Abstract

The chromosome is a set of DNA structure that carry information about our life. The information can be obtained through Karyotyping. The process requires a clear image so the chromosome can be evaluate well. Preprocessing have to be done on chromosome images that is image enhancement. The process starts with image background removing. The image will be cleaned background color. The next step is image enhancement. This paper compares several methods for image enhancement. We evaluate some method in image enhancement like Histogram Equalization (HE), Contrast-limiting Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE), Histogram Equalization with 3D Block Matching (HE+BM3D), and basic image enhancement, unsharp masking. We examine and discuss the best method for enhancing chromosome image. Therefore, to evaluate the methods, the original image was manipulated by the addition of some noise and blur. Peak Signal-to-noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) are used to examine method performance. The output of enhancement method will be compared with result of Professional software for karyotyping analysis named Ikaros MetasystemT M . Based on experimental results, HE+BM3D method gets a stable result on both scenario noised and blur image.

Abstract

Land-use classification utilize  high-resolution remote sensing image. The image is utilized for improving the classification problem. Nonetheless, in other side, the problem becomes more challenging cause the image is too complex. We have to represent the image appropriately. On of the common method to deal with it is Bag of Visual Word (BOVW).  The method needs  a coding process to get the final data interpretation. There are many methods to do coding such as Hard Quantization Coding (HQ), Sparse Coding (SC), and Locality-constrained Linear Coding (LCC). However, that coding methods use a different assumption. Therefore, we have to compare the result of each coding method. The coding method affects classification accuracy. The best coding method will produce the better classification result. Dataset UC Merced consisted 21 classes is used in this research. The experiment result shows that LCC got better performance / accuracy than SC and HQ. LCC method got 86.48 % accuracy. Furthermore, LCC also got the best performance on various number of training data for each class.

Abstract

Lembaga X adalah lembaga pemilihan umum yang memiliki situs web sebagai media penyampaian informasi dan penataan data pemilih. Sebagai situs web yang menyimpan data sensitif, perlu dilakukan peningkatan keamanan untuk mencegah terjadinya serangan pihak luar. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menguji keamanan sistem adalah pengujian penetrasi. Framework ISSAF adalah standar pengujian penetrasi yang digunakan untuk menguji ketahanan situs web, yang memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan kontrol keamanan lainnya, dan berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara pandangan teknis dan manajerial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui celah keamanan website Lembaga X dengan menggunakan metode penetration testing dengan Framework ISSAF. Framework ISSAF meliputi sembilan asesmen pengujian yang meliputi Information Gathering, Network Mapping, Vulnerability Identification, Penetration, Gaining Access and Privilege Escalation, Enumerating Further, Compromise Remote User/Sites, Maintaining Access, dan Covering Tracks. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh 18 celah keamanan yang terdapat pada website Lembaga X. Pemberian rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan keamanan website Lembaga X

Abstract

The manufacturing industry applies the use of ERP to run corporate business processes, build good communication and improve service quality. This study aims to provide a Business Process Reengineering proposal to the sales department using the Odoo V12.0 so that the system can be integrated. The methodology used in this research is Business Process Reengineering, where the research only focuses on the sales field. Existing business processes, namely purchasing products, sales orders and invoicing manuall. Reengineering that has been carried out is the product sales process, the sales order process, and the payment process. Reengineering has been carried out quite well by using the User Acceptance Test method and obtaining agreed responses as the greatest value in every aspect. The results obtained are based on 5 categories, namely content items by 63%, module items by 53%, multimedia element items by 88%, navigation aspects by 70% and usability items by 82%. Abstract

Jaringan pipa air suatu daerah yang dikelola oleh PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan kebutuhan air bersih bagi masyarakat. Namun, sering kali proses distribusi air bersih ini tersendat yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti pasokan air dari hulu yang menipis, sumber air kotor dan berlumpur, atau jaringan pipa yang bermasalah. Dengan demikian, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan peninjauan dan pembahasan terhadap solusi-solusi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dirancang oleh para peneliti terkait permasalahan pada sektor jaringan distribusi air publik. Peninjauan dan pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah apa sering muncul dan sampai sejauh mana solusi yang dirancang yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh PDAM. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan mempelajari artikel-artikel terkait yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus yang terbit selama 5 tahun terakhir. Dari penelitian berbasis literature review ini, didapatkan permasalahan yang masih terbuka yang belum diselesaikan yang bisa dirumuskan solusinya lebih lanjut. Salah satunya adalah permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak mendapatkan informasi terkini terkait kondisi jaringan air publik.

