Abstract

ika berbicara mengenai pendidikan, maka yang pastinya terbayang adalah duduk di suatu ruangan, dengan beberapa orang yang memiliki tujuan yang sama untuk belajar, dengan dibimbing dan diajarkan oleh seorang guru di depan kelas. Jika dilihat perkembangan jaman seperti sekarang ini, tidaklah mengherankan apabila pendidikan telah dikembangkan sehingga dapat dilakukan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang telah tersedia. Dengan berdasarkan pada kemajuan teknologi dan berkembangnya internet, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi pendidikan jarak jauh dengan menggunakan basis CSCL. Perangkat lunak yang dibuat adalah Aplikasi Pendidikan Jarak Jauh Berbasis CSCL (Computer- Supported Collaborative Learning) yang akan mengadaptasi kemampuan dari pendidikan konvensional yang mengandalkan pertemuan secara langsung untuk dibawa ke dalam pertemuan secara maya dalam bentuk sebuah kelas virtual. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pengembangan terstruktur untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendidikan berbasis CSCL yang mendukung pembelajaran secara synchronous ataupun asynchronous. Pengujian yang dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan telah mampu untuk mengakomodasi metode pendidikan jarak jauh dengan basis CSCL antara lain untuk fitur ruangan forum, ruangan chatting, dan proses manajemen perkuliahan.

Abstract

Tourism in Bali is one of the major industries which play an important role in developing the global economy in Indonesia. Good forecasting of tourist arrival, especially from foreign countries, is needed to predict the number of tourists based on past information to minimize the prediction error rate. This study compares the performance of SVM and Backpropagation to find the model with the best prediction algorithm using data from foreign tourists in Bali Province. The results of this study recommend the best forecasting using the SVM model with the radial kernel function. The best accuracy of the SVM model obtained the lowest error values of MSE 0.0009, MAE 0.0186, and MAPE 0.0276, compared to Backpropagation which obtained MSE 0.0170, MAE 0.1066, and MAPE 0.1539.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap segala aspek  kehidupan masyarakat khususnya pada sebuah instansi pemerintah. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam instansi pemerintah merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan penyelenggaran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan kualitas pelayanan, begitu halnya dengan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten X. Penggunaan teknologi informasi bertujuan untuk mendukung visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi dengan tata kelola yang baik. Pengelolaan tata kelola yang baik memerlukan audit untuk mengetahui kinerja organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan dan visi misi. Audit merupakan suatu proses sistematis dan obyektif dalam memperoleh dan mengevaluasi bukti-bukti untuk mengetahui informasi yang berkaitan dengan kinerja suatu organisasi yang terlaksana dengan tujuan organisasi yang ditetapkan. COBIT 5 merupakan suatu panduan standar yang memuat prinsip dan praktek dalam membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan dalam aspek manajemen tata kelola TI. Hasil dari kegiatan audit, menunjukan bahwa capability level dari lima proses TI berada pada nilai yang rendah yaitu DSS02 berada pada level 1, APO06 berada pada level 1, EDM02 berada pada level 1, BAI04 berada pada level 1, dan APO04 pada level 1. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya GAP antara pencapaian yang diharapkan organisasi dan situasi saat ini. Rekomendasi dan saran perbaikan dari hasil yang telah diperoleh dilakukan menggunakan standar COBIT 5.

Abstract

Business process engineering is carried out on the business process of Wardani’s souvenir shop which is located at Jl. Monkey Forest, Ubud. This shop was chosen as the research use case because the shop is located in a strategic tourist location in the center of Ubud. Reengineering is focused on the Wardani Store’s business activities in the purchasing, inventory, and sales business functions, where at the time the research was conducted, all processes were still using the manual method. This method often causes problems, such as uncontrolled purchasing of goods, errors in recording purchases and sales of goods, length of calculation in transactions, and unclear information on availability of goods. Therefore, an approach is needed in developing an integrated system in the company's operational activities, and the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can be an alternative in overcoming the problems experienced. ERP implementation is carried out by identifying ongoing business processes for purchasing, inventory, and selling goods, then making an integrated system proposal by implementing Odoo 13. System testing is carried out using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method which is a final testing method for developing a product to validate whether the system built is in accordance with the user's needs or not. The system test results show that the Odoo ERP application is considered quite successful in helping companies in purchasing, inventory, and selling goods, so that business processes become more effective and efficient

Abstract

The automotive shop is a business engaged in the automotive sector that serves vehicle repairs and sales of various kinds of vehicle spare parts. A marketplace is a place for buying and selling or a market that uses internet media. The current marketplace is still very common, making it difficult to find a marketplace that focuses on the automotive sector and difficult to find information about available automotive shops around. The automotive shop marketplace system can help to carry out the process of buying and selling vehicle spare parts and assist in finding various spare parts and information about available automotive shops based on the user's location. This system was developed on a web-based basis using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and integrated with the Leaflet API, RajaOngkir API, and Midtrans Payment Gateway as additional features in creating a marketplace. The leaflet API displays a map containing the location of the automotive shop listed on the marketplace. RajaOngkir API provides information about shipping costs to the buyer's place from the seller's place. Midtrans Payment Gateway bridges the payment process carried out by both parties so that it can take place properly. The method used in this research is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method. The results of the research conducted were tested using the black-box method.

