Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to reveal the effect of: educational background and training of employees kierja account officer (AO) BRI Bank of West Sumatra.Type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population is the total number of employees accounts officer (AO) Bank BRI Sumatra were 30. Sampling technique in this research is to use the total sampling where respondents were less than 100 then all the population sampled.Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. To test the hypothesis used t test and f. Based on the results of t-test of hypothesis testing is not educational background and significant positive effect on employee performance, training t-test positive and significant impact on employee performance. While testing the influence of f together positive and significant correlation between educational background and pelaihan on employee performance. The amount of influence the educational background and training on employee performance is 32.90% and the remaining 67.10% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Keywords: Educational Background, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal : 1) How does the performance of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh; 2) How does the feature of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh West District; 3) How does the reliability of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina Payakumbuh western districts; 4) How does the conformation of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erin a District West Payakumbuh; 5) How does durability to consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai District West Payakumbuh; 6) How does the esthetic of the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District western Payakumbuh; 7) How does the quality of the product dimension to the consumers to buy the brand gelamai Erina District west Payakumbuh Object of study is the consumer brand gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh. The study population was all consumer brands gelamai Erina District West Payakumbuh Payakumbuh consumers with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.Based the results of statistical tests, using the t test showed that the variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetics has a significant level <0.05 so that these variables have a significant influence on consumer buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the calculation of F count, together variables of product quality have significant level <0.05, it is proved that these variables significantly influence buying interest gelamai brands Erina. Based on the test results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R Square) showed that consumers to buy brands Erina gelamai influenced by variable performance, feature, reliability, conformance, durability and esthetic of 33.8%, while the remaining percentage of 66.2% is explained by other variables or causes beyond regression models of this study. Keywords : Dimensions of Product Quality, buying interest, multiple linear regression

Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data penjualan PT.Telkomsel kota Padang tahun 2008-2012 dapat dilihat bahwa perkembangan penjualan produk PT. Telkomsel selalu mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini tentu saja didukung oleh strategi-strategi positioning yang dilakukan PT.Telkomsel. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kalangan masyarakat Kota Padang yang menggunakan sim card simPATI. Waktu penelitian, penulis laksanakan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada masyarakat di kota Padang yang berjumlah 833.562 jiwa (menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Propinsi Kota Padang Tahun 2012 dan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel dari populasi tersebut dapat menggunakan rumus  Slovin dan didapat sampel sebanyak 100 orang sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel Non Probability dengan metode Convinience Sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner sebanyak 20 butir pertanyaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS V 16.0. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa ada pengaruh secara dominan strategi positioning produk atas harga terhadap citra merek, Ada pengaruh secara dominan strategi positioning produk atas ciri produk terhadap citra merek, Ada pengaruh secara dominan strategi positioning produk atas penggunaan produk terhadap citra merek, Ada pengaruh secara dominan strategi positioning produk atas pesaing produk terhadap citra merek, Ada pengaruh secara simultan dimensi strategi positioning produk yang terdiri dari, Harga, Ciri Produk, Pengguna Produk, Pesaing Produk, berpengaruh terhadap  citra merek. Ternyata merek bukanlah hanya sebuah nama pada produk yang berfungsi sebagai alat dan tanda pengenal, serta pencitraan terhadap merek sebagai jenis assosiasi yang muncul dibenak konsumen ketika mengingat sebuah merek tertentu. Karena setelah dilakukan penelitian pada PT Telkomsel diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan dimensi strategi positioning produk yang terdiri dari, Harga, Ciri Produk, Pengguna Produk, Pesaing Produk, berpengaruh terhadap  citra merek. Kata Kunci : Positioning Produk, Citra Merek, SIMcard, dan PT.Telkomsel

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction PDAM Padang . The population in this study is a customer PDAM Padang is still active until 2013 the number of 75.094 while the total sample of 100 respondents was obtained from the calculation using the formula Slovin . The sampling technique was accidental sampling . Analysis method used is descriptive analysis , the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing . Based on the results showed that the physical evidence , assurance and empathy do not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in PDAM Padang . It is evident that a significant level > 0.05 alpha . While reliability and responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction pelaggan on PDAM Padang where significant levels < 0.05 alpha . Then simultaneously tangibles , reliability , responsiveness , assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with PDAM Padang calculated F value significant at 6.161 and 0.000 < 0.05 . From the research , it was found that the physical evidence , reliability , responsiveness , assurance and empathy only have the effect of 75.3 % to 24.7 % , while customer satisfaction is determined by other factors .