Abstract

Tanah Lot Temple is located in Beraban Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Tanah Lot Temple is a temple that is included in the Dang Kahyangan Temple. Tanah Lot Temple has buildings scattered in the Tanah Lot Temple Tourism Object. Not all of the buildings in Tanah Lot Temple are known by tourists. Augmented Reality is a visual technology that combines objects or virtual worlds into real-world views in real-time. This study used markerless method and was developed using the Wikitude library and supported by web hosting to store information data and building coordinate data. The system in this study runs dynamically, making it easier to manage data without modifying the program code. Augmented Reality application results with real object marker of Tanah Lot Temple are that it can display information in the form of text narrative and location points along with voice explanations for each building in Tanah Lot Temple.

Abstract

Gamelan gangsa warisan budaya turun temurun daerah Bali. Dengan kurangnya media pembelajaran mengakibatkan berkurangnnya minat untuk memainkan gamelan gangsa. Teknik sintesis dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi hal ini. Proses sintesis menggunakan metode Modified Frequency Modulation. Sebelum dilakukan sintesis dilakukan analisis 100 buah suara gamelan gangsa untuk mendapatkan rentang frekuensi dasar masingmasing bilah dan pencarian bungkus sinyal dari suara gamelan gangsa. Hasil sintesis berupa suara gamelan gangsa yang mirip atau sama dengan suara gamelan gangsa yang sebenarnya. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa hubungan yang dimiliki berupa perbandingan bilah dimana perbandingan yang dimiliki berbeda-beda. Suara hasil sintesis dengan menggunakan perbandingan ini 100% masuk kedalam rentang frekuensi dasar masing-masing bilah.

Abstract

Bali Island is an island which is famous for its unique art and culture and customs. One of the cultural heritages is still preserved and often used until now is Balinese Gamelan. Gamelan Gong Kebyar really needs to be preserved, especially taught to young people. However, not all schools or village halls have Gamelan Gong Kebyar instruments. The problem of limited access which is a core problem can be overcome by the use of information technology which has recently developed very rapidly, namely developing a learning media about the art of Gamelan Gong Kebyar. The learning media that are built are in the form of a Virtual Reality Application for the Introduction and Learning of Traditional Balinese Gong Kebyar Gamelan Music Instruments based on Android. This application displays gamelan instruments such as Ugal, Gangsa, Kajar / Petuk, Kendang, Gong, Jegogan, Ceng-Ceng, Kompompong, Reyong, and Kantil in the form of virtual reality in 3-dimensional objects. By utilizing this application, it is hoped that generations of children will be more interested and easier to learn Gamelan Gong Kebyar.

Abstract

Hand signature is one of human characteristic that human have since birth, which can be used as identity recognition. A high accuracy signature recognition is needed to identify the right owner of signature. This study present signature identification using a combination method between Deep Learning and Euclidean Distance. 3 different signature datasets are used in this study which consist of SigComp2009, SigComp2011, and private dataset. Signature images preprocessed using binary image conversion, Region of Interest, and thinning. Several testing scenarios is applied to measure proposed method robustness, such as usage of various Pretrained Deep Learning, dataset augmentation, and dataset split ratio modifier. The best accuracy achieved is 99.44% with high precision rate.

Abstract

The majority of the population uses clean water sourced from the PDAM (Indonesian Regional Water Supply Company) pipeline to meet their daily needs. However, clean water utilization is sometimes not smooth because the upstream's water supply is stalled or the PDAM pipeline disrupted. This disruption that often occurs slowly causes routine community activities, such as bathing or cooking, become stop because clean water is a basic need. Thus, a system is needed to provide early warning when the PDAM water supply starts to have problems so that the community can make initial anticipation. This study designed a prototype of an early warning system using an Arduino-based water flow sensor that records water flow discharge data on the PDAM pipeline and sent to the Firebase Realtime Database to be monitored in real-time through an Android application. The system testing is done by black-box testing, i.e. we check all functions of this system, mainly on sending a warning notification when the water flow debt is at a low rate. In the end, by using this system, the user can prepare themselves early, such as collecting residual water debit in the tub and save water when there is a disruption in PDAM water.