Abstract

Beringkit Animal Market is one of the large traditional animal markets in Bali which is famous for selling superior cows. In addition to selling superior cows, Beringkit Animal Market also sells dogs and various types of poultry such as chickens, ducks and roosters. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, traditional markets are considered as the main cluster for the spread of COVID-19 due to the large number of interactions between buyers and traders. The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) has resulted in a lack of income for traders at the Beringkit Animal Market. This study aims to design an Android-based online animal auction application as a medium for buying and selling animals to minimize physical interaction between buyers and traders, the online auction transaction process is chosen because the auction transaction process can bring together traders and buyers in the same online media and make offers up to reach the highest agreed price. The research method applied is the DSRM method or Design Security Research Method, application development uses Android Studio to develop mobile applications, and uses Visual Studio Code to develop web-based systems. Data storage and web server management in this study using MySQL and Laravel. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based animal auction application that can be used as a medium for transactions between buyers and traders who have gone through the blackbox testing process with the test results as expected.

Abstract

Banten is a medium used in Hindu religious ceremonies and also as a medium of prayer in getting closer to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa or God Almighty. Hindus are required to be able to know the meaning and method of making a banten, but along with the development of an increasingly modern era resulting in a high level of activity in big cities, one of which is Denpasar City, this underlies the tendency of people to prefer buying banten rather than making it. because of the limited time they have. This also underlies the development of a web-based mapping information system for banten piodalan stores in the city of Denpasar. The public will find it easy to find out the mapping of the locations of Banten shops in the city of Denpasar through the system. The system is also equipped with a marketplace feature that makes it easy for the public to make transactions to buy banten piodalan they want and those who want to make transactions in selling banten piodalan.

Abstract

Usaha Bisnis Jaginow Bali merupakan salah satu usaha bisnis rumahan yang menjual jajanan Rengginang sekaligus usaha kecil menengah (UKM) yang bergerak dalam bidang konsumsi yang melakukan produksi sendiri. Penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) kedalam Aplikasi ERP Flectra merupakan aspek yang penting dalam aktivitas proses bisnis perusahaan produksi yang dapat membantu usaha bisnis Jaginow dengan mudah melakukan kontrol, penjadwalan, dan pendataan pengiriman produknya lebih efisien. Kendala yang masih dihadapi dalam usaha ini yakni UKM ini masih melakukan aktivitas proses bisnis secara konvensional serta belum terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi yang menyebabkan kurangnya kemudahan dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnis khususnya dalam sektor SCM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni melakukan pembuatan proses bisnis usulan yang berisikan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) guna mempermudah dalam menjalankan usaha bisnisnya lebih terstruktur dalam areal supply chain. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengimplementasian areal SCM yang telah dibuat pada proses bisnis usulan sebelumnya dengan metode business process management dan business process reengineering yang memudahkan perusahaan dalam melakukan aktivitas bisnis seperti otomisasi pembuatan nota softcopy, pendataan produk didalamnya, serta alur proses menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan dibentuknya standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dengan diimplementasikannya kedalam sistem ERP Flectra menggunakan modul didalamnya seperti modul sales, purchase, manufacture, inventory, dan invoicing.

Abstract

Various benefits derived from the application of technology has caused company attempted to apply technology to their business processes, which can improve company performance. One of the most used technology that can utilized is ERP. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a software which can be used by companies to coordinate and integrate information in the company's business areas. Kenny Furniture is a company with the main activity of producing and selling furniture. The problem that faces by Kenny Furniture is the record of income and expenses of the Kenny Furniture is archived into the bookkeeping without using technology. The solution offered to overcome the problems of Kenny Furniture is implement ERP in the company's business processes, ERP implementation is carried out using the Odoo 15 application and only focuses on sales management and accounting and finance modules. Result of this research is the improvement of Kenny Furniture's Sales and financial recording business process.

Abstract

Konveksi Bali Valentine is a manufacturing company engaged in clothing or textiles. The system used by this company is to make orders, namely products that will be made if there is an order from a customer. Konveksi Bali Valentine often experiences problems when managing raw materials in the production process, compiling documentation, making production reports, recording purchases of raw materials from suppliers, and recording product sales to customers who are still conventional, where the ordering process is recorded manually so that the company has data that is temporary. The objectives of this research is to find out the business processes that are running at the Konveksi Bali Valentine company, implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and find out the appropriate proposed business processes. Analysis of business processes that are being carried out by direct observation to the company. ERP implementation focuses on the production, purchasing, sales, and warehouse processes using the Dolibarr application and the Accelerated SAP method consisting of project preparation, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, and go live and support. ERP system testing at the final preparation stage uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method. Keywords— Konveksi Bali Valentine, ERP, Dolibarr, Accelerated SAP
