambi Kindergarten is as follows: (1) implementation of the supporting elements for listening and distinguishing sounds, by 57.15% (quite complete); (2) implementation of the supporting elements in the aspect of communicating or speaking fluently, amounting to 81.81% (complete); (3) implementation of supporting elements in the aspect of understanding oral and written relationships (pre-reading), by 60% (quite complete); and (4) implementation of supporting elements in understanding the relationship between pictures and writing (pre-writing), by 100% (very complete). Abstract

This research intends to examine how students are prepared to become teachers in the industrial revolution 4.0 age in order to carry out teaching professionally and competently and produce the next generation of exceptional instructors. The methodology for this study is a quantitative survey model with 261 samples of students who have participated in teaching practice program activities and 755 populations. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research's first key result is that colleges have a crucial role to play in preparing teacher candidates for the industrial revolution 4.0 by enhancing education quality, distributing education fairly, and extending access via relevance. Second, by putting the study's theory to the test, students' perceptions of the teaching profession are improved. It may be inferred that students are more prepared to become teachers if learning techniques and models are combined in accordance with current trends in technology and society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine how future economics teachers in the province Jambi felt about their practicum experiences and the teaching profession overall. The population of this study is 755, and the approach used is quantitative research with a survey model. The sample comprises students who have successfully completed teaching practice programs, with up to 261 replies. The data was then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and structural equation modelling (SEM). The research's findings include the following: First, students are beginning to have a positive opinion of the teaching profession. Second, by incorporating teaching strategies and models in line with students' present-day technological and time needs, they obtain a greater knowledge of learning media via the experience of teaching practice programs in educational institutions. Third, aspiring teachers are equipped to fulfill the duties of accredited and seasoned educator.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the school environment and teacher communication on the competence of economics teachers. The study used quantitative research design approach by using a survey model. The participants in this study were 142 teachers from public and private vocational high schools in Jambi Province and and using the Slovin formula to represent the entire population of 264 teachers. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmation of theoretical factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The findings in this study the school environment, teacher communication, and teacher competence can understand students by utilizing the principles of student cognitive development so that teachers can understand student personality development and reflect on it in the learning process, helping teachers to have the opportunity to apply material learning theories to daily life activities, and broaden the ideas and thoughts that the teacher has to students so that students understand the learning material provided.  The conclusion in this study is that learning in the school environment, teacher communication, and good teacher competence can increase understanding, interest, make student learning more enjoyable, and direct student learning activities to be more active.
