The hospitality industry is an industry that is very customer-focused because it relies on customer information. Therefore, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is implemented worldwide in this sector. Many features of CRM applications that are often not suitable for use by small and medium companies also make features in CRM applications tend to be wasteful. This paper aims to develop a software as a service CRM with lower usage costs without imposing development costs on users and focuses on email marketing features and data exchange integration. The system development uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Testing in this paper was conducted with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where managers or hotel owners and students in the field of information technology use the application system then provide an assessment through a questionnaire. The total score obtained from 30 respondents is 1233 and be on point between the Quartile III (1200) and the Maximum score point (1500) base on LSR interpretation scaling and showed the system is considered positive and successful. The conclusion of this study is the application system can be used by hoteliers in the hospitality industry at various levels of the company to carry out functions that support customer relationship management and email marketing.

Rabies is still a serious threat in the province of Bali. Because of that Bali need a good management system service that can process data and information to support the government to make decision for preventing rabies outbreak. Nowadays, data management still uses spreadsheet technology that oriented to attribute data. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system that has the ability to process, analysis the process and analyzes spatial data or data with geographic coordinates. This article will discuss the implementation of GIS that show the spread of rabies in the province of Bali by using GeoServer as the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards-compliant server to provide geospatial data via web services. These GIS application, supported by PostGIS database as storage and processing of spatial data and OpenLayers as an interface. This paper aims to build a palmprint recognition system based on Android. Line detection and non-overlapping blocks methods used on the design of palmprint recognition system. Normalized Euclidean distance was used to match the two feature vector. The similarity degrees was measured by the smallest value. The method was applied to the system can result an accuracy rate about 91,32% (FMR = 5,2%, FNMR = 3,68%, T = 0,265). System testing was done as much as 2500 times to the 50 participants with 3 reference images of each user. The factor that influenced on system accuracy was the process of image acquisition. Palmprint images was taken directly by using camera on the android smartphone device.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki iklim tropis, salah satu musim yang terdapat pada iklim tropis adalah hujan. Hujan dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Dampak positif dari hujan yaitu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bagi makhluk hidup, sedangkan dampak negatif dari hujan yaitu dapat menyebabkan banjir. Penanganan banjir diperlukan untuk meminimalkan kerugian masyarakat akibat bencana banjir, salah satu tindakannya yaitu menangani sumber terjadinya banjir atau genangan. Pemanfaatan teknologi penginderaan jauh pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pola hujan yang berkaitan dengan sumber terjadinya banjir. Citra satelit yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari GSMaP. GSMaP dipergunakan untuk mengambil data curah hujan setiap jam di seluruh dunia. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode statistika deskriptif untuk memperoleh keputusan bahwa banjir yang terjadi akibat curah hujan yang tinggi atau disebabkan banjir kiriman. Hasil pengujian aplikasi yaitu pola hujan di Jakarta dan Bogor dalam bentuk grafik pola hujan untuk menentukan penyebab banjir di Jakarta.

Tipat merupakan sarana penunjang pelaksanaan Upacara Yadnya di Bali. Tipat ini memiliki beragam jenis dan fungsi. Kurangnya informasi serta literatur mengenai cara pembuatan tipat merupakan salah satu penyebab Umat Hindu kurang mampu memahami tentang mengulat tipat, sehingga dikembangkan Aplikasi Animasi Pembelajaran Tipat yang mampu menampilkan cara pembuatan tipat dengan Animasi Tradisional. Aplikasi dibuat pada platform Android dengan Unity sebagai main software pembuatnya. Output dari aplikasi adalah video, serta animasi cara pembuatan tipat. The Smart Class Room concept requires modern technology to control and monitor Liquid Crystal Display Projector devices. This technology can be created by implementing the Internet of Things. The LCD Projector can be controlled remotely via an android-based mobile application. Research and Development is the right method to produce prototypes. The results of the implementation of the system show that remote control via the internet using a realtime firebase database can be achieved in 3 seconds. The distance between the LCD Projector and the embedded system device can communicate well up to 2 meters using the Infrared sensor. Changes in Temperature and Ambient Light intensity can be detected within 500mS measurement time. Current detection shows 4 LCD status modes: ON, OFF-Fan On, Stand by and Off. The typical food of an area is one of the cultural heritage of regions that should be preserved and maintained so the extinction never crushed by the time. Sate lilit is one of the typical foods in Bali. Sate lilit is processed by meats that are chopped and blended using a wide range of the balinese wrapped around or taped in a stalk of bamboo and then baked in hot coals. Warung Sate lilit game are aiming to introduce the general public and younger generation in particular how to make sate in a simple one turn, as well as aimed at the medium of learning are expected to support the preservation of sate lilit of Bali. Warung Sate Lilit Bali game is expected to increase the interest of the younger generation about satay lilit as the typical food of Bali. Warung Sate Lilit Bali game be played by the drag and drop method, so the user simply choose the materials provided by, then comes the bar to determine the dose of materials that are required to fulfill orders from buyers. Warung Sate Lilit Bali game are provide learning via the information contained on the menu ingredient which has been available and also get learning to play, because at the time to drag and drop the materials, the players knowing what course the necessary materials for making the sate lilit turn a simple.

Caru Rsigana is caru undertaken by Hindus to the balance of nature with the Concept of Tri Hita Karana is Parhyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. Information about Caru Rsigana usually manifested in a book medium. Game of Caru Rsigana developed as a new innovation infrastructure caru introduction that is implemented in the form of Android-based learning media. Game of Caru Rsigana application built using Corona as system debugging and programming language Lua. This application is a game application stringing or making offerings is needed on Ceremony of Caru Rsigana corresponding to the location, direction of the wind, and color. The Gameplay of Caru Rsigana’s Game created with the concept of drag and drop that is attractive means caru and put in place the appropriate means caru, as well as the time limit specified. Data from the questionnaires Game of Caru Rsigana based on the results of 20 respondents was good, with the percentage Aspects of Visual, Graphics, and Audio amounted to 86.25%, as well as Entertainment and Leisure Aspects of 88.33%.

Game berbasis android berkembang sangat pesat. Pemainnya berasal dari berbagai kalangan termasuk pelajar. Tidak banyak game yang mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi pemainnya, terutama jika dikaitkan dengan pengetahuan atau wawasan baru yang mengandung unsur edukasi. Game “Who Wants to Be a Brillianaire” adalah game dengan tipe kuis. Konten yang ada dalam game “Who Wants to Be a Brillianaire” mengandung unsur edukasi. Pemain dihadapkan dengan 15 pertanyaan. Pemain dapat mendapatkan skor brillianaire jika berhasil menjawab seluruh pertanyaan. Game “Who Wants to Be a Brillianaire” berbasis mobile android dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Corona SDK. Data hasil kuesioner menyatakan game “Who Wants to Be a Brillianaire” baik digunakan untuk media hiburan dan pembelajaran dengan rata-rata nilai MOS sebesar 2,94.
