Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly fast and developing, so the need for a technology is one of the webs-based software technology, with this web being used to make difficult work easy, the purpose of this research is to design and build an inventory application for Islamic boarding schools Miftahul Jannad. in the survey village by applying the Nielsen modeling. The research method used is the method of observation, interviews and literature studies, the approach method is the Nielsen modeling method, where Nielsen's modeling consists of learnability, efficiency, memorability, few errors, satisfaction, the results of Nielsen's modeling are obtained to test the validity of learnability with counted r counts. 0.868, 0.845, 0.736, 0.619, Efficiency with r count 0.813, 0.461.0.636, 0.557, for Memorability is 0.773, 0.830, 0.814, 0.578 for memorability with the calculated r value of 0.773, 0.830, 0.814, 0.578, then for few errors obtained a value of 0.621, 0.765, 0.704, 0.653, then for satisfaction with a value of 0.732, 0.559, 0.662, 0.652, which means that with the calculated r value is more r table, where the r table is obtained 0.320, the data in the Nielsen modeling is valid, while for the reliability test it is stated that the results of the Nielsen modeling test are reliable.

Abstract

Bank umumnya akan melayani perkreditan untuk kredit modal kerja. Ada beberapa kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan kredit modal kerja, antara lain : direktur perusahaan, perusahaan yang mengajukan kredit, proyek yang akan ditangani, dan jaminan dari perusahaan tersebut. Dalam penentuan kredit modal kerja yang ada saat ini kadangkala kurang tepat sasaran karena belum didukung oleh sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu analis kredit dalam menentukan kredit yang diajukan. Letak jaminan yang tersebar mengakibatkan keputusan yang diambil membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu diusulkan sebuah sistem mobile yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pemrograman Java dengan memanfaatkan teknologi J2ME. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metodologi FAST berbasis Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang baru untuk memperbaiki sistem yang lama dalam penentuan kelayakan Kredit Modal Kerja yang ada di Bank. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu mempersingkat waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menentukan kredit dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam penentuan kelayakan kredit.   Kata Kunci : SPK, Mobile, Modal Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the present day, business of properties especially in house selling, is getting thrive day by day. The growth of the business also walks in the same way with the promotional media. But in reality, we often find that either the owner of the house or the prospective buyers, they have the same problem for the promotional media that is too mediocre. In response to the problem, the writer is trying to develop an e-commerce information system using ‘Development of E-Commerce System for House Selling Using C2C Model with Virtual Reality Technology in Palembang’ as the title, in order to solve the problem. The main purpose of this research is to create and develop an e-commerce system for property business especially in housing business at Palembang city. The other purpose of the research is also to implement the technology of virtual reality in e-commerce system. In this case, the virtual reality will help the prospective buyers to have a look at the condition of the house, outside and inside, virtually. So the prospective buyers do not have to physically come to the house. The method for the development of the system that used by the writer is waterfall method. From the system that has already been developed, there are several features that users can use, such as promoting the house online with virtual reality support, and many more. The writer uses the virtual reality with the hope that, this can be a fresh movement in the world of property business especially in the promotional media for house selling. In the process of development, the writer used PHP as the language of the program and MySQL as the database.Keyword : Property Business, House Selling, Waterfall, E-Commerce, Virtual Reality.ABSTRAKBisnis properti di kota Palembang khususnya penjualan rumah, semakin berkembang dari tahun ke tahun dengan berbagai macam media penjualan. Namun dalam penerapannya, tidak jarang ada keluhan yang didapatkan dari pemilik rumah maupun pelanggan, salah satunya mengenai media promosi yang itu-itu saja. Menanggapi keluhan itu, penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi e-commerce, dengan mengangkat judul “Pengembangan Sistem E-Commerce Penjualan Rumah Menggunakan Model C2C Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Virtual Reality Di Kota Palembang” yang diharapkan mampu membantu mengatasi keluhan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni membuat perancangan sistem e-commerce untuk bisnis penjualan rumah khususnya yang berada di kota Palembang. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini juga untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi virtual reality pada sistem e-commerce penjualan rumah, yang akan menampilkan dan memperlihatkan kondisi dari rumah yang dijual, sehingga pembeli tidak perlu datang langsung untuk melihat situasi dari rumah tersebut. Metode yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Dari sistem yang telah dirancang, dapat memberikan fasilitas berupa pemasangan iklan secara online dengan dukungan realitas maya, yang diharapan mampu menjadi sarana pemasaran baru bagi bisnis properti, khususnya penjualan rumah. Perancangan yang dilakukan, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.Kata kunci : Bisnis Properti, Penjualan Rumah, Waterfall, E-Commerce, Virtual Reality

