Abstract

This present study is aimed to investigate the  school  readiness  differences  between student who took pre-scholl education and not took pre-school education. Participants of this study consist of 120 students in the first class of elementary  shool  from  different  school  in Kudus.  This  study  use  accidental  sampling. NST  (Nijmeegse  Schoolbekwaamheids  Test) that made by Monks, Rost, and Coffie are used to know the school readiness. t analyses were performed and get the difference coeficient t1.2 =53,405,  p=0,000 (p<0,01). This result showed that  there  are  very  significant  differences school  readiness  between  student  who  took pre-shcool education and not took pre-school education.  The  student  who  took  pre-school education  have  better  school  readiness  if compare with student who not took pre-school education. This is showed by mean difference from  two  kind  of  the  participant.  The  student who took pre-school education get the mean score 25,98 but the student who not took pre-school education only get mean score 11,25.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the correlation between  emotional  maturity  with  agressive behavior in collegian. Subject in this study are technique  and  law  collegian  in  Muria  Kudus University. The participants took by accidental sampling.  Agressive  behavior  and  emotional maturity scale are used   to get the data. The data analysed  by product moment. Coeficient correlation  result  the  both  variables  is  rxy=-0,906 with p=0,000 (p<0,01). It’s  mean  there  is  significant  negative correlation  between  emotional  maturity  and agressive  behavior.  More  higher  emotional maturity, lower agressive behavior can get, the opposite,  lower  emotional  maturity  make agressive  behavior  more  higher.  Effective giveness  emotional  maturity  to  agressive behavior is 82%.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of visual stimulation on the ability of dyslexic children to read in elementary school. The research was conducted in SD 2 and SD 3  rotten Holy Bae District. The sample inthis  study  were  students  in  the  category  of  children  as  dyslexic  children (reading disorder). The sample in this study amounted to 21 students. This research  uses  experimental  research  by  providing  treatment  to  students through visual stimulation using a one group pre test-post test design. Data processing results show t1.2 different coefficient of 3.141 with a p = 0.005 (p <0.05). It is also indicated by the mean difference in both the average  post-test  data  reading  skills  of  elementary  students  are  dyslexic 170.910 retata higher than pre test data reading skills of elementary school students  are  dyslexic  of  90.173.  These  results  indicate  that  there  is  a significant  difference  between  pre  test  and  post  test  of  students´  reading ability  of  dyslexic  SD  before  and  after  treatment  with  visual  stimulation. Based  on  the  results  of  data  analysis  showed  no  differences  in  reading ability  before  and  after  visual  stimulation  treatment  in  children  with dyslexia,  in  which  the  reading  skills  of  elementary  school  students  that dyslexia is given higher after treatment than before treatment is given.

Abstract

This study aims to identify learning disability on elementary school children. Learning disorders faced by children  who have learning disabilities are grouped in four criteria: dyslexia, disgrafia, dyscalculia, ADHD. Sample of this  study were children of primary school class III and IV are considered to have problems with learning disabilities in  the two districts at the county of Kudus who drawn at random. As for primary schools as the place to study as many  as 10 elementary schools. Results of research conducted by observation, IQ tests and tests the ability to learn to identify learning disabilities  in children of primary school of 209 children obtained the result that the child is having problems reading  disabilities (dyslexia) as many as 43 children, children who experience an inability to write (disgrafia) as many as  20 children, children who experience disability numeracy (dyscalculia) as many as 13 children and none having  attention disorder with hyperactivity, while based on the results of research on other samples experiencing slow  learner disruptions as much as 97 children.

Abstract

Supportif relationships dan kecerdasan moral pada masa anak seringkali dianggap hal yang tidak terlalu penting, sedangkan perilaku agresif pada anak adalah hal yang wajar, padahal hubungan yang mendukung bagi perkembangan anak yang berkualitas dan penanaman nilai-nilai positif pada masa anak sangat penting dan perilaku agresif yang dibiarkan tanpa penanganan akan berlanjut hingga dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara supportif relationships dan kecerdasan moral dengan perilaku agresif anak. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi dari ketiga variabel rx1,2y sebesar 0,687 dengan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara supportif relationship dan kecerdasan moral dengan perilaku agresif. Dengan demikian hipotesis mayor yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besarnya koefisien antara kedua variabel rx2y sebesar -0,678 dengan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan moral dengan perilaku agresif. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besarnya pengaruh supportif relationship dan kecerdasan moral terhadap perilaku agresif tampak pada sumbangan efektif yang cukup besar yaitu sebesar 47,1 %. Sumbangan efektif yang cukup besar ini

Abstract

Penelitian awal terkait kondisi remaja di beberapa panti asuhan kota Kudus menunjukkan bahwa 37% remaja mengalami stres ringan, 32% mengalami stres dalam tingkat sedang, 27% mengalami stres dalam tingkat berat, dan 4% mmengalami stres sangat berat. Berdasarkan klasifikasi tingkatan stres tersebut,  dalam penelitian yang sama teridentifikasi bahwa 13% remaja mengalami gangguan pencernaan, 47% mengalami sakit kepala, 3% mengalami gangguan kulit, 8% mengalami tekanan darah tinggi, 11% mengalami gangguan pernafasan, dan 18% mengalami gangguan yang lain, meliputi insomnia (tidak bisa tidur), sulit berkonsentrasi, mudah cemas dan bingung, badan lemas, malas, jantung berdebar-debar, menjadi lebih sensitif dan emosional, serta minder dengan lawan jenis disebabkan stres yang dialami. Hal ini tentunya mengganggu kegiatan sehari-hari mereka di pondok dan di sekolah. Kebanyakan disebabkan karena kondisi keluarga yang broken home, sehingga menelantarkan kebutuhan psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi anak. Proses yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mengatasi stres dinamakan coping(kemampuan mengatasi masalah). Peneliti mengupayakan salah satu cara meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi dan coping stresspada remaja panti asuhan dengan menggunakan pelatihan First Psychological Aid.Hasil dari kegiatan ini, telah menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi dan coping stress. Perubahan juga terlihat pada perilaku remaja panti asuhan yang semakin baik selama dan sesudah pelatihan.