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of price , product and location on consumer purchasing decisions in Belle Group Self Lubuk cone . This type of research is quantitative . The method used in this research is descriptive method associative . The study population was all consumers who shop at Belle Group Self Lubuk cone . The study sample was taken by means of nonprobability sampling ( non- probability sampling ) is a sampling technique that does not provide the opportunity / equal opportunity for each element or selected members of the population to be sampled . Based on the theory Rosce Sekaran , a sample was taken of 100 respondents. Results of the study : 1 ) . Partially known price variables significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions Belle Group Self . This is evidenced by the results of research which states that tcount ( 4.675 ) > t table ( 1.66 ) and Sig ( 0,000 ) < α ( 0.05 ) , meaning that Ho1 was rejected Ha1 accepted . From the results of the regression coefficient of the regression test known price variable is positive 0.663 . 2 ) . Products positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions Belle Group Self . This is evidenced by the results of research which states that the value of t ( 2.754 ) > t table ( 1.66 ) and Sig ( 0.007 ) < α ( 0.05 ) Ha2 acceptable means Ho2 rejected . From the results of the regression coefficient of the regression test known price variable is positive 0.239 . 3 ) . Location positive significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions Belle Group Self . This is evidenced by the results of research which states that the value of t ( 3.615 ) > t table ( 1.66 ) and Sig ( 0,000 ) < α ( 0.05 ) means HO3 rejected Ha3 accepted . From the results of the regression coefficient of the regression test known price variable is positive 0.523 .

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Issues that are examined in this study was the effect of the quality , price and packaging on buying interest spinach chips Elma Dikecamatan South Coastal District IV Jurai . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of quality ( X1 ) , price ( X2 ) , packaging ( X3) on buying interest spinach chips Elma Dikecamatan South Coastal District IV Jurai .This research is descriptive and associative data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques , the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis . This research was conducted in Elma Chips Spinach district. District IV Jurai . South coast . The population of this entire community and surrounding Painan interested in buying Spinach Elma Chips . The sampling technique used convinien sampling . Samples in thisstudy amounted to 100 consumers .Overall results showed that ( 1 ) a significant effect on the quality level of interest in buying the quality coefficient is positive 0.083 and 1.711 tcount with significant 0.000 < 0.05 ; ( 2 ) a significant effect on the price of buying interest at the price coefficient is positive 0.066 and 2.434 tcount with significant 0.000 < 0.05 ; ( 3 ) packaging significantly influence the buying interest kemsan coefficient is positive 0.250 and 3.571 tcount significantly 0.001 < 0.05 ; based on the results of the ANOVA F test count of 4,606 with a significant level of 0.000 . Due to the significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 . As for the suggestion that the writer can convey to future studies is recommended to add other independent variables in addition to the quality , price and packaging which can certainly affect the dependent variable of interest in order to better equip consumers purchase this research because there are other independent variables in this study is outside the may affect consumer buying interest and look for the scope of the wider population of the population in this study .

Thesis , Economic Studies Program , STIKP PGRI West Sumatra , Padang , 2014 under the guidance of Mrs. Mareta Kemala Sari , SE.MM and Dina Amaluis , SE , MM .This research was motivated by the lack of compensation on PT . SBS . Fruit Oil , District Kinali West Pasaman caused to lack of job satisfaction . This study aims to determine whether there is influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of PT . SBS ( Palm Fruit Extract ) Kinali District of West Pasaman .This research is a descriptive study associative . The population in this study were all employees PT.SBS ( Palm Fruit Extract ) Kinali District of West Pasaman . The study sample was an employee of PT . SBS ( Palm Fruit Extract ) accounted for 92 employees who serve as population , sample collection technique research instrument used was a questionnaire . To determine the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction is used by t test analysis techniques .Based on testing hypotheses derived tcount 8.603 > 1.661 ttabel value , meaning that Ho refused and H1 accepted . It can be concluded leadership style affects job satisfaction PT.SBS ( Palm Fruit Extract ) Kinali District of West Pasaman . The magnitude of the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction Based on the findings , the researchers suggest for the leadership and for further research , namely the need to improve job satisfaction while the remaining 45.1 % 34.9 % influenced by factors beyond 0leh from the education . Based on the research results , the researchers suggest for the employees always keep in working condition until the leaders were satisfied , one of which the employee is expected to work for always taking into account the work . For researchers selanjunya order also to examine other variables outside variables by researchers in order imflikasinya greater .

Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is the impact of service quality and the promotion of the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch  Solok Selatan . The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the effect of service quality and the promotion of the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan . The methodology used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis . The technique of collecting data using questionnaires , such as statements regarding the quality of service and promotion of the community s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan . Collected through documentation related to the bank . First results showed that : The quality of care affect the society s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan  indicated by the coefficient value of 0.403 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Second : Promotion effect on people s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan indicated by a coefficient of 0.367 with significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 . Third : Service quality and Promotions jointly influence the public s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Selatan indicated by the F - statistic of 50.148 , with a significant value of 0.000 < α = 5 % , and the R - squared value of 0.511 amounted to 51.1 % , which means the decision to save the people affected by the variable quality of service and promotion while the rest is explained by other variables . From this study the authors concluded that the quality of service and promotion effect on people s decision to save the Bank Nagari Branch Solok Solok Selatan , for it suggested to the management of the bank to pay more attention to the quality of service provided to clients and work to improve the promotion in order to increase the public s decision to save in Bank Nagari Branch  Solok Selatan ,

Abstract

ABSTRACTTop of Form             Issues that are examined in this study is whether there are significant internal control and appropriateness of the compensation to the tendency of the accounting fraud at. Igasar ( cement desert group) aims to determine : 1 ) the influence of internal controls over the accounting fraud 2 ) the effect of conformity tendency compensation to accounting fraud at PT Igasar ( Semen Padang ) . This type of research is a quantitative study with a location at Jl . Indarung Comp . Semen Padang , with a population of 35 people and a total sampling technique using sampling and sample saturated.             The results showed that : 1 ) internal control significant effect on the tendency of the accounting fraud by the regression coefficient of 0.296 with significant ( 0.008 < 0.05 ) , meaning that if the internal controls increased by one unit , then the tendency of accounting fraud increased by 0,296 units . In other words , the existing internal control system will not be able to suppress the practice of accounting fraud . 2 ) There is a significant relationship between the suitability of compensation to the tendency of the accounting fraud by a coefficient of 0.327 , meaning that the suitability of compensation increases when the accounting fraud to increase one unit of the regression coefficient increased by 0.327 units with Sig 0.000 < 0.05 . Improved internal controls and accounting fraud accounting fraud did not result in decreased due to the influence of accounting fraud is influenced by other factors Keywords : Internal Control , Compliance Compensation , Accounting Fraud Trends               Pokok persoalan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh pengendalian internal dan kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada PT. Igasar (semen padang group) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh pengendalian internal terhadap kecurangan akuntansi  2) pengaruh kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada PT Igasar (Semen Padang). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan lokasi di Jl. Indarung Komp. Semen Padang, dengan populasi sebanyak 35 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dan sampel jenuh.             Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,296 dengan signifikan (0,008 < 0,05), artinya jika pengendalian internal mengalami peningkatan sebesar satu satuan, maka kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi bertambah sebanyak 0,296 satuan. Dengan kata lain, sistem pengendalian internal yang ada tidak akan mampu menekan terjadinya praktek kecurangan akuntansi. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi dengan koefisien sebesar 0,327, artinya  apabila kesesuaian kompensasi meningkat kecurangan akuntansi meningkat satu satuan maka koefisien regresi meningkat sebesar 0,327 satuan dengan Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Peningkatan pengendalian internal dan kecurangan akuntansi tidak mengakibatkan kecurangan akuntansi menurun karena untuk mempengaruhi kecurangan akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the District Sijunjung regarding training & development , motivation on employee performance at PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . The purpose of this study was to obtain evidence of the effect of training & development , motivation on employee performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .The method used in this research is descriptive and associative . This research is a field , where the use of secondary data . Training & development ( X1 ) , motivation ( X2 ) and job performance ( Y ) is obtained from documentation PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district . Analysis of the data used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which consists of classical assumption test , multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing .Based on multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the regression coefficient of training & development ( X1 ) obtained a value of 0.366 with a positive coefficient sign ( + ) , motivation ( X2 ) obtained a value of 0.156 . This means that the training & development , motivation can increase job performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung . Significance value of the variable value of the training and development of 0.000 < 0.05 , and the value of the variable motivational significance of 0.043 < 0.05 It can be concluded that the training & development , motivation jointly affect performance in PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district .Based on these results , it is suggested that employees of PT . PLN Persero Sijunjung district to be more active in running training & development , and motivation of employees so that performance can be increased .Keywords : Training & Development and Motivation , Job Performance     Â