Abstract

The electrospinning method has been used successfully to make polyvinylpyrrolidone nanofiber containing Anredera cordifolia leaves (BLE). The research methods used were qualitative and pure experiment method. Polyvinilpirolidone nanofibers containing BLE were prepared with three mass variations of the polyvinylpyrrolidone (% w/w), namely 12%, 10%, and 8% w/w, respectively. The results of the macroscopic photo show that the fiber structure looks white for PVP nanofibers and yellow for PVP/BLE nanofibers. The fiber morphology was analyzed using SEM and the results showed that PVP and all PVP/BLE nanofibers were like a continuous strand of crossbars with a diameter of 590 – 1190 nm. The decrease in the concentration of the PVP polymer led to a reduction in the diameter of the resulting nanofibers. The coefficients of variance (ε), of the PVP, BLE1, BLE2, and BLE3 nanofibers were 0.06, 0.09, 0.11, and 1.22, respectively. The physicochemical structure of the nanofibers was evaluated using XRD and FTIR. The chemical analysis (FTIR) showed that there was a molecular interaction between Anredera cordifolia leaves extract and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the form of hydrogen bonds. Abstract

Nanofibers is one of the results of composites that have an important role in the industrial field, wound dressing, drug delivery and tissue engineering. Manufacturing of nanofibers can be carried out using electrospinning. Electrospinning is an easy, fast and simple technique for produced fibers with sizes ranging from micrometers to nanometers. We explained how to produce and the characteristics of nanofibers.  The purpose of this study was to see the characterization of PVP/CA fiber. The fiber were made with consentration of PVP 10.4% (w/w) and mixed with variation of chitosan 0.5%;1%;1.5% (w/w). Process parameter that used in this research such us flowrate 0,20 ml/hour, high voltage 12 kV, and speed of drum is 200 rpm with the distances to needle tip of collector is 75 cm. The result showed that the morphology of fiber PVP/CA are bead fiber and bead free. The average diameter of PVP/CA fibers was 234;267;325 nm. Adding chitosan made the diameter of fibers increase. The XRD result shown that the fibers of PVP/CA/AE has an amorf phase. The fibers were potentially used in any sectors.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate the synthesized Nylon-6 nanofibers using electrospinning technique and their characteristics. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Nylon-6 nanofibers have been produced using the electrospinning method. This fiber was made with different concentrations, i.e. 20% w/w (FN1), 25% w/w (FN2), and 30% w/w (FN3). The SEM results show that the morphology of all nylon-6 nanofibers) forms perfect fibers without bead fiber. Increasing fiber concentration from 20% w/w to 30% w/w results in bigger morphology and fiber diameter. The dimensions of the FN1, FN2, and FN3 fibers are 1890 nm, 2350 nm, and 2420 nm, respectively. The results of FTIR analysis showed that the increase in the concentration of nylon-6 (b) and the electrospinning process caused a peak shift in the amide II group (CH2 bond), the carbonyl group and the CH2 stretching of the amide III group from small wave numbers to larger ones. The results of XRD characterization showed that the electrospinning process affected the changes in the XRD pattern of nylon-6 nanofiber (FN1, FN2, and FN3) in the state of semi crystal.
