Abstract

In determining the estimated volume flow, required an appropriate model toestimate the value of the volume flow of a watershed. It has been a decline in the carrying capacity of the Sub Watershed of Riam Kanan as the catchment area due to critical land cover. This study aims to estimate the flow of volume and its distribution in the Riam Kanan Watershed based on data Landsat7 ETM + Satellite Imagery. The results yield a regression equation Qp = 0.007p + 56.85 regression rate of 89.6%, indicating that land cover can lead directly to changes in flow volume in the sub watershed of Riam Kanan By using the data flow volume recorded on board thought the water reservoir (DMA) and data rains cause, the lowest flow volume data obtained in the lowest in Rantau Balai amount of 2.14 m3/sec and the highest in the Rantau Bujur amount of 17.65 m3/sec. As for the areas Bunglai, Tiwingan, Kalaan and Belangian have moderate flow volume ranged from 2.16 m3/sec - 6.59 m3/sec.

Abstract

Have happened damage of environmental habitat of mangrove and abrasi of akresi causing its excelsior of face irrigate alongside DAS River of Barito (DAS Martapura, DAS Alalak and of DAS Kuin), because the happening of process of abrasi and of akresi that happened alongside coastline, especially DAS Martapura, DAS Alalak and DAS Kuin. Classification exploiting of farm and its conversion and also change of coastal area in the form of and akresi of abrasi alongside research area coast in analysis by exploiting information of satellite image data of Landsat temporal multi which in obtaining on 29 June year 1985, and 03 September 2006. Domination exploiting of farm in the form of HPH, settlement and mining with farm conversion at forest for other exploiting give big enough erosion impact with regional and natural coastal area that make-up of akresi especially part of river estuary (delta). Seen Change Trend at coastal area in research area during 21 year was abrasi equal to 294,55 m2 in Estuary area S. Martapura, 75,53 m2 around estuary S. Alalak. And change of Abrasi equal to 177,42 m2 , and akresi equal to 610,86 m2 around Estuary S. Barito / kuin).

Abstract

In this research data obtained from measurements or observations a represented in the form of tabulated and graphics so clear the existence of variation search on each point of observation. Data analysis using STORET model and EQI. Statistical tests performed on 6 variables (Kolam1, II, III, IV, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool V, VI). Each variable water quality analysis: pH, DO, NH3, CO2 and Alkalinityas much as 6 times the observation (Sunday I, II and III of the Week Week) on the morning and afternoon. To know the influence of parameters (pH, DO, NH3, CO2 and Alkalinity) of raw water quality pond done Multiple Linear regression analysis. Linear regression analysis of multiple shown r of ( 0,751 ), it means that happened a positive relationship between variables y (dependent variable) and x (independent ). R2 / determinan of ( 0,564 ), it means of 56,4 % quality standards apool water affected by water quality swimming ( pH, DO, NH3, of CO2 alkalinity )and of 43,6 % affected by another variable. Of a result of calculation to research obtained equation y = 0,484 - 0,067x1 - 0,027x2 - 0,506x3 - 0,036x4 0,002x5 -, it means any additional value the constant ( a ) by 0,484. Its influence will resulting in a decline of water quality is at ph ( X1 ) by 0,067, do ( X2 ) by 0,027 NH3 ( X3 ) by 0,506,CO2 ( X4 ) by 0,036 mg / l and alkalinity ( X5 ) by 0,002 mg / l.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pollution levels of nitrate (N) and phosphate (P) in South Kalimantan Several subzone based method Pollution Index (Kep_MENLH /115/2003). The results were obtained relationship (r) between the variables Quality Standards(Y1) and variable (X) or Phosphate and Nitrate = 0.792. Calculation of the value of R2-determinant obtained yield was 0.672. This means that 67.2% factor Water QualityStandard (Y) is influenced by factors Phosphate and Nitrate, while the remaining 33.8%is influenced by other variables that can not be explained in the equation. The ratio between the parameter P and N (P = 0.577 N = 0,062 = 9.30), is between 7 to 12. It means that the variable Phosphate and Nitrate is not a limiting factor for contamination.Calculation results of the pollution index pareameter P and N obtained a value of 9.30,still meet quality standards for some sub-sub-basins (Riam Kanan, Tabanio, Naiyan River, River Satui, Kintap River, and the River Sebamban).

Abstract

Sediment Delivery Ratio Method approach is one method to determine the degree of criticality subzone. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of erosion that occurs, the critical level of distribution and relationship levels of sediment load to the needs of fisheries in some subzone South Kalimantan. The results of water quality analysis of total suspended solids (TSS) showed thatthe rate of sedimentation (precipitation) is the highest in Sub-watershed area Kusan with arange of about 2918.22 tons / day and the lowest is subject subzone Pelaihari with a range of about 0.64 tons /day. Thus the content of TSS that do not affect the interests of fisheries are at subzone Pelaihari with TSS value of 16 mg/l.
