Abstract

Upaya pemasaran untuk menarik purchase intention adalah dengan memperhatikan lifestyle di masyarakat disertai dengan adanya social media influencer. Dengan semakin meningkatnya purchase intention terutama yang ditujukan pada generasi Z yang berusia 17-25 tahun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini melibatkan 110 responden di Bali. Ada dua hipotesis yang dikemukakan untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Terdapat perbedaan pada studi sebelumnya, hasil menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara lifestyle dan social media influencer terhadap purchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan sejumlah implikasi, batasan dan arahan untuk penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

Factors that affect the individual employee's performance is closely related to work experience, training, education, and incentives. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, training, education and incentives on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems. The population in this study were all employees of the branch office of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in Badung, Bali Province. The samples used were 51 respondents with purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using (1) interview (2) questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that the variables (1) work experience positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems, (2) training has positive influence on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems, (3) the level of education has positive influence on the effectiveness of the use of information systems accounting, (4) incentive positive influence on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In doing a good marketing effort to attract consumer purchasing decisions is to pay attention to personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth. With the increasing number of purchasing decisions, especially those aimed at E-Commerce Shopee consumers, this study aims to find out the relationship between personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This study involved 130 respondents. There are three hypotheses put forward for in-depth analysis. There are differences in previous studies, the results state that there is a relationship between personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This research provides a number of implications, limitations and directions for further research. Keywords: personal branding; social media marketing; word of mouth; buying decision  ABSTRAK Dalam melakukan usaha pemasaran yang baik untuk menarik buying decision konsumen adalah dengan cara memperhatikan personal branding, social media marketing dan word of mouth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine impact of product quality, price, and promotion on purchase decision of Dinda Fashion Products in Denpasar. The sample in this study used 80 people who were the respondents of Dinda Fashion consumers in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (a)there was a significant and positive effect between product quality and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.484 and a significance value of 0.000, (b)there was a significant and positive effect between price and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 3.958 and a significance value of 0.001, and (c)there was a significant and positive effect between promotion and purchase decision with a coefficient value of 4.721 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi, beban kerja, dan kompensasi memberikan dampak pada kepuasan kerja pada karyawan LPD Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 113 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan (b) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (c) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan dampak pada kinerja karyawan hotel selama pandemi Covid-19. Adapun teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi digunakan dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (a) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi dan kinerja kryawan hotel dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,527 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, dan (b) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan hotel dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,294 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to determine whether organizational commitment, motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have an impact on the performance of employees of PT. Ace Hardware Denpasar. Samples were collected using the saturated sampling technique method with the Slovin’s formula, totaling 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) there was a significant and positive effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; (b) there was a significant and positive effect of motivation on employee performance; and (c) there is a significant and positive effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a key factor for achieving company competitive advantage, but research on the competitive advantage of HR is still little to do. As is known, the superiority of HR can be seen from the role of HR as an employee champion. This study aims to analyze the effect of the HR function on employee champions from the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 627 employees form 14 the small medium industries. The sample obtained was 82 employees. This research was conducted using questionnaires and interviews. In making the questionnaire used a scaling technique Likert to measure attitudes, income, and perceptions of people or groups of people about social phenomena that occur. The analytical tool used was SEM-PLS. The findings of the research result found that the HR function does not directly influence employee champions, but after incorporating the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. It appears that the effect of the HR function on employee champions.

Abstract

Companies need to make efforts to improve employee performance because the company's survival is very dependent on the quality of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai. This research was conducted at CV. Bhuwana Permai which is located at Br. Pande Kel. Sempidi, Kec. Mengwi, Kab. Badung. With the object of research on work motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and employee performance, the population in this study is all employees of CV. Bhuwana Permai, totaling 60 people. In this study to find the size or size of the sample, the technique used is a saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples is 60 people. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai with a tcount of 4.446 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Bhuwana Permai with a tcount of 3.690 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a significant relationship to employee performance at CV. BhuwanaPermai with an F value Count of 175,578 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
